The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is a project of the house with office for business activities. The projected building should be located in the village Jemnice in the street ,, Na Předlískách ". It is a one-storey house with attic and a separate garage, which is situated on midly sloping land. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM. The ceiling of the house is made out of fundamentals roof Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Knauf plasterboard partitions. The roof is top with purlins at King post truss roofed and concrete roofing KM-BETA.

House on the Sloping Land

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is family house on the sloping land. Object is located on the edge of village Domanín and designed for a family of four. The building has irregularly shaped floor plan divided into three tracts, each vertically shifted by half a floor. The middle tract has two stores, side tracts are single-storey. Foundation structures are solved by basis strips made of plain concrete. Vertical constructions are made of brick blocks Heluz. Ceiling construction is designed from ceramic-concrete beams Heluz and Miako inserts. The roof is flat single-cased with stabilizing layer made of washed river stones. Project documentation is processed in computer program Archicad.

The projected building should be located in the village Jemnice in the street ,, Budějovická“ It is a four-storey house with partial basement, which is situated on midly sloping land. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM. The ceilings of the house are made out of fundamentals roofs Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Knauf plasterboard partitions. The roof is slant double-coating covering of systém Fatrafol – S810.

The building is designed to approximately in the shape of the letter "F" as a single-storey building with a basement and an attic. The supporting system object is solved from POROTHERM 30 PROFI thermo 200 mm EPS. The roof structure is designed "hambálkovým" modern truss. The land is gently sloping to the south-west. In the basement there is parking for 3 cars, laundry, utility room with two storage rooms. On the ground floor is a swimming pool, living room, dining room and kitchen. The dining room is connected to the 2.NP floor galleries, and upstairs there is a bedroom with two rooms.

The house is brick with a transverse construction system. It is quite cellared. It has a basement and two floors. The roof is a flat roof with a slope of 5 °.

The theme of this work is building solutions for residential new construction house in Vrchlabi. The family house is also designed medical office. The family house is located one floor and attic. Ground object consists of two rectangles, which divides the layout and operation of housing and employment, including part of the surgery. Roofing made a pitched roof and flat roof over part of the vegetation plan. The house is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in a quiet family houses. All habitable rooms are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists of a system Liapor. The cladding is insulated contact insulation. The facade is simply divided in accordance with the large glass window openings.
