This diploma thesis focuses on the process of creating a financial plan for the company AHLFIT spol. s r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part addressing theoretical foundations for further proceedings, followed by an analytical section where both strategic and financial analyses of the company are conducted, serving as a basis for formulating the financial plan presented in the third part. Finally, this plan is evaluated, and further actions are recommended for the company.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The master‘s thesis evaluates the performance of an engineering company engaged in the production of agricultural machinery, analyzes the current situation between 2018 and 2022 and proposes the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard model. The thesis is divided into 3 parts, the first explains the goal of the work in details and the methods for its processing. The second part presents the theoretical side of the thesis, such as the explanation of the individual models of financial performance assessment, primarily the Balanced Scorecard model and its individual perspectives, including selected indicators of financial analysis needed for them. This knowledge is then practically used in the next part, which uses not only the financial statements of the company and the indicators gradually calculated from them, but mainly the individual perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard model, the set strategic goals of these perspectives and strategic actions leading to the fulfillment of the set values. Last but not least, the work is concluded with a summary evaluation of the proposal to introduce the Balanced Scorecard model into the company, together with possible benefits and risks of introduction, including their analysis and measures.

Evaluation of the financial situation of a selected internationally operating company and suggestions for its improvement

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected internationally operating company and on the basis of the analysed data to propose appropriate measures to improve the financial situation of the company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis deals with defining the concepts of analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, financial analysis and inter-enterprise comparison. The second part focuses on the application of the individual procedures defined in the theoretical part, i.e. analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, financial analysis and inter-company comparison. The last part of the thesis, which is based on the results of the analytical part, is devoted to the actual proposal of a solution to improve the financial situation of the company.

Economic and Financial Evaluation of the Company and Proposal for Implementation of Balanced Scorecard

This master´s thesis focuses on the design of the Balanced Scorecard model for the real environment of the company SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. The thesis contains a theoretical part in which the basic concepts are explained, including the Balanced Scorecard model itself and its individual perspectives. In the analytical part, the company is introduced and financial and strategic analysis is performed. Subsequently, based on the analyses, a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard is made, which includes strategic objectives and benchmarks. This proposal should subsequently lead to an increase in the performance of the company.

This master’s thesis is focuses on the design of a corporate financial plan for a specific company. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the introductory part there are the theoretical background necessary for the elaboration of the given topic. Subsequently, the selected company is introduced and a thorough strategic and financial analysis is performed. This is followed by a proposal of a corporate financial plan for the next four years, both in an optimistic and pessimistic variant. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed financial plan is carried out.

In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o is presented and its strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The last part of the thesis contains a draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is further evaluated through financial indicators.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic situation of GRANDE, s.r.o. in the period of 2018-2022. The evaluation of the company is carried out by the means of strategic and financial analysis. The theoretical concepts and methods of analysis are defined in the first part of the thesis. In the second part, the concepts and methods are used for the practical analysis of the enterprise. Based on the analysis, recommendations for improving the situation of the enterprise are then evaluated and their benefits are defined.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of evaluating the financial situation of Brand Promotion CZ s.r.o. and suggestions for improving this situation. I worked with the company's financial statements from 2018 to 2022. Structurally, this work consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part for a specific company. The theoretical part contains basic terms and indicators for financial analysis. Next, in the practical part, I calculate the given indicators and evaluate the subsequent results. In the last part of this work, I make my own proposals for improving the financial situation in the company.
