Local Action Group Rakovnicko and its importance for the regional development

The introduction of this thesis themed "Local Action Group Rakovnicko and its importance for the regional development" focuses on the questions of the beginning a development of European's cooperation. In context of entry Czech Republic into the European Union handles this thesis about the birth of native regional policy and actual conditions of pumping European funds. Separate theme is the meaning of method LEADER for the development of rural regions in the Czech conditions and community effort to establish the cooperation with private sector based on local partnership. The Local Action Group Rakovnicko tries to apply the mentioned method and forms for small communities needed background and conditions. The aim of this thesis is to create a project for small town of Jesenice, which is focused on the development of tourism.
Subsidies distribution process simulation as a part of LEADER strategic plan

LEADER method is European Policy of Economic and Social Cohesion's tool that focuses on a rural development. LEADER program is a part of Program for Rural Development which Ministry of Agriculture has responsibility of in the Czech Republic. Method LEADER is used by Local Action Group which is a community that associates delegates of public and private sector. One of Local Action Group's goals is distribution of subsidies received from the EU funds and national programs. The main goal of this thesis is construction of a simulation model that demonstrates whole process of subsidies distribution. Analysis of received applications for subsidies and usage of grant from applied allocation should be created by the simulation. Based on obtained results changes are implemented in the model that can improve process of subsidies distribution.
Development of Rakovnicko and support of business partnership throughout the microregion.

The presented thesis deals with the development of microregion Rakovnicko with regard to the area of tourism. The main objective of the study was to find out what kind of options has the surveyed region for supporting business activities in the field of tourism. The operational objective was to describe the limits of business development in this area. The objectives were obtained through analysis of the state of particular business support tools. The analysis covered the past and the current state of support tools, and the final conclusion was drawn within each of them.
Contibution of Local Action Group beyond the terms of Strategic Plan LEADER within the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis deals with the theme of Local Action Groups. It focuses principally on comparison of various Local Action Groups in Czech Republic in terms of their activities beyond the Strategic Plan LEADER. The issue of Local Action Groups and their activities beyond the Strategic Plan LEADER is elaborated more in detail in the second part of the theses and there is also described results analysis and proposition of corrective procedures and recommendations.
Criteria for evaluation and selection of projects under the RDP in South Bohemia

The aim of this study was the analysis and subsequent evaluation of the current system of evaluating applications for grants under the Rural Development Program, specifically Axis IV. LEADER. In parallel with this work is to describe the administrative process of applying for grants, strategic plan LEADER and scope of activities of the Local Action Group. The result of a design of 3 new evaluation criteria, which, when implemented, eliminate the analysis of the shortcomings currently complying with the principles of EU regional policy.
Impacts of the Structural Funds of the European Union on examples of microregions Tachov

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effect of drawing funds from structural funds of EU to specific areas of the Czech Republic which is the region Tachov and micro-regions, which are located there. A sub-goal is to determine whether the observed micro-regions fulfill its role in the region, and whether there are other forms of small regional groups which are able to effectively draw and allocate financial resources from EU funds. The first part is a concise definition of regional policy and its implementation in the Czech Republic accompanied by a description of EU funds, which goes from support to the regions. The next section is characterized by the region Tachovsko and its micro-regions. The area is analyzed from both an economic and social terms and is conducted SWOT analysis. Next chapter deals with the operational programs that are relevant for the investigated area. The central part deals with the evaluation of projects in the both programming period, in 2004-2006 and in 2007-2013. It created a comprehensive overview of all completed and ongoing projects that are examining the impact of utilization of EU funds. Base on these findings are suggested for the region and both micro-regions for one thing in the drawing of funds EU and for another in activities in the field of micro-regions.
Forms of Regional Co-operation in the Light of the Promotion of Production

In that project, I targeted to activity Local Action Group (LAG). LAG unites the representatives of the self-goverment and others public institutions, entrepreneurs and non-state of the non-profit organisations. Bachelor thesis with the name ?Forms of the regional cooperation of the view support of production? is composed of two parts. The first part is teoretic and the second part is practical. In teoretical part I concentrated on explanation of concept (cooperation, partnership, local action group, program of the developement for countries and marketing?s research). As major target in practical part was analyze of concrete LAG and delimit its potential in sphere of local products support. As secondary target was find out, if entrepreneurs know about posibility of co-operation with LAG, or what can they expect and if they would interest to be member in LAG. In practical part of my project I employed mainly the informations, which I get assist interview and questionnaire. In practical part of my project I employed mainly the informations, which I gained assist interview and questionnaire. For my bachelor thesis I chose the Public Group of LAG ?Krajina srdce?. As emerged from the questionnaire analysis, that the more than half of addressed entrepreneurs don't know about LAG ?Krajina srdce?. I suppose that the promotion is insufficient. For the LAG I would recommend re-promotion as information seminars on activities, information reported in the press about the activities of LAGs, which would increase awareness of the LAG.
Analysis of the management leadership style and its impact on effectiveness of non-profit organization

The main goal of the diploma thesis ?Analysis of the management leadership style and its impact on effectiveness of non-profit organization? is to analyse the methods of leadership and management, to characterize its manager?s style of the leadership and management, to suggest optimal system of the leadership and management and to judge their impact on the effectiveness of the performed activities and strategic aims I have chosen the local action group called civic association ?CHANCE IN NATURE ? Local action group? to be the object of this diploma thesis. This action group is located in South Bohemia. The thesis is divided in to three parts. In the first part I have focused to theoretical determination of the basic terms related to the setting of the diploma thesis. The second part discuses the characteristic of the chosen local action group. The last part is devoted to analysis of the leadership and the evaluation of received information and to verbalization of conclusion.
Local Action Groups in the new Programming Period

Objective of this work is based on practical experience and theoretical knowledge, divided local action groups according to type and to evaluate their approach to the development of the interest area. Support for MSP and the activities of local action groups in the Tabor district

The main purpose of dissertation was to be formed economic characteristics district Tabor with appreciation status of the small and middle companies in a given district and possibility their next development. The partial purpose was activity analysis to the local action groups, their comparison and meaning for the development of the small and middle companies. The first step in the processing of the thesis was the study of literature. For the diploma thesis was the method of comparison, the questionnaire and the method of SWOT analysis.
