Diagnostic of the business performance

The work deals with the diagnostic of the business performance for the period 2005 - 2010, were used traditional and modern indicators for evaluation, composite indices and models of bankruptcy and financial standing. At the conclusion of the work were objective evaluation of overall performance results obtained compared with average values in the diagnostic system using financial indicators INFA objective evaluation.

Financial analysis of the selected company

The objective of this thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s. Initial theoretical and methodological part is given to the description of elementary methods used in financial analysis, such as absolute, differential and financial ratios, bankruptcy and solvency models, Economic Value Added and spider diagram. Consequently, in practical-analytical part, these methods are applied on the data of the selected company from period 2005 to 2011. This thesis includes an outline to the differences between Czech accounting legislation and IFRS that have an impact on the explanatory power of financial analysis.

The aim of this thesis is to judge of financial health of company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD, a.s. in period of years 2006 -- 2010. For this analysis were used ratios, analysis of bankrupt models, pyramidal decomposition of ROE and comparison intercompany to determine firms strenghts and weaknesses and make recomendations to improve companys condition. Financial analysis is elaborated for external user from data of annual reports.

Financial analysis of Colorlak, a.s.

This bachelor thesis is focused on complex assessment of development of Colorlak, a.s. from 2006 to 2010. The company is analyzed with help of absolute and relative indicators, with respect to the rules of golden rules of accounting and economic standards. The next analysis is based on bankruptcy and financial standing models and then comparison with relevant industry indicators. The comparison uses Spider analysis. This thesis also includes possible prediction of future for the company. Data for analysis is mined from company annual reports, internal documents and information portal of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

Financial analysis of Dudinger, s.r.o.

The goal of this thesis is to explore economic development of company Dudinger, s.r.o. for the years 2006 -- 2010 and compare situation with industry averages. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical parts. First part describes methods of financial analysis and techniques of analyzing. In second parts all the methods are applied to the company data. For my work I used horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and lost statement, net working capital, financial ratios, bankruptcy prediction models and economic value added (EVA).

Prediction of financial situation of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r. o.

The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the development of financial situation of the company Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí s.r.o. from the perspective of its owner for years 2005 to 2010 and to predict its condition in the future period using publicly available resources used for the analysis of absolute, proportional and differential indicators, pyramid decomposition of return on equity, the calculation of economic value added and comparison between the economic situation of Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí s.r.o. and the other companies in the industry. To assess the future development of the financial condition of the company are used selected models of bankruptcy and creditworthiness. Introduction shows the aim of thesis and a brief approach of tools used to reach it. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the calculation and recommended values of economic indicators, the practical part consists of the presentation of analyzed company and evaluation of the results of indicators in the studied period. The conclusion is a comprehensive assessment of the economic situation of company in isolation and within the industry and assess the success of the bankruptcy and creditworthy models in predicting its financial condition.

Financial analysis of FC Baník Ostrava, a.s.

Financial analysis provides a detailed picture of the economic and financial situation. The aim of this work is its application to the football club FC Banik Ostrava, a.s. The work is divided into two main parts. Theoretical part describes the subject of financial analysis, its users, sources of information and clarification of the methods and techniques. Practical part transfer this knowledge into practice, deals with the analysis of accounting data and their evaluation. In the case of football environment is a very important part of thesis the intercompany comparison. The conclusion contains the results of the evaluation and prediction of future development.

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a. s. from the perspective of an external user using different methods of financial analysis. These methods are described in the first so-called methodical part, which precedes the actual financial analysis of the company contained in the practical part. The practical part is focused on analyzing the financial situation of the company of the years 2006-2010 using the described methods including horizontal and vertical analysis of the accounting statements, financial ratios, analysis of the indicator EVA and bankruptcy and financial standing models. Financial analysis is further enriched by the comparison of selected indicators with industry, which the company operates in.

The work consists of theoretical part devoted to the core of financial analysis, its users, methods and individual ratio indicators. The second part is the practical part which focuses on presentation of company Vitana, a.s. and then on financial analysis itself. The analysis is based on horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and on calculation of profitability, liquidity, solvency and activity indicators. Subsequently the bankruptcy and creditworthy models are presented. The results of financial analysis are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.
