Connection working capital with company performance

The aim of the Diploma work was to evaluate the evolution of the structure of working capital in connection with corporate efficiency in a particular company for the period 2008 - 2011. In the theoretical part was at first described working capital, methods of efficiency evaluation. The practical part begins to describe a company Zemědělské družstvo Netřebice, followed by analysis of the company itself. The results are compared with previous years and some with industry.

Thesis deals with the management of working capital. Attention is paid to the basic concepts and indicators of financial analysis relevant to the management of working capital. Teoretical findings are subsequently applied to the data supplied by company Proton s.r.o. In conclusion, this work is evaluated the current state of management of working capital, together with any proposals for improvement.

Working Capital management in company BAYER s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the management of working capital in company Bayer s.r.o., primarily to find the weak points and to suggest measures for their improvement. First of all the company results will be evaluated based on financial analysis. Subsequently the managing process of particular working capital components will be assessed, i.e. inventories, receivables, cash and payables. The resulting findings will be interpreted and completed by proposal of measures and recommendations, which should ensure a higher efficiency of working capital management and therefore release funds, which can be used for further company development and increase its value.

The thesis is focused on economic analysis of company Clasic Cotton spol. s r.o. The aim of the thesis is to explore economic performance and financial health of the company between period of years 2006 and 2011. According to results from analysis of historical development we can evaluate current situation and think about possible recommendations to increase effectiveness of management in the coming years. First part of the thesis is dealing with theoretical explanation of terms and tools from area of economic analysis. Second part is devoted to closer introduction of the company and description of important events that occurred in reporting period. Third part of the thesis is finally focused on realization of economic analysis and application of selected tools of economic analysis on the company Clasic Cotton spol. s r.o. As a conclusion we can find a summary of results of individual models and evaluation of the situation of analyzed company.

Evaluation of investment project

The aim of this thesis is to evaluace an investment project of company Kabelové bubny a bedny, Ltc. located in the Velké Meziříčí - overall construction of a new subsidiary company in Kladno. Emphasis will be placed on defining the main factors affecting on the development of working capital from the start of the project until today. It will be analyzed the working capital. It will be made a comparison of the planned alternative development project without a real investment option and subsequently evaluated indicators of working capital. Based on results of operations and financial plan in the coming years will ultimately be using free cash flow for owners and lenders to set value of the project in 2008.

Financial analysis of CSC Computer Sciences corporation

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and evaluation of an economic situation of american company CSC Computer Sciences s.r.o, which is occupied with outsourcing of their IT services. The company expanded the field of activity in the last couple of years in Czech republic thanks to favourable economic conditions. Standard methods of financial analysis are used in this thesis, among them being horizontal and vertical analysis, balance sheet rules, indicators of rentability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness, working capital analysis, Economic Value Added indicator and Du Pont's analysis. Subsequently Altman's model of Z-score and IN05 index of husband and wife Neumaier's is used to determine the prosperity or bankrupcy states. Established values are then compared to the industry in which the company falls into. The methods are described in the theoretical part and then applied in the practical part based on the information established from the annual reports of the company.

Then the methods are applied on the concrete company in the practical part. The results will be summarized and evaluated at the end of the thesis.

The objective of the thesis is to describe the financial aspects of a company, as well as areas, in which the company excels and then compare them to the overall indicators. The evaluated period is from 2006 to 2010. The structure of the bachelor thesis is divided into two sections. The first section is theoretical and explains the methods of a financial analysis and the procedure of data selection. The second section is practical -- the theory is being applied to a specific company. Methods being used are: horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators, work productivity, working capital, the Economic Value Added indicator and the overall indicators. The conclusion then contains a summary and a verdict about the financial health of the company.

Estimated Value of the Firm with Focus on Working Capital

The main purpose of this diploma thesis is a creation and evaluation of results of the deep analysis of REMAK a.s. Value estimation is determined for shareholders selling a company or for potential buyers. Specific situation in property and capital structure had required a in-depth analysis of working capital and recommended practices, that may help the company to improve their financial results. In diploma thesis were used different practices and methods such as strategic analysis, financial analysis with emphasis on working capital, than financial plan extracted from value generators and final evaluation of company by discounted cash flow methods.
