This bachelor thesis is concerned with motivation of employees, describes factors, which can directly or indirectly influence workers and instigate them to efficient work. Theory engages with the definition of motivation term, and its importance, motivation progression and also describes concrete tools, which stimulate increase in employee's motivation. The practical part evaluates system of motivation and its effect in chosen company and also decides whether chosen methods succeeded.

The thesis is about implementation of Bedaux's system at company Laufen CZ, and its influence of company even from work productivity and cost viewpoints. In first part the Bedeux's system is teoretically described as base for practical part of the thesis. In practical part is described and later evaluated the process of implementation with the results even for workers and company. By using these results from practical part the recommendations are introduced to improve Bedeux's system in company. In final part the thesis is evaluated as complex.

3PL Contract Types Analysis

Based on analysis of a particular outsourcing warehousing contract held between global company and 3PL, this thesis has three goals: evaluate current contract compared to standard contractual requirements, evaluate the option of switching the outsourcing relationship from open book to closed book approach, and suggest solution that would use the potential of the provider most. Break event point analysis, labour productivity analysis and method of managerial decision making were used in this thesis. Closed book and open book approaches were analysed in original way using previously mentioned methods. The recommendation to the company is to keep current open book contract with implementing quality KPI's and performance-based outsourcing in accordance with vested outsourcing approach.

Analysis of results management - comparison costs and profits in the Liberty-Victory company

The thesis deals with expenses and proceeds in manufacturing textile industry company and focuses on their measurement and effects on the operating result. We can not effectively and economically manage the production process of the company without previous knowledge of the structure of expenses and proceeds. It is necessary to regulate the accounting system and monitor the relationship between expenses and proceeds. These problems will be solved by the change of the system of the accounting documents´ circulation which is able to self-control the relationship between expenses and proceeds, and furthermore by the regulation of the suitable costing system of the company. The thesis results from the practical observation of the relationship between expenses and proceeds, their effect on the operating result in conditions of the manufacturing company. The applied arrangements will be analysed for drawing conclusions and recommendations for the next economic development of the company. The result of the thesis is the influence quantification of the change of the accounting documents´ circulation system. Productivity of labour was demonstrably higher due to more effective observation of the relationship between expenses and proceeds. The costing method "ABC" evaluated two fundamental types of the manufacture in term of general expenses and formation of the operating result, and the manufacture with higher profits was marked. These conclusions build the theoretical principle for the future decisions about the manufacturing programme of the company. The recommendations, which are included in the thesis , do not consider the possibility of the volume increase of the production because of the unsuitable economic conditions. The current number of employees will remain the same, and the reduction of the production owing to external economic aspects in the region is possible. The thesis offers the basic orientation in the structure of the expenses and proceeds of the company, and the recommendations for the increase of the production effectivity. It offers the control possibilities of expenses, and costing methods of general expenses.

The object of the thesis with the title Human Capital Expenses from Corporation Perspectives was to assess the importance of human capital expenses in the business organization dm drogerie markt Ltd., to evaluate their efficiency and consequently propose possible steps leading to make the resources spent on the human capital more effective. The practical part of the thesis deals with areas, which are associated with human capital expenses the closest: the system of remuneration and employee perks, the labour productivity and the structure and the amount of the labour costs, the organization and range of personnel controlling and briefly fundamentals of corporal culture, which illustrates the perception of the value of human capital for the investigated company.

The master thesis of this bachelor work is the analysis of costs progression and costs of wages in various sectors of national economy. The main part is devoted to differentiation of households salaries and dynamics of this salaries in various sectors for years 2005 and 2008. The mentioned Shift share analysis is about evaluation of wages level in particular territories. Otherwise the work is dedicated to productivity of work and dependance on labor costs.

Efficiency of factors of production in a company

The main aim of my work is to evaluate possibilities and the importance of monitoring of the efficiency of production factors. It requires to describe factors that influence the efficiency and to evaluate the impact on the economic results of a company. The practical part is focused on the calculation and analysis of the labour productivity, the profitability and activity indices of a given company from the region of South Bohemia in the period of five years and possibly to suggest measures to increase the efficiency of factors of production in the observed company.

Economy of Chosen Subject in Selected South Bohemian Region Aimed at Labour Productivity

The Authoress of this bachelor work (thesis) is dealing with assessing economical situation of the celected company aimed at labour productivity. As first terms are theoretically defined which are connected with information sources for assessment of the economical situation and for assessment of the labour productivity. After that separate areas of financial analysis are examined in detail (such as profitability, activity, insolvency and liquidity) and of labour productivity are axamined in detail (productivity per man, added value per man, exit per costs paid and added value per costs paid). Obtained data refer to problems of company at what should be located. There are problems with long time of payment falls due, refundment of company´s assets and low values of Labour Productivity.

Labour Productivity in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with labor productivity and factors affecting it. Such as technological progress, education and development. Examines how various factors improve productivity and how PA affects other sectors. Furthermore, the focus on comparisons of labor productivity in the Czech Republic and European Union countries - and it seeks to draw conclusions. The work space is defined for comparison between the Czech Republic and the founding States of the European Union and then with all the countries of the European Union. Analyzes the current state of labor productivity in the CR and its impact on the competitiveness of Czech enterprises. Their ability to survive in the global market. At the same time predicts the possible future development of PP and the impact on public finances in the context of accentuated the need for reform. The aim of this work is, among others, are familiar with concepts related to the PP and the PP itself. And on the basis of these data to understand the diversity of PP in different countries and the resulting wage differences.

Analysis of the Development of Wages in the Czech Republic since 1993

I chose this theme because it is current topic , as well as the issue price of labor affects almost every one of us. The aim of my work is to analyze the progress of earnings in the Czech Republic and the factors that influence this development since 1993. In the theoretical part of the work I am going to analyze the opinions of the authors of the theories of wages, and the types of the price of work and influences that determine them. Furthermore, in this chapter, I am going to analyze the theories on the effects of macro-economic indicators such as gross domestic product, inflation, labor productivity, the unemployment rate, etc. on earnings. In the analytical or practical work I am going to analyze the earnings progress in terms of education, professions, regions, age, etc. In addition, in this chapter, I am going to analyze the development of macroeconomic indicators in the Czech Republic and their effect on wage since 1993. At the end of my Bachelor Thesis I am going to try to assess the determinants affecting wage progress in the Czech Republic.
