This bachelor thesis deals with the constructional solution of mobile screw conveyor, which will be used for transport of grain, specifically wheat. There are calculations of main dimensions, drive with the gear options and with solidity controls of screw conveyor in the project. The work also solves the control of the frame which enables tilt of machine and which is equipped with wheels for transportation. The drawing documentation is based on the technical report together with the 3D CAD documentation of screw conveyor.

The screw conveyor of aggregate

This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of horizontal screw conveyor for transportation of aggregate. The work consists of technical report and drawings. Technical report contains the calculation of main dimensions, selection of the drive, clutch and bearings, including stress analysis of functional parts. The drawings, which are based on model assembly processed in 3D CAD system, contains a drawing of the entire device, sub-assemblies of bearing seats and welding subassembly of trough.

In the text part is performed design calculation of the major parts of spiral screw conveyor, drive unit design, storage worm screw, strength check of functional parts and an appropriate choice of material transported. Design documentation based on text part and consists of a conveyor assembly drawing, a list of items and drawing worm screw.

The aim of this thesis is the design and the design of screw conveyor for transporting steel shot blast machines to steel components according to the supplied parameters. Here is the calculation of the basic dimensions of the conveyor, the design of the propulsion system, the calculation of the filling of the trough, the determination of the total weight of the Auger, Auger and saving design strength control functional parts, this work is composed of technical reports and drawings.

This bachelor contains of a proposal and design of a sloping hydrated lime worm conveyor. The project is composed of technical specifications and drawing documentation. the technical specifications deal eith calculating the main parameters of worms conveyor, drive desin, storage of spiral worm and strength calculation of spiral worm shft. Drawing documentation is worked into the AutoCAD Mechanical program and consist of drawing assembly with individual details of the spiral worm shaft, manufacturing drawings nad welding assembly of the spiral worm.

This bachelor project deals with, specifies and makes design of the worm horizontal conveyor. The project is divided into drawings and written part including the funcional capacity calculation and electromotor output. Further the part includes proposal of key dimensions of the conveyer with the soilidity control of the worm, solving of the suspended bearings, assemble issues, maintenance and potencial exchange of the worm due to abrasion.

Cast-in-place structure at sewerage plant

The thesis is focused on the design and the assessment of horizontal supporting parts and concrete trough on the sewage pumping station in the Boskovice town. There are parts of thesis: technical report, static analysis, design documentation and visualizations. The technical report describes the proposed solution. Calculation of internal forces was performed by manual calculation and verified by the software RFEM. The design documentation consists of shape and reinforcements drawings of selected structural elements.
