County library in Havlíčkův Brod
Sommer, Miroslav ; Röder, Václav (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The work is treated as a steel construction multi-storey buildings in the county library Havlickuv Brod. At design requirements were respected in shape and layout of the building. The complex consists of three parts - two, four and five floors. The overall footprint is about 85 x 32 m. The proposal is designed as a composite steel and concrete slab. Pent roof construction is inclined 5 degrees. Anchors are designed as joint. Horizontal forces on the design of frames are transmitted in both directions.
Detached Family Residence
Mikuš, Martin ; Vávra, Petr (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
The subject of this work is the design of a detached family house in area Nove Domky near Jihlava in which natural construction materials were used. Instead of concrete or bricks, this building is designed with materials such as straw, rock, timber, clay, hemp or sheep's wool. Furthermore, the work deals with methods of plumbing, electrical installations and heating. The possible utilization of natural energy resources or ecological processing of waste were also taken into account. The conclusion contains the financial comparison with a building where traditional and industrially produced materials are used.
Steel structure of airport hangar
Kuba, Michal ; Balázs, Ivan (referee) ; Pešek, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this work is design and assessment of the steel roof structure of a airport hangar for sports aircrafts in Zlín. Ground plan dimensions are 36 x 78 m. The main supporting system is composed of truss girders. On the one side the truss girders are pinned on column, on the other side they are pinned into foundation. The truss girders are arc-shaped, with structural height 1,5 m. Distance between main structures are 6 m. Construction is designed as system without purlins. Bars of the steel structure are from rolled profiles and are designed according to current standards. Supporting elements are designed from steel of class S 355 and S 460.
Steel Beam Structure Optimization
Lamoš, Radek ; Eliáš, Jan (referee) ; Frantík, Petr (advisor)
The main subject of this work is to find ideal solution of the steel frame structure and offer the best solution to investors. The aim is to get know how steel structures works, write down internal forces when parametres are changing. Parameters can be profiles, loads or many others. The output should be perfectly optimized construction. The content combines theory of structural mechanics and designing steel structures. This project could be very useful in practice designing of steel frame structures with the possibility of expansion by other parameters.
Family house
Svobodová, Simona ; Filla, Josef (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
The aim of my bachelors project is to design a family house and work out the project documentation. The building lot is located on the border of the Brno´s quarter Žebětín, in the region of South Moravia. The building site with a trapezoid shape is slightly inclined and is not built-up yet. The entrance into the house is faced to the north and the terrace is oriented to the south. The construction is made in the “two by four” system with diffusion-open walls. The building with nearly T-shaped plan is topped with pitched roof. The house has two storey, one of which in the attic space and no basement, a single garage is also included. The house is designed for a four-member family.
Industrial Building - Review of Selected Reinforced Concrete Parts
Weber, Jozef ; Zlámal, Martin (referee) ; Švaříčková, Ivana (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with reinforced concrete floor structure. It is a 3D frame, which is composed of bar elements oriented in the longitudinal and transverse direction. The work is done calculating mean longitudinal beam and also the middle of the cross beam. Furthermore, the calculated floor structure, which operates in both directions. For the calculation of inner strength used computer program SCIA ENGINEER 2013.0, which operates on the Finite Element Method - FEM. All elements have been designed for ultimate and serviceability limit state. Work contains textual part, inner strength, static calculations, drawings and used documents.
Static analysis of reinforced concrete roofing of platform
Popovič, Tomáš ; Strnad, Jiří (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The thesis deals with the static solution of reinforced concrete roofing of bus platform. It is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame structure, which is consisting of circular pillar and girder. The girder has the general shape. The board is double-sided embedded into girder. The loads acting on the construction are transmitted to the foundation soil using reinforced concrete foundation blocks. The content of this thesis is based on the dimensioning of individual elements of the support structure according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1. These elements are dimensioned for the ultimate limit state. The main outputs of this static calculation are drawings of shape and drawings of reinforcement.
Reinforced concrete structure of the railway platform roofing
Vodová, Pavla ; Bažant, Zdeněk (referee) ; Šulák, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis deals with assessment of existing damaged reinforced concrete strucutre of the railway platform roofing according to the original project documentation. Apart from assessment of existing structure, there is prepared a design of two alternative solutions. The first alternative is a remediation of damage structure with description of appropriate diagnostic methods for testing concrete structures and with description of technological process of implementation of remediation. The second alternative is design of completely new structure instead of existing one. This new structure is designed as a monolithic frame contruction with restraint reinforced concrete panel and one – step foundation block. In this bachelor’s thesis there were prepared a design and assessment of sub – sections and work – out appropriate drawing documentation. All static assessments are calculated according to ultimate limit state.
Reinforced concrete storage halls
Bezruč, Michal ; Šulák, Pavel (referee) ; Janků, Hynek (advisor)
The Bachler’s thesis is focused on a design of new building of storage hall made of reinforced precast frame. In the thesis is solved middle part, that consist of two fields of two-bay hall. From the static view is qualified purlins, girders, columns and pile foundation including in-situ chalice. In a layout part of the thesis, there are worked up drawings of structure, shape and scheme of reinforcement of every part.
Gardening centre
Hodonský, Petr ; Štrba, Michal (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis treat of design and appreciation load-bearing steel structure of gardening centre. The object is situated in Brno- Jundrov locality. Overall height of the structure is 9 meters and overall lenght is 35 meters. Cross link is formed with arched welded truss that. Columns and truss form the steel frame. Load is composed of self weight, additonal imposed load and climate load caused by wind and snow that is reached for given locality.Static review comes out from previous load and it has been accomplished by Dlubal Rstab 7.04 and by hand computation.
