At first, it was necessary to analyze the overall assessment of human resource management in the company, a literary overview of the topic chosen had to be created. The literary overview was created from sources available both in the library of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and in the internet environment. The literary overview focuses on the concept of human resources management and its objectives, tasks and developmental stages and then on individual personnel activities (acquisition, selection, evaluation, motivation of employees). When drawing from books, only the most important information was selected because of the scope of work. The practical part was first introduced and characterized by P.M.H. Subsequently, her history and organizational structure were also presented. In addition, the overall human resources management was analyzed and thoroughly worked out. All these internal information was provided by the executive manager of Nadine Pernikova. The last part of the work was a questionnaire focusing on employee satisfaction and motivation. The questions were consulted with the company's manager, who then distributed the questionnaire to the employees. The questionnaire consisted mainly of closed questions. Overall, the questionnaire consisted of 14 questions and was distributed to 68 company employees. The model of the questionnaire is at the end of the work in Appendix 1. Subsequently, the questionnaire was evaluated and recorded in individual graphs. At the end of the thesis, a change in the organizational structure of the company was proposed, which was handed over to the manager of P.M.H together with the results of the questionnaire survey.
Remuneration System in Terms of an Entity
SOUKUPOVÁ, Nikola
A well-chosen employee reward system is one of the most important personnel activities in the company. Remuneration is closely related to motivation and benefits. Employees are not only affected by the money they receive for work. It is important for an enterprise to motivate it with non-financial tools such as praise or recognition. Properly motivating employees are more willing, more demanding, and creating a pleasant working environment. Benefits do not directly affect remuneration. But they are beneficial to the relationship between the employee and the employer. They are taken as something the employer provides to its employees in addition. This bachelor thesis deals with remuneration, motivation and benefits for employees. It explains the important concepts in which each employer and employee should be oriented. The result of the thesis is an analysis of the company's remuneration system and proposing measures. These measures are especially beneficial to employees. They help to meet their needs more effectively.
