Poskytla RIA podklady k efektivnímu politickému rozhodnutí ohledně programu podpory filmového průmyslu?

The Film Industry Support Programme offers filmmakers up 20 % eligible costs on their production related expenses provided that they film in the Czech Republic. The aim of the programme is to improve amount of foreign film productions in the Czech Republic. EEIP, a.s. created a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) study in which the impacts of the Film Industry Support Programme on the state budget have been quantified. They concluded that the impact of the subsidy programme on the state budget will be positive. In my work I made evaluation after a year of existence Support Programme. According to my calculation no measurable positive impacts on the state budget occured so far.

Brownfields and their impact on landscape of selected region

The dissertation analyses the situation of brownfields in the region of Vysočina, Czech Republic, assesses the state of brownfields and outlines possible future development. The work contains of seven chapters and is directed at three basic stages. The contents of the first stage is identification and character of environmental limits. The second stage is the analysis of negative features and burdens causing a direct health threat in the monitored area. The third, final stage of this work is a sociological survey focused on perception and evaluation of brownfield sites by local community in this area. The output of these analysises are tables and graphical diagrams, which summarize the data obtained in the research.

The fourth part {<<Bai0kal i politika}{>>} is devoted to current political situation and historical evolution in this region. The Fifth part {<<Promyshlennostp1 i e1konomika}{>>} contains comparison of branches of industry in both regions. The sixth part {<<E1kologiya}{>>} describes ecological situation around the lake Bajkal with completion of particular ecological projects {<<BE1V}{>>}. Part of it is brief content of amateurish document made by workmates of {<<BE1V}{>>}. Conclusion contains author´s attitude. Pictures and citations are part of this thesis and are included in particular chapters.

Authors focus namely on dynamically developingperspective business branches and brief characteristic of certain R&D institutions. Finally, the paper shows circumstances and importance of R&D activities from the social and economical poit of view.
