The master's thesis deals with the fundamental and technical analysis of stock Philip Morris ČR. The aim of the thesis is a specification of investment recommendation. The fundamental analysis specifies an intrinsic value of the stock Philip Morris ČR, compares it with a real stock price and recommends sale or purchase of this stock. Technical analysis uses graphical methods and technical indicators to determine an appropriate time to sale or purchase this stock.

The theoretical part summarizes the most common methods of fundamental analysis of shares and the emphasis on the awareness of individual factors that affect the stock exchange. The practical part of the company's fundamental analysis is used for determining the intrinsic value of the shares of CEZ. Based on comparance of the intrinsic value with the current market price of the shares at the end thesis provides investment advice.

This graduation theses provides on the basis of an analysis fundamental and technical investment recommendation regarding shares of ČEZ. In determining the internal value of shares are used dividend discount models, profit models and FCFE model. By comparing this value with the current share price is determined whether the stock is profitable investment or not. Technical analysis with utilization graphical methods and technical indicators are able to predict when the market occurs a situation in which an advantageous sale or purchase of share is.

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce jsou v největší míře externí zdroje financování podniku a jejich aplikace do praxe. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou, která je zaměřena na objasnění základních pojmů a souvislostmi mezi těmito pojmy, a dále část praktickou. Hlavními kapitolami části praktické je určení podílu externího a interního kapitálu, zjištění průměrných nákladů kapitálu, odhad průměrných nákladů vlastního kapitálu a určení vnitřní hodnoty akcie.

The bachelor thesis is focused on Fundamental analysis of stock Erste Bank. In the first chapter I analyze the impact of macroeconomic indicators to stock prices and I try to forecast their values in the future. The second chapter is devoted to analysis of the banking sector, first in the European Union, then Czech stock market. The third chapter is concentrated on the calculation of intrinsic value of stocks Erste Bank from which I conclude the best investment recommendation.

Diploma thesis focuses on fundamental and technical analysis of the stock Komerční banka, a.s. The aim of the work is to applicate techniques of both analyses and prepare investvment recommendations according to acquired results. This work also provides theoretical background of particular analyses and applied methods. The first chapter contains global fundamental analysis supplemented by analysis of relations between main factors and index PX using correlation coefficient. Another two chapters deal with sector analysis and calculation of intrinsic value of the stock. The last chapter is devoted to technical analysis using chart's methods and methods based on technical indicators.

Specific issues of financial service firms at determining the intristic value of a stock

The principal aim of the thesis is to analyze specific issues of financial service firms in comparison with nonfinancial firms, and to explain how to determine the intristic value of a stock using the fundamental analysis. The particular macroeconomic, industrial and business factors influencing the intristic value of a stock are desribed in detail with the emphasis on the distinctions of financial service firms. A separate chapter is focused on particular methods suitable for determining the intristic value of a financial service firm's stock. The applied section analyzes all the components of the fundamental analysis in detail using Komerční banka's stock as an example. Consequently, the intristic value of the stock is calculated by means of available methods with the decision whether the market pricing is correct.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou akciových titulů z německého burzovního indexu DAX. Úvodní kapitola diplomové práce obsahuje korelační analýzu indexu DAX s dalšími akciovými indexy. Hlavní kapitola je zaměřena na využití fundamentální analýzy při ohodnocování akciových titulů z dotyčného burzovního indexu DAX. Ohodnocování akciových titulů je prováděno pomocí dividendového diskontního modelu a modelů ziskových. Závěr tvoří zkoumání úspěšnosti investičních strategií založených na fundamentálních akciových ukazatelích.
