The objective of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of financial situation of the company EURODANĚ, spol. s r. o. in years 2004 – 2009 using selected methods of financial analysis. Elementary methods of financial analysis are used to evaluate the current financial situation of the company. In next part of the bachelor’s thesis includes proposals and recommendations, which have lead to the elimination pertinent absence as well as for the secure prosperity of the company in the future.

Planning is a tool for organizational development and determining the course of development. When planning, is important to define and establish objectives, means and measures that are bound to a specific period. Preparing the financial plan must be based on financial analysis, which assesses the current, past and future state of corporate finance. Financial analysis gives us information about the strengths and weaknesses of the company and thus helps to decide on its future development and profit.

In this bachelor´s thesis the financial situation of the company Zálesí a.s. is being evaluated. In the first part brief information about the development and present situation of the company is included. In the next part necessary theoretical knowledge is decribed. This is needed for evaluation of the situation of the company and this theoretical knowledge is applied in the next part. The last point is the analysis of the problem and the making of a proposal for solving the ascertained situation.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company Baťa, a.s. during the four years between 2005 and 2008. The results are taken from the company's financial statements for the period under consideration. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then secondly we introduce information about the firm and its neighbourhood in the form of basic factual information, and provide a SWOT analysis, a Porter's model and a 4P marketing mix analysis. In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company and then most importantly in the final part there are proposals to help improve the financial position of the company on the basis of the information provided.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of financial situation of the company JAN ŠMOLÍK, s.r.o. from the year 2004 to 2008 carried out on the basis of selected methods of financial analysis. The results of the analysis were used to draw exact conclusions and to propose specific arrangements with the aim to improve current financial situation of the company.

Analysis of the BEP According to Calculation of Costs & Business Revenues

The bachelor work will be focused on a financial analysis of a self-contained business (economic) unit in a company in which research & development are performed in projects that are financed by state grants. It is a case of a unit of a manufacturing company, in which both its business activities (services, products) and the R&D are conducted in compliance with the law on support of R&D from public financial resources. The introduction of the work will specify the aims that should be confirmed in the work´s conclusion part. Available literature focusing on basic methods and performance of financial analyses, calculations and the BEP will be the source documents of the theoretical part of the work. The practical part will be based on values found in the accounting documents of the unit and the influence of the state grants as it is reflected in the calculations of the unit will be shown while taking into consideration the BEP aspect. In conclusion of the practical part, financial situation of the unit will be evaluated. In the final part of the work, an assessment of the work`s aims achieved will be presented.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the examination of financial standing of the comapany KVS EKODIVIZE, a.s. in the period from 2006 to 2008 on the basis of elementary methods of the financial analysis. Thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. Fisrt part of the thesis contains informations about the company and contains theory which is important to evaluation of the financial statements. Next part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the company with concrete proposals on future improvement of financial situation in company and evaluation of global estate.
