Studie Vstupní analýza porostních struktur krajiny Březnicka je podkladem pro návrh rehabilitace porostních struktur a mikrostruktur krajiny. Byly formulovány zásady a principy pro obnovu optimálního stavu výsadeb a komponované zeleně v kulturní krajině, včetně využití informací o jejich historické podobě. Studie vymezuje zájmové území, kulturně historický potenciál krajiny, architektonické a kulturní památky a podrobně popisuje přírodní poměry. Zpráva dále obsahuje studii Červený Dvůr, dokumentace k vyhlášení krajinného parku za Přírodní památku a Dokumentaci a evidenci území krajiny, parků zahrad na listině UNESCO. CD Romy obsahují fotodokumentaci Kroměříž a Lednicko-valtický areál.

Identifikace významných historických prvků krajiny, jejich souborů a systémů, včetně jejich vývoje proměn v průběhu historie, možnosti uchování a ochrany v současných podmínkách. Přináší komplexní přístup pro formulování a zpracování krajinných a územních plánů a konceptů péče a ochrany. Jsou zpracovány příkladové studie Novohradsko a Hlubocko. Je popsán průběh prací na dokumentaci a evidenci území krajiny, parků a zahrad na listině UNESCO, která se zabývá Lednicko valtickým areálem.

Cultural development and specifics of the border region of the Czech Republic (with a focus on the region of the Sudetenland and culture of Sudeten Germans)

This Bachelor's Thesis focuses on cultural development and specifics of the Sudetenland. The first part of this work describes historical development of this region with a focus on the German population. The work also defines the term of Sudetenland itself and the main areas which the Sudetenland includes. There is a description of the landscape and cultural changes after the World War II and the evacuation of the German population from Bohemia. The second part of the Bachelor's Thesis focuses on the South Bohemian part of the Sudetenland, especially on the border regions Český Krumlov and Prachatice, and analyses the specifics and changes of the local culture and landscape after the World War II until now. At the end it defines the differences between the post-war development of the South Bohemian Sudetenland and other areas of the Sudetenland and it proposes recommendations for further development of this area.

The Historic Landscape Elements Analysis

The two most important reasons of partial depopulation of the right shore of the Lipno dam were the transfer of Germans after the World War II and the Iron Curtain establishment in 1950s. Inhabitants were turn out from borderland, local villages were largely destroyed, meadows and pastures have been wasted for decades and they are under secondary succession. Although a lot of villages were destroyed, we can identify it by plants whose occurrence is closely associated with existence of resident enclaves (fruit tree species, nonforest green vegetation, woody ornamentals). The aim of this work is to describe these plants species, locate their position and judge changes in the time.

Function of scattered vegetation in the agricultural land fund

The theme of my work is a function of scattered vegetation in the agricultural land fund. The aim of my work is a literary review on the subject. Greenery understand linear stands along roads and streams, windbreaks, solitary, hedges, and other memorial trees located in open countryside. During the past 50 years occurred in our agriculture for major changes, which include the loss of their land for countless functions. Greenery is one of the basic features of the Czech landscape and gives it a unique character, and therefore we should strive for its return. Currently, the greenery is an important creative tool that can help to mitigate negative effects and devastation of the cultural landscape.

Environment and Genius Loci

During the last decades the shift from the concept of standards of living to that of quality of life has been made. One of important aspects of it is is a cultural landscape. The effort to grasp the character of a place including the aesthetic value and its ”historical memory” has lead to the concept of Genius Loci, which has been worked out especially in the books of Norberg - Schulz.
