My diploma thesis is focused on a comprehensive analysis of a selected company, its business environment and possible risks associated with the implementation of the proposed change in the supply process using a mobile application. My proposed solution includes a risk reduction method, a complex view of the processes in the application and its graphic design, along with the estimated costs of implementing the change.

The first part is an overview of the theory of the issue, the second part deals with detailed analyzes of society and the information system, and the last part consists of their own proposals for improving the information system along with economic evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with assessment of the information system of selected company which focuses on providing services in financial field. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical background and analytical methods are presented, which are used in the analytical part. The second part of the thesis presents the company, its analysis and information system analysis. Based on this, the final part of the thesis proposes a change that leads to the efficiency of processes in the company and to the elimination of detected deficiencies.

Topic of this Diploma thesis is assessment of information system in selected company Ryba Žilina s.r.o.. This phase of assessment comes out from extensive analysis and findings. After evaluation of analytical methods used, suggestions for improvement of current information system, will be created. Optimization of Data Backup

This diploma thesis will deal with optimization of backup system of elementary school in Židlochovice, with possibility of using own technologies or cloud services. The thesis analyzes the current state of the backup system, proposes two variants of optimization and one of them is recommended for implementation. The implementation of the selected one will be described using the Lewin‘s model of change and network diagram. The risks that may arise during implementation or operation will be highlighted and propose methods to reduce them.
