Selected Qualitatives Parameters of Monofloral Honey from The Czech Republic
JURÁKOVÁ, Andrea
The theme of this thesis is a comparison of selected quality indicators of samples from single-flower honeys from the area of the Czech Republic and honeys from different retail chains. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the individual kinds of honey and how different their composition is. There are described basic physical and chemical requirements for honey including sensory requirements which are specified in Regulation No.76/2003 Code. The practical part contains a physically-chemical analysis according to the Harmonized methods of European Honey and a sensory evaluation of selected single-flower honeys (honeydew, acacia, lime, sunflower and rape). There were analysed twenty samples of honey from Czech beekeepers and fifteen samples of honey bought in different retail chains in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, these parameters were monitored - water content and acidity. Next step was a test for evidence of disruption by starchy sugar and malt extracts. Then, sensory requirements such as colour, smell, taste and consistence were evaluated. The conclusion of the comparison of honey samples indicates that individual honey samples differed the most in the taste and smell criteria and in addition the samples were often disrupted by starchy sugar and malt extracts. The samples collected from the beekeepers from the area of the Czech Republic complied with Regulation No.76/2003 Code. On the contrary, the samples from the chosen retail chains in the Czech Republic weren't in accordance with the criteria specified in Regulation No.76/2003 Code.
Technické prostředky používané k výkonu činností a zabezpečení pracovníků v arboristice
Jírovec, Jakub
This bachelor thesis focuses on the summarization of technical resources that are used in Arboricultures, which are used with tree climbing techniques. These resources are then processed tubular. In individual resource groups are listed their characteristics and parameters that are important in their selection and their use in practice of Arboriculture. For some categories of appropriations are accompanied by evaluations of specific products.
General parameters of honey quality and analytical methods for their determination
DOSTÁLOVÁ, Stanislava
The topic of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the impact of grazing on the quality of bee honey. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the individual kinds of honey and their different compositions. The fundamental physical and chemical requirements for honey are described there, including a sensory requirement, which indicates Public Notice No. 76/2003 Coll. The practical part contains the physico-chemical analysis itself, according to the Harmonised methods of the European Honey. The two fundamental kinds of honey were evaluated, i.e. blossom and honeydew honey. Each type of honey was represented by 20 samples. Subsequently, the following parameters were monitored: water content, acidity, pH, electrical conductivity, content of water-insoluble substances and also the test for the evidence of damage of honey structure by starch syrup was done. The comparison of the samples shows that the different types of honey vary mostly in the parameter of electrical conductivity. The final results show that the different bee grazing does not impact the quality of honey.
The use of stationary transport equipment in the mining and processing of mineral raw materials for construction work in the selected quarry.
HRUŠKA, Jan
The aim of my thesis is an overview and analysis of stationary transport equipment feasible for use in mining branch and mineral raw material processing for construction works. Particular types of transport equipment are listed in this work, including their specific construction and technical features description. Parameters of transport equipment for realizing mineral raw material transport and factors, which influence their use, are summarized in this work. Organisational incorporation of transport equipment is proposed in the work as well as an analysis of transport and manipulation activities by mining.
Qualitative parameters in classification of honey, influences acting on honey quality
DOSTÁLOVÁ, Stanislava
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the quality parameters in the evaluation of honey and the influences affecting its quality. The first part of this thesis deals with the general division of honey. This section included various types of honey, their composition and properties. Furthermore, the fundamental quality parameters of honey are defined which are stated by law, the norm of Czech honey and essential requirements for eco-friendly beekeeping. The fourth chapter is devoted to basic methods of assessing the quality of honey. The conclusion focuses on the factors affecting the quality of honey and methods of its adulteration.
The issue of RTO and RPO in business continuity management
Salai, Viktor ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Martanová, Kateřina (referee)
This thesis is concerned about Business Continuity Management with the focus on determination of the RTO and RPO parameters. The work is divided into two main parts. The first section briefly describes theoretical issues of Business Continuity Management in conjunction with IT Service Continuity Management. Then there are described various technologies that are currently used to ensure continuity and recovery of IT systems. In conclusion of the theoretical part, the work focuses on the process of Business Impact Analysis. This thesis thus offers a comprehensive view of main principles and benefits that these concepts have for company and how they should be integrated with each other. It provides an overview of various technologies, their link to RTO and RPO parameters and also the definition of steps of disaster recovery procedure. The work also briefly defines the basic procedure for determination of the RTO and RPO parameters, subsequent steps needed to design recovery solutions and analyzes various aspects which need to be considered when defining the parameters of continuity. The second practical part is based on the previous theoretically defined procedure and its aim is to analyze the data acquired during the questionnaire investigation in chosen company to determine the parameters of continuity for the applications in use and then suggest appropriate ways of addressing their backup and recovery. The result of this thesis is therefore a description of the analysis and practical application of methods for setting the parameters for continuity of information systems and the subsequent establishment of necessary measures.
Design of the ECM management model in the context of informatics management
