Marketing environment in China

This thesis aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the Chinese marketing environment, which would enable companies to understand the fundamental characteristics of Chinese market. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter serves as an introduction to theoretical basis, the second chapter is devoted to modern history and the basic characteristics of Chinese culture. PEST Analysis of China's marketing environment is a key part of the thesis. The fifth chapter focuses on Chinese consumer behavior, including predictions of changes which can be occured as a result of specific demographic trends, increasing disposable income of Chinese households, the actual consumer preferences, etc. Trough the analysis of marketing environment and consumer behaviour the thesis provides the recommendation for the marketing mix creation.

Main theme of this work was to do the strategic analysis of the enterprise Hotel Plzeň with application of analysis and methods, that should show, which strong and weak points has this company and identify her opportunities and threats. To specify it, was the base for the formulation of a strategy, proposals and recommendations for next development. After executed analysis came out, that the enterprise has a lot of strengths, on which it can lean in future and strong it -- for example its staff, costumers and services ; and has many opportunities for using too. The end of work was dedicated to proposals for next development of business activities and how to improve the financial situation of this company.

This thesis formulates a business plan of established joint stock company that is dedicated to two very different business activities. The thesis consists of 5 parts - an introduction, theoretical and methodological part, the description of the analyzed company, application of selected methods, and the conclusion. The product portfolio is analyzed with a business plan of the company. By application of the business plan is implemented innovation and modernization of two principal activities. The results of application of the business plan are assessed in terms of financial analysis. Application of the business plan will help in solving main problems of the analyzed company - low profitability and high costs.

This master's thesis is focused on analysis of Whirlpool CR, spol. s r. o. product range. Main objective of this thesis is to analyse Whirlpool CR freestanding home appliances product range and suggest reccomendations for its optimalization. The theoretical part is devoted to methods for the analysis of macro-and microenvironment, which are then applied in practical part of work. Based on internal company data Whirlpool CR, spol. s r. o. is provided the analysis of the marketing mix. The analysis of range and recommendations for its optimization are performed with the Boston Consulting Group matrix.
Analyses of the Spirits Market and Possible Implications for Marketing Strategy in Macedonia

Although mostly associated with the harmful consequences of alcohol abuse over the public health, the industry of distilled spirits represents a very important and substantial part of the economy. Nowadays, the spirits industry does not only consist of alcoholic beverages; but it is part of many cultures, creates a certain image, and provides additional incomes for the economy in the form of taxes and excises, as well as job creation. The main aim for writing this paper on this topic was to analyze the Macedonian spirits market and to suggest a marketing strategy through making parallel comparisons between specifics in different spirits markets in the world and the spirits industry in Macedonia. Working in the spirits market industry requires careful execution of the company's strategies and policies, while respecting all the legislation procedures. That is why when entering the spirits market; a good and essential analysis is necessary.

An academic part goes into enterprise, business plan and its stucture, characterization of limited company and also analyses external and internal environment. Practical part of thesis goes into actual analysis of a market environment, which refers to established company. The business plan for EM WORKS Ltd is also created. This company provides electro installation services. The final part of thesis includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of established company gained through SWOT analysis.

My Diploma Thesis is themed Investigation of market opportunities for a selected company, the Haberdashery in Vyšší Brod and their draft solution, including financial situation.The Diploma Thesis consists of two main parts: literature search and a practical part. The first step to understand the theme was a study of special literature written by the most prestigious Czech and foreign authors. Further step for a composition of the literature search was a preparation of the practical part that followed. First of all I analysed the textile industry segment.I consulted processing of the company characteristics with the owner of the company and her external auditor.An important step to meet the objective was an environmental analysis, within which I applied the below listed partial analyses:PEST analysis,Porter{\crq}s five forces,Internal Analysis of a company,SWOT analysis.To complete this thesis I carried out a questionnaire survey within the company customers that was applied for the first time during the Bachelor{\crq}s Thesis themed Effect of a microenvironment on satisfaction of customer needs and wishes in a selected company.In conclusion I made an assessment of the company existing situation, proposed solution and herewith met the objective of my Diploma Thesis.
Analysis of marketing environment

The aim of my bachelors thesis was to asses the marketing goals of selected firm and to propose possible changes. The theoretical part is devoted to marketing, marketing analysis and marketing environment. In the practical part is applied PEST analysis and Porter´s five forces model in the company, which deals with international freight transportation by vehicles over 3.5 tons. Conclusion contains proposed changes to the enterprise.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the development of the {\clq}qA`` company, focused on the sales of lighting appliances. The analytic period has covered the years 2005-2007. For the investigation were used SWOT and PEST analyses and in addition the financial analysis. The synthetic part of the thesis contains the proposal of change of the strategy for the years 2008-2010.
