Specifications of Czech and foreign methods in playing the trombone and subsequent verification in practice
ŠÁLEK, Libor
The first part of the thesis is theoretical and defines the basic concepts associated with techniques of playing the trombone. In the following part an analysis of several selected educational and methodology strategies of playing the trombone is carried out. Based on a review of the available literature and the experience of teaching practice three main representatives of methodological directions in teaching how to play the trombone were selected and described. Czech methodological approach is represented by methodology of Jaroslav Ušák, Andre Lafosse and Denise Wick are the representatives of foreign authors. The following section contains an analysis and comparison of these three teaching methodologies, suggesting their positives and negatives. The practical part deals with case studies of students of Conservatory in České Budějovice. Based on the above mentioned methodological analysis, practical experience and physiological, talent and intellectual features of students, the most suitable methodology was suggested for each individual. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the analysis of observed features during the period studied. The work concludes with interpretation of the collected data, evaluation of the efficiency of the chosen methodology and offers proposals for improvement in the future.
Regulácia dormancie hľúz ľuľku zemiaku (Solanum tuberosum L) odvodených v in vitro podmienkach
Maco, Roman
Potato tubers were induced on MS medium with reduced nitrogen content. It was monitored dormancy length, size and weight of tubers and the impact of reduced nitrogen to the tubers as well. Thesis also studied the impact of various substances (FLD, AgNO3, ABA, CEPA, sorbent ethylene) on dormancy. It was stated production of ethane, ethylene and CO2 by gas chromatography. The oxygen content was determined by an oxygen detector. Substances FLD, AgNO3 and sorbent ethylene had stimulatory effects on sprouting and also the reduction of dormancy. ABA and CEPA caused inhibition of sprouting and extension of dormancy. All substances thus increased oxygen consumption and CO2 production. The concentration of ethane was at low values under the control at all applied materials. It pointed out that there was no damage to the meshes. Effect of reduced nitrogen was not very significant and actually differed in only one variant.
Connections between breathing and playing string instruments
Kellerová, Anna ; ŽALUD, Radomír (advisor) ; HUDEC, Jiří (referee)
In my bachelor thesis I concentrate on the topic of relationship between breathing and various aspects of playing a string instrument. I approach the issue complexly, working with conditions that affect playing a string instrument as such and areas influencing the overall quality of life of an artist, and I search for their interrelations with breathing. The work consists of three major sections. The first chapter deals with the connection of breathing with physical aspects of playing a string instrument (position and movement by the instrument), the second is focused on the affect of breathing on psyche (especially the phenomenon of stage fright) and the third explores breathing in the context of musical expression. The work is based mainly on kinesiologic, psychological, musicologic and methodological literature, as well as on experts knowledge of special topics (obtained by means of personal consultation).
Influence of deep stabilizing system on obstructive lung disease
LUKŠÍKOVÁ, Klára
This Bachelor Thesis tries to solve the question whether the activation of the deep stabilization system has got any provable influence on obstructive lung diseases. It is based on clinical experience that points to a positive influence of the deep stabilization system on respiration. The aim of this thesis is a spirometric observation of resting breathing and respiratory rhythm which come about after the activation of the deep stabilization system when Vojta reflex locomotion method has been used to arouse this system. The theoretical part briefly summarizes findings about respiratory physiology and kinesiology; it deals with pathophysiology and pathokinesiology of obstructive air passages with a focus on asthma bronchiale. One of the chapters deals with spirometric examinations. Then there is a description of the deep stabilization system from the point of view of the influence on respiratory functions and a possibility of his activation through Vojta reflex locomotion. For the practical part of the thesis I chose qualitative strategies of research. Acquired data were based on 5 case interpretations which included anamnestic information and kinesiologic analysis of probands suffering from obstructive lung diseases. The main part of the research was built up on spirometric measuring of resting breathing, observation of changes in respiratory rhythm and changes in time proportions between inhalations and exhalations during three different situations. In the first situation there were no interventions in proband's breathing. In the second situation the proband was measured in the position of decentration. The third situation involved measuring after the activation of the deep stabilization system through Vojta reflex locomotion. The analogue scale of subjective perception of respiratory state was also included in the research. Evaluated data of the spiriometric measurements of resting breathing did not bring anticipated results. A positive result was recorded only at the changes of respiratory rhythm and a subjective perception of easier breathing was proved after the stimulation of Vojta reflex locomotion. The respiratory rhythm changes were dependent on postural situations. In the position of decentration the number of breaths increased, on the contrary the number of breaths decreased after the stimulation of Vojta reflex locomotion. When observing the subjective perception of respiratory state there was a shift on the analogue scale to a better position by 23.18 mm after the stimulation of Vojta reflex locomotion. Results in measurements of the time proportions between inhalations and exhalations were highly disparate.
Airway management from the perspective of nurses in intensive care
SLANINOVÁ, Barbora
This bachelor work deals with the possibilities of establishing an airway that can perform nurses for intensive care. Breathing is one of the basic and very important life functions necessary for life. In today's advanced medicine is a wide range of opportunities to ensure the airways, or at least encouraged to perform proper function. Securing the airway is a very important part of the pre-hospital emergency care, but also on the wards in the hospital. The theoretical part of my bachelor is engaged a complex provision of the respirátory tract. The first section deals with the short description of the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory breathing. In other chapters describe airway. The following chapters were directly aimed at ensuring the airway, which were distributed to provide the tools, equipment and without indications for collateral. U airway management devices without describing the revision of the oral cavity, head bent backward and triple maneuver, shot in the back and the Heimlich maneuver. The practical part was focused on determining whether the sisters were higher competence in the provision of respiratory and how intensive care nurses provide their throughput. The research was conducted using quantitative research using an anonymous questionnaire at the hospital in České Budějovice a.s. and in the sand. The questionnaire able be completed only by workers who have graduated from specialty anesthesia resuscitation and intensive care. The questionnaire was printed and included 20 questions. Each question was displayed in a graph. The total number of questionnaires that were distributed, 100, 82 of them returned, but only 61 were fully completed and could be used. Research suggests that nurses who studied ARIP received enough informatik and practical experience during their studies. Specializing mostly work on anestesiology and resuscitation wards and intensive care units. At your workplace have aids, such as laryngeal mask airways and endotracheal tube. The vast majority of respondents have difficulty securing and aspirations in securing the airway. Sisters during their practice provide respiratory laryngeal mask and Combitubus, countless assisted by endotracheal intubation, but its remit would not want to have this power, because of its difficulty. Finally, it is important to note that to achieve the set objectives, where it was found that nurses stand to increase their competence, but only with some performance and throughput. Respiratory ensured by the air ducts and laryngeal masks.
Setting and verifying of the programme of breathing exercises for the female representatives of the Czech woman representation team of water polo
KRÁSOVÁ, Barbora
The thesis engages in taking and verifying the interventionist yoga programme for the Czech national team players of the women water polo in their adolescence age. In the theoretical part there was described the setting of water polo, the essential physiology of the respiratory system, the principle of the yogic techniques and the specification of the adolescent age. The research group (10 teenage ladies ) took part in 12 weeks yoga programme. Its goal was to use the right correct breathing for health optimizing and for reduction unwanted emotional expressions. The professional physiotherapy examination, the questioning research STAI, POMS and the research by Biofeedback method have been done. After the finishing interventionist yoga programme the hard pressed muscles groups were relaxed and stretched, probands have learnt how to breath properly, and thanks to it, to control state of stress and relax, the improvement of the posture was not confirm for all probands.
