The bachelor thesis is focused on internal guidelines of the company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. The first part is devoted on theoretical background of internal directives, accounting and inventory valuation and legislative bases governing the formal and concept aspects of these documents.. The second part contains a company introduction and evaluation of the existing guidelines. The last part contains draft of internal guideline dealing with comprehensive inventory valuation and accounting of stocks.

The aim of the thesis is to define the theoretical knowledge and the starting point of the approaches and their application to a particular enterprise. In the theoretical part the concepts of controlling, internal audit and reporting are defined. The following is a description of the concept of controlling, internal audit and reporting, and the relationship between them. The practical part is devoted to the description of mainly controlling approaches applied in a particular company and also deals with the proposal for a new form of report and evaluation of the development of indicators, which is monitored by the company in the last 2 years.

Bachelor thesis Administrative processes in the enterprise deals especially with processes improving methods. The thesis is dividend in two parts.
The first part, a teoretical one, focuses on a brief explanation of terms such as processes and procedure control, along with describing improvement methods Lean, Six Sigma and its tools Five S, Kaizen or DMADV and DMAIC.
The second part describes deficiencies of the named procedures in a company, which are described at first, then evaluated and there is a proposal for improving such deficiencies afterwardas.
In the final part of this thesis there is an evaluation of these processes and its benefits.

The target of the thesis is concept of specific internal directives which will abide by actual valid legislation and regulations and which defines and ensures the same procedures for methods of performance stocktaking of assets and circulation of accounting documents in whole company.
