Kalkulace výrobních nákladů společnosti Lexmark, Brno. 2009 This thesis deals with the analysis of the Price sheet used by company Lexmark and based on this analysis I recommend the potential changes of this Price sheet. The price sheet is a tool for the re-invoicing of production cost between Lexmark and production subcontractors. The first part is dedicated to the theory of cost management. The next part is practical. I present the company Lexmark, describe the structure of Price sheet, production costs and cost calculation for all types of products. I close the practical part with the specification of Price sheet strong and weak points. Base on the analysis I recommend the potential changes of Price sheet, some of them are applicable immediately and next in a longer period.

Proposal of Residental Development Financing in Locality Nupaky

This master´s thesis deals with problems of development financing. Part of this thesis is a description of development activity and risks, which it may bring. The thesis is focused on financing and credits provided by banking institution. Analysis of different financing methods of properity purchase confronts their convenience for both development companies and clients. Practical part of this thesis is a proposal of financing of housing and family houses construction in the locality of Nupaky for the company CANABA, wich is focused on cost calculation and cash-flow of the whole project.

This bachelor thesis is focused on description of contract and all technicalities included in works supervision. First parts presents specification of design drawings which is necessary for price offer, next part describes design representing machining by means of repairs of wrongly drilled holes in steel structure of coal mill. Final part is dedicated to continuing to construction works and repairs of minor failing.

Subject of this diploma thesis Processes and vehicle fleet optimization at the selected company is to make the processes more effective and to reduce costs associated with operation of vehicle fleet at selected enterprise. The average cost per kilometer, usage of journeys made by vehicles, strengths and weaknesses of an enterprise are observed within analyzes. Processes are evaluated overall through analyzes and after that, suggested suitable solutions are provided.

Transport of electrical appliances from Turkey to the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with problems of transportation of goods from Turkey to the Czech Republic. The goal of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of geo-political, legal and economic knowledge, which could serve as a guide for small transportation companies. The overview is divided into three parts. The first part deals with multilateral agreements governing international road transport with emphasis on the CMR Convention. The second part is devoted to customs issues, in particular transit procedure. The third part deals with transport from the economic point of view. In this part, two transportation routes are proposed, which are then analysed considering time, safety and cost.

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the process of pricing of water and sewerage in the company Severočeské vodovody a kanalizace, subsequent evaluation of applied approaches and suggest own solution. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the area of pricing. The second part analyzes the process of pricing in the company, which includes a summary with own evaluation and recommendations. The primary source of information, required for the practical part, were website of the company, website of the company owner and interviews with experts.

The theoretical part presents information concerning prices, pricing policies and related strategies. The thesis further includes an analysis of the determination of prices and factors affecting it, methods of pricing and their advantages and disadvantages for an enterprise. Last but not least it describes the calculation of costs, price calculation, and explains the basic concepts of calculation. In the final section various types of calculation models are described. There are presented possible price modifications in the form of reductions and deductions.In practical part I present the characteristics of a selected company and its data that have helped me to convert the theoretical issues to practical ones.

The cost calculations and their use in the company

The major objective of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse a calculation system of costs in a selected company, including its use in economic decision-making and cost management. The first part, based on the specialized literature, is devoted to the basic theoretical knowledge of costs and calculations, their definitions and characteristics. The second part is focused on the characteristics of the chosen company which deals with textile production and on the analysis of its calculation system. This analyzed calculation system is particularly constituted of preliminary calculations, respectively operational calculations set by the norm, and their results are compared with final calculations. In the final part there is stated an evaluation of the calculation system of the company and there are pointed out questions and possible improvements of the corporate calculation system.

Cost calculation and pricing in selected company

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of costing system and a way of creating pricing methods in selected company. The first part of my diploma's thesis is based on theoretical pieces of knowledge about calculations and prices. The second part is concentrated on the selected company. The analysis was performed in the company STAVING Studena, spol. s r.o. where individual calculations are designed according to customer's requests. In my bachelor´s thesis the system of price calculation is shown on concrete examples.
