The optimization of the procurement process at ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the procurement process at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Specifically with Forward Sourcing, which is responsible for the nomination of suppliers for new parts of starting projects. Optimization will be done within a benchmark analogical to identical process in Volkswagen AG. The aim is to create proposals for changes and recommendations for an effective functioning of Forward Sourcing. The theoretical part will be defined in terms of process management and procurement within the organization. The practical part focuses on the analysis, comparison and measurement process from which proposals for changes and recommendations will be determined.
The integration of an organization by the process management

This thesis describes the integration of an organization by the process management and it is based on a hypothesis: Is it possible by using process audit to assess the maturity level of the process(es) and the maturity of the organization Mepatek holding itself? The thesis has following objectives: Firstly the research of theoretical basis for the application of appropriate methodologies for a designing process-driven organization, secondly with the help of the process audit assess the maturity process(es) and the entire organization and thirdly a proposal of process-driven organization. This thesis is divided in four parts. The first part is connected to the explanation of the topic, hypotheses definition and objectives. The second part concerns on process management which defines the basic concepts and describes the theoretical background needed to understand the issue. The third part deals with the integration of an organization Mepatek holding"by the process management. The fourth and last part contains a conclusion and evaluation of the objectives of the thesis.
Analysis of selected processes at the customer centre in the company XY

The topic of the thesis is an analysis of selected business processes in the company XY, which is engaged in providing employee benefits and catering. The issue of business processes and their optimization is recently very topical issue and is dealt with more organizations. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the current condition of selected business processes at the customer service center company XY, for a purpose of identify their possible shortcomings. Subsequently, the author of the work proposed possible solutions that contribute to optimizing selected processes. Contribution work consists mainly in analyzing selected processes and propose possible solutions to the identified shortcomings. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts relevant to the understanding of the issues, comparing two basic approaches management of the organization and introduction of basic methodologies, techniques and notations used for modeling business processes. The practical part is an actual analysis of selected business processes, the author of the work area is restricted to the customer service center XY. And then the possible solutions identified shortcomings.
Analysis of business process of selected company and identification of its potential of improvement

This bachelor thesis is focused on process management of selected manufacturing company. The main goal of this thesis is an analysis of selected highest-priority process and identification of its potential of improvement. Sub-goals of this thesis are research sources relevant to the topic of business process improvement potential, creation of process map, setting up criteria for selecting highest-priority process and finally a proposal of implementing identified improvement potential. The first part is a theoretical introduction to basic terms relevant to business processes, business process models and potential of improvement. The second part is focused on introduction of analyzed manufacturing company, its organization structure, strategic goals and information system. There is an identification of business processes in the third part and then the processes are being analyzed based on method of real potential improvement. At the end of the third part there are created scanning tables for selected process and there is also their evaluation. The main benefit of this thesis is an application of theoretical method on real existing manufacturing company. Another benefit is the identification of weak spots in highest priority business process and submitting actions that fixes these weak spots.
Analysis and proposal of marketing processes at the company AAA Auto

My thesis is focused on analysis and proposal of marketing processes in AAA AUTO company. Thesis starts with theoretical part, in which I describe various methods of development of information systems, provide examples of life cycle models and methods of modelling processes. In next part I provide theoretical introduction of marketing campaigns preparation. This part describes factors which influence a marketing campaigns success. Further follows practical part of this work, which begins with a brief description of AAA Auto company and its marketing department and goes on to processes analysis. The next chapter of practical part is devoted to proposal of the information system. In this chapter I describe requirements for information system and process models with the information system using.

This work is focused on the analysis and optimization of chosen processes of private university. The objective is to find such optimization which would improve functioning by transferring part of activities from original roles to students or to another employees. The first part of this work contains theory which explains processes and used methodologies. The second part is practical, at first it describes analyzed private university and the process of analysis. In next part the process analysis and optimization suggestion are described. The end consists of summary of the thesis and it comes with specific solution which answers to the main objective.
Analysis and proposal of business process improvement of selected organization

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the area of process management in a selected company. Main goal of this thesis is analysis of company processes followed by identification of their potential for improvements. Within this thesis is analysis, main process models and proposal for implementation of identified potential for improvement. First part deals with modelling of processes in EPC diagrams. The basic terms of potential for improvements are defined here. Second part is focused on description of analyzed company, its organizational structure and its strategic goals. There are identified company processes by means of global process model, which identifies specific main processes and then analyze them. Results are displayed in scanning tables and then evaluated. In the third part is suggested solution for elimination of identified limits, in order reaching identified potentials of improvement.
Selection and implementation of ERP system for small expanding companies

This diploma thesis focuses on the process improvements and selection of appropriate ERP system in terms of small companies. In the theoretical part it explains the concept of process and methods of its analysis, management and business process improvements. There are also characterized the basic types of ERP systems and their potential acquisition process. The practical part is divided into two functional units, where the first one is the analysis of processes and proposals for their improvement in a specific company. The second part deals with the analysis and selection methods of specific ERP system for the specific company.

This thesis is focused on solving specific problems in NGO organization AIESEC Praha, caused by big fluctuation, by process analysis and process management implementation. The aim of this paper is provide theoretical introduction to process management and its associated areas. In the beginning of practical part organization is introduced, also with its culture and legal environment that affects its main processes. Following strategic analysis is base for identification of single processes in the organization. Process analysis itself takes major part of thesis and involves described several driving processes through the organization. At the end the knowledge database Tiki is introduced with final conclusions and evaluation.
