The subject of the diploma thesis is a home for the seniors in the village Nové Veselí. The building is designed on flat terrain. The main entrance is oriented to the north. It is a building with one basement and three floors. The building is designed of brickwork POROTHERM. Basement wall is made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered flat roof. House is designed for desabled persons.
Block of flats

Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the design documentation of a block of flats. The block of flats is supposed to be situated in South Moravia, Znojmo district, in Olbramovice village, cadastral area no. 709930 – Olbramovice u Moravskeho Krumlova. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact thermal insulation system. Vertical constructions are designed from the Porotherm structural system. Horizontal constructions are designed as reinforced concrete structure. Foundation structures are designed from concrete. The object is roofed with a warm flat roof. The object has four floors. On the ground floor is technical hinterland and also one flat is designed to be barrier-free. The other floors are individual flats. There are ten flats in the building. Five flats have their own loggia and two flats have terrace. The building is newly built and it has a L-shaped plan.

Multifuntional house

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of new multifunctional building in Frydek-Mistek. Project and attachments are processed according to the current laws, regulations and standards. Multifunctional House is located on parcels 3364/190 and 3503/1, in the cadastral Místek. The house has four floors and reside in 3 commercial units and in the last two floors 5 residential units. The other two dimensions of the house are 21,15x13,15m. Roofing the house is solved by a flat roof. The building is brick ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceilings are made up of reinforced concrete panels. The construction is based on flat base structures that form the plain concrete C20 / 25 and the supporting concrete slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced curry networks 100/100/6.

Master’s thesis „Nursery School" is proceed in form of project document, including all requirement according to standards and regulations. New building is located on parcel number 439/50 in city Přerov. Detached building has three floors and is partly cellarage. It is brick construction system based on packs. The roofs are flat, and constructed as single shell. Te floors are connected by prefabricated concrete staircase and by elevator. The nursery school is designed as a four departments building, with capacity of 96 children.
