Napjatostně deformační analýza železničního mostu v Brně Černovicích
Gago, Viliam ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The main subject of this thesis is stress and strain analysis of railway bridge in Brno Černovice as a typical example of steel truss construction. First section represents a theoretical summary, which is necessary for the right solution of this task. Next part describes analytic model for finding attributes of static determinate and indeterminate type of two-dimensional truss structure and their comparison. Those results are verified by numerical solution based on finite element method. The last part describes a three-dimensional model and shows a comparison with planar solution.
Napjatostně deformační analýza mostu v Třineckých železárnách
Ščerba, Bořek ; Skalka, Petr (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor thesis analyses stress and deformation of the truss construction. The first point of the thesis is a research, which includes obtaining information about the construction, for exemple dimensions, loads, purpose, history etc. Then, calculation models are created considering a different level of simplification. Two analytical models are crutial for the thesis – one statically determinate and the other statically indeterminate. They are used for analysing two different loads applied to the construction using methods of solid mechanics – it’s own weight and its own weight in combination with a weight of a vehicle that is driving through. Afterwards, the statically inderteminate model is verified using finite element method (FEM).
Napjatostně deformační analýza rozhledny Hraniční vrch
Novák, Tomáš ; Skalka, Petr (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on stress and deformation analysis of strut frame, which is based on lookout tower Hraniční vrch by the city Město Albrechtice. The main goal is to create simplified 3D model and his resulting analysis at various degree of static indeterminateness. The first part contains introduction to history of lookout tower, theoretical introduction to bar, strut frame and limit state, followed by calculation of three various static indeterminate level. In the last part is verification of analytic results by numeric method. Another goal is to create thesis, which will also give a guidence for future solver of more complex 3D strut frame.
Stress-strain analysis of the bar system
Pop, Miroslav ; Profant, Tomáš (referee) ; Houfek, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of rod systems, which represent a special type of construction widely used in the building and mechanical industry. In the introductory part is presented a theoretical basis and methods of static solution of rod systems are described, then it is described stress of rod systems and are derived relations that were subsequently used for the calculation of the specific example. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the analytical calculation of the planar rod system in shape of a power line pylon, for which the cross-sections of the members are designed and the magnitude of the stresses and deformation displacements are calculated. For the calculation, the general method of joints was used and cross sections were designed with respect to the elastic limit state and the buckling stability limit state. At the end of the work, the results of the analytical calculation were verified with numerical solution in software ANSYS Workbench.
Deriving and Application of Analytical Design of Hammerspring in Firearms
Vobejda, Radek ; Polzer, Stanislav (referee) ; Slažanský, Martin (advisor)
The thesis deals with inference of analytic relations for calculation of pressure helical coil spring and considerates usage possibilities of simplified relations. In the thesis there is introduced analytic computation of slightly curvatured rod theory completed by finite element method calculations. The thesis describes two springs of firearm, which weren’t able to achieve required functionality. After this there was created a plan of concept particular spring on the base of derivated relations, which should be able to meet operative conditions.
Design and Sterss Analysis of the Assambling Device for Stationary Assembling of the Injection Molding Machine Closing Unit
Kecík, Samuel ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Lošák, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with design and strength control of the assembly for stationary moun-ting of carts of the linear guide of the injection molding unit. The proposed preparationhas several conditions such as a rigid construction, the smallest size, and versatility for allsizes of close units. Stress analysis is solved analytically by the use of a beam theory withneglecting its own weight of beam. At the end is a comparison of the calculation using finiteelement method in ANSYS Workbench.
Electronic Xylophone
Weyrová, Dominika ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design and implement an electronic xylophone, which will be driven by Arduino or appropriately chosen programmable controller. Xylophone will be particularly suitable for promotional purposes.
Analysis of possibilities of solution of buckling of a screw-shaped beam
Pokorný, Jan ; Fuis, Vladimír (referee) ; Burša, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with the effect of the pretwist of a column on the increase in buckling load and also focuses on a column with rectangular cross section. This problem is divided into two main parts. The first one is represented by the column with a large thread pitch, the second one by a small thread pitch. The results are obtained by a numerical approach using MATLAB software. The verification is carried out via finite element software. The outcome of this thesis is plotting the ratio of the critical loads of the twisted and prismatic columns against the ratio of the side lengths of the rectangular cross section. The results are shown for both types of considered columns.
Stress and deformation analysis of railway bridge over the Svratka River
Kovář, Jaroslav ; Žák, Stanislav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with stress and strain analysis of real truss bridge structure. This structure is modelled as plane bar system. The opening part dedicates to theory, which is further used for calculations. The calculation part dedicates to compare statically determinate and indeterminate variation of structure for load by own weight and passage of the train. Analytic calculations are numerically verified with program ANSYS. In thesis is assessed concentration of stress, when the rivet drops out of the structure. The next part of thesis dedicates the spatial model of bridge, which is compared witch plane model.
Assessment of characteristic of a helical conus-shaped spring under compression
Loveček, Libor ; Žák, Stanislav (referee) ; Burša, Jiří (advisor)
The presented bachelor thesis pursue the behaviour of coiled conical pressure spring while loaded. Thesis includes analytical calculation in accordace to the slighty curvatured rod theory. Calculation is designed for a specific coiled conical spring in a MAPLE environment. The results are compared with data acquired while experimenting with the spring.
