Obsahem této práce je analýza personálních činností ve společnosti Karafa s.r.o. Karafa s.r.o. je přední maloobchodní prodejce květin v České republice a v současnosti řeší problém vysoké fluktuace zaměstnanců a jejich nedostatečnou motivaci. Autor této práce použije především dotazník a další výzkumné metody, aby zjistil, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojení se svou prací, a čím jsou motivováni. Cílem této teze bude návrh řešení, které pomůže zdokonalit personální činnosti a procesy ve firmě Karafa s.r.o.
Concept of Houman Resource Management in DSG International SSC,s.r.o.

Tato diplomová práce hodnotí způsob řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti DSG International SSC s. r. o. Na základě teoretických východisek se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých personálních činností. Dotazníkové šetření odhaluje silné a slabé stránky týkající se spokojenosti zaměstnanců a charakteristických rysů jejich práce. Navržené kroky na zlepšení poskytují možnost jak v budoucnu dosáhnout větší efektivity v oblasti řízení lidského kapitálu.

My science described and compared differences between pedagogical work and peda-gogical work before 20 ? 30 years ago. I asked myself some questions for example ? what differences are between pedagogical work in these days and pedagogical work before 20 ? 30 years ago? What was different? What about the relationship between teachers and pupils? What about methods, which methods teachers used in their class-room? And what about relationship between teachers and parents of pupils? Were par-ents interested in pupils´ marks? Was the period before 20 ? 30 years ago influenced by policy? In my theoretical part I described both ? the school events and the political events which took places before 20 ? 30 years ago. I made up two types of questionnaires. The first type of a questionnaire is for teach-ers who taught before 20 ? 30 years ago. The second type of a questionnaire is for teachers who teach in these days. I used tables and graphs to interpret my obtained re-sults from the two types of questionnaires. I think that my science and obtained results are beneficial. The results from my ques-tionnaires I find useful and important. All my unanswered questions were answered.
Influence of selected consumer advertising

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to determine the awareness and effectiveness of advertising leaflet on consumers. Each of us are met already at least once with the advertising leaflet and at least once heard the phrase: ?leaflet is just unnecessary felling of trees? or ?leaflet is unnecessary?. But it is true? To find out, the aim of this bachelor's thesis and whether businesses invest in this advertising resource, we carried out the research. We have chosen the method of querying. This was carried out using the printed questionnaires, which included 3 identification question (gender, age, place of residence) and 9 questions aimed at the goal of the Bachelor thesis. Was addressed 132 people of different ages, gender, education, occupation and place of residence. A questionnaire was willing to fill only 102 people. The result of our research is that the most popular means of advertising is an advertising leaflet, in second place are the TV spots and in third place is advertising on the Internet. At least a popular means of advertising is advertising on the means of transport and advertising over the phone. More than 3/4 of consumers are affected by advertising leaflets at least once a year and 1/4 of consumers buy according to the leaflet almost every day. Most people buy food, non-alcoholic beverages, clothing, footwear, electronics and cosmetics. At least buy a variety of services. Advertising leaflets are popular both with older people and with younger people. Greater influence accorded to women and people aged between 25 to 35 years old. From an ecological point of view advertising leaflets are not such a threat as ever. Only 1/8 of consumer throwing leaflets in the local waste, 6/8 of consumer throwing leaflets in the recycle waste and 1/8 of consumer used leaflets to flooding. Advertising leaflet can we summarized the sentence from a successful Czech fairy tale Princezna ze mlejna by Zdeněk Troška: "I'm small, but capable".
Evaluation and motivation of employees in chosen company

This bachelor work "Evaluation and motivation of employees in chosen company" is trying to find out how the motivation and the evaluation of employees is today through a questionnaire and it is also suggesting a helpful solution. The work is divided into practical and theoretical part. First part describes motivation, unwanted motivation, advices how to keep motivation of employees, motivation aiming to content and to process, methods of evaluation of employees and other important terms of this theme. Second part describes feature of the company and its history, motivation program and system of evaluation. At the end is a revaluation of questionnaire research with specific comments.
Creation of a strategic development plan for selected municipalities

The village, which I set out a strategic development plan, is the municipality Hlincová Hora. I chose it for its significant development in recent years. The first part - literary research - theoretical foundations of the functioning of municipalities and recommendations for dealing with strategic plans. The following section - characteristics of the village, municipality SWOT analysis, interview with the mayor and citizens of several community questionnaire. The idea of strategic plans for community development plan, I found the interview with Mr. Mayor. The framework uses the municipality's vision is to develop tourism. Then I incorporated public opinion and added their own ideas and insights. In the final part of "Talk, proposals for changes in the village", I recommend me councilors to consider the proposed topics, and where začleněnit the development plan. Their implementation should contribute to increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of the broader community, and to increase the satisfaction of most people who live here in the narrower sense. The municipality should maintain and keep its rural character in the future and thus will be attractive not only for residents of the nearby metropolis of South Bohemia, České Budějovice.
Regional brands and their role in the consumer food market

The bachelor work is focused on the tasks of regional brands in the food market. In the theoretical section describes marketing, marketing research, brand, regional brand and consumer behavior. The practical part is focused on a survey by questionnaire. The aim was to discover how ordinary consumers are responding to regional food labeling.
Exploration and comparison of training's status and level of table tenis didisions and clubs in South Bohemian Region\\

This thesis is to determine and compare the status and level of training in the sections and table tennis club in the South Bohemia region. Introduction includes general information, to bring this sport to the general public. Outline in this section beginning table tennis, its history, rules, fall and rise. I'm also concerned revolutionary changes in the material history of table tennis game, especially bats, who influenced the development of the game itself. The main part contains the results reported in the questionnaire addressed the clubs and schools in the South Bohemia region dealing with table tennis. Maps above all, the club where it is located, the level of training and equipment room. On the basis of information obtained, I compared the state and division level and schools in the South Bohemia region.
The Research of Ethics Education at Tábor Primary Schools and in the Nearby Surroundings

The paper deals with the field of ethics education at primary schools. The theoretic part includes a survey of the development of ethics theory, a characterization of ethics education as such, the purposes and content of ethics education, the characterazation of younger school age. The practical part concerns the research of ethics education at Tábor primary schools and in the nearby surroundings. The research made at these primary schools examines the level of interest that children have in ethics education. It also deals with the overall conception of ethics education. The aim of this paper is to find out about opinions that children have on ethics education. The introduction of ethics education courses at schools is a very relevant topic these days.
Teachers' and pupils' attitudes in teaching and learning English

This diploma thesis deals with teachers´ and pupils´ attitudes in teaching English at elementary school. At first, the theoretical part focuses on explanations of main notions related with this theme, on attitudes forming between pupils and teachers in school background and on factors influencing their common interaction. Next, it devotes to the status of English as a foreign language not only in worldwide basis but also within school curriculum at elementary schools. The practical part tries to find out what language attitudes of the chosen pupils there are in teaching English. Principally, it focuses on the attitude towards English as a foreign language, the English lesson, particular activities in English lessons, towards the teacher and it also finds out the pupils´ reasons for learning English.
