Design of a Holiday Package with the Intention on Sport and Dance

The bachelor thesis reacts on characteristics of contemporary time. We are surrounded by modern technology, our lifestyle is hectic and we are put under high pressure by school, our employee or our surroundings. Being well rested and relaxed is important in such a physical exertion. Even though a lot of Czechs are overweight and work at sedentary job, they prefer to spend their free time actively and sports holidays have increased in popularity. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to design a holiday package that focuses on dance and sports lessons, excursions included. The theoretical part introduces problems of domestic tourism, then deals with problems of creating holiday packages and analyses the field of sport and dance. The end of the theoretical part occupies of market segmentation that is necessary for creating and selling the product. The practical part consists of two chapters. The first one evaluates the results of the research using graphs. The acquired results serve as a basis for the next chapter, which deals with the design of the holiday itself considering wishes and needs of the respondents. The participants of the survey could express their preferences concerning sports and dance lessons and also tourist attractions. The survey inquires the optimal length of the holiday and the season of the year, too. The practical part integrates the characteristics of Nature conservation area Jeseníky where the holiday takes place, followed by the hotel description, its services and lessons description. The holiday package is cost out, the daily schedule and maps of the excursions are included. The survey demonstrates that 83 % of the respondents are interested in such a holiday package. The result shows that Czech tourist agencies should consider selling this kind of product.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of offers of tours to South-East Asia provided by Czech tour operators. The evaluation is performed using the analysis of selected tour operators and the comparison of their products. The first chapter explains some basic terms that are important for the understanding of the bachelor thesis. The second chapter of the thesis describes selected tour operators and their products. The last chapter summarizes and compares obtained information according to selected criteria.
The comparison of chosen travel agencies

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the comparison of CK Čedok and CK Alexandria on the basis of stated marketing criteria. In the theoretical part, basic terms related to the activity of the travel agency are specified. At first is defined travel agency, its functions, characteristics of holiday package and services provided by travel agency. Further, the definition of marketing, marketing mix and characteristics of its basic elements are given. The practical part deals with the comparison of holiday package offer, prices and special offers, distribution and promotion of CK Čedok with CK Alexandria. Then the information is evaluated by SWOT analysis. The conclusion summarizes essential findings which were discovered in this thesis.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a 10 day holiday package around Rhode Island, Kos Island, Nisyros Island and Patmos Island. The main task of the thesis is to organize the right combination of air transport, sea transport and road transport. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter explains the basic terms of tourism as holiday package, travel agency or different types of services. The second chapter introduces the beauty and the diversity of the Dodecanese Islands from the point of their historical monuments and natural sights. In the last chapter is created the holiday package itself including a 10 day itinerary and calculation of the holiday package.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of an offer of travel agency Alexandria. In the first part, the basic terms related to the activity of tour operators are explained. Tour operators are defined. The duties of travel agencies are stressed, especially the necessity of the insurance against insolvency and bankruptcy is pointed out. Further, the conditions for obtaining a concession are clarified. The first chapter is also dedicated to the general terms and conditions of tour operators. In the second part of the thesis the travel agency Alexandria is introduced and its offer is analyzed in detail. In this part of the thesis the services which are provided by Alexandria are described. The innovation of its offer is mentioned as well. The offer is assessed in the SWOT analysis in the final part. The study of strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is based on the previous chapter. In conclusion the offer of travel agency Alexandria is evaluated again and summarized.
The unutilized potential of tourism in Spain

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of tourism in Spain and its unutilized potential for Czech tourists. Its goal is to analyze the offer of Czech travel agencies within this area and to create new holiday packages and packaged tours sourcing from the results of the analysis. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first one is theoretical and describes the tourism as a whole, Spain and its relations with Czech Republic from various points of view. The second chapter looks into tourism in Spain, its development and conditions for its origin and sustainability in the country. The third chapter is about the current situation of tourism in Spain and is based on statistics and SWOT analysis. The next chapter analyze the offer of chosen Czech travel agencies, both well known and less known and the last chapter contains recommendations for the development of the Czech offer of tourism in Spain including the creation of new holiday packages and packaged tours.
