New Administrative Building in Karviná, Construction Technological Project

The diploma thesis deals with preparation, organization and construction technology of an administrative building in Karviná. It is about new building with four above ground floor. From a design point of view, the structure is designed as a precast concrete frame. The diploma thesis contains technical report, coordinating situation with design of transport ways, time financial plan, study of the implementation of the main technological phases, concept of construction site equipment, design of machinery set, time plan with worker bilancion, material delivery plan for rough building, technical report for masonry work, inspection and test plan for masonry work, item budget with the statement of measurements and noice study for earthworks.
Production Hall in Otrokovice - Execution of Superstructure

The bachelor thesis deals with the solution of the technological stage of the rough superstructure of a production hall in Otrokovice. The work includes accompanying and summary technical reports, construction situation with wider transport route relationships, technical report of the closer transport relations and the coordination of the oversized transport, bill of quantities for the tackled technological phase, technological regulation for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton, design of the mechanical assembly, control and testing plan for the tackled technological phase, work safety of the tackled technological phase, prefabricated skeleton assembly budget, and building schematics of the details, assembly and storage of prefabricated elements.
Cultural and educational center

My diploma thesis deals with newly-built cultural and educational centre in the city of Velké Bílovice. The project is conducted at the level of documentation for construction. Building has the Z-shaped construction plan and contains a basement with two common floors. Cultural and educational centre is based on the basement walls of concrete formwork with concrete grout. The basement masonry is followed by concrete prefabricated skeleton with a lining of ceramic fittings of therm type. Horizontal structures are made of prestressed concrete panels Spiroll. The roof is flat with extensive greenery. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest side. Entryway to the lobby is through the hall where is access to all parts of the building. In the lobby there is a reception and main staircase with an elevator. Bar, library, reading room and an office adjoins the hall on the east side. On the west side there are sanitary facilities, dressing room and multipurpose hall. Technical facilities (including room of technology) are placed in the basement. Hall with gallery and sanitary facilities are situated in the central part of the second floor. House offices are functionally separated from the rest of the floor and located on the eastern side. There are also two lecture halls which can be combined into the one single hall on the west side of the building.
Family house in Chrudim

My bachelor‘s thesis concerns a project of a family house that is embedded into a sloping terrain. The work is to the extent of the relevant project documentation which also determines the division into separate units. The designed house is special mainly for its construction system made of prefabricated concrete skeleton. This system has a strong effect on the overall character and offers many specific details on which an emphasis is placed in my work.

Central bearing warehouse ZKL in Brno - construction technological project

The content of this work is the implementation of the construction technological project of central bearing warehouse ZKL in Brno. The building serves for storage purposes predominantly. This thesis contains general information about construction, content construction technological project, technology report of storage and residential proposal of mechanical assembly, technological prescription for prefabricated scaffold and cladding panels construction Kingspan, report of healthand safety on the construction site, technology report description transportation, inspection and test plans and environmental plan. Budget and time schedule of the main object, calculation, time and financial plan of whole building is contained in supplements. In pursuance of second task, the thesis compares financial and time point of view of two technologies of making stairways.
Gym – Precast concrete frame construction

This master thesis deals with a draft of precast concrete frame structure on the case of gymnasium building. The major part of this work are transversal and longitudinal frames, consisted of footings, columns, girders and precast floor slab. Other parts of the building are not solved. Thesis consists both static calculations and drawings.
University dormitory

The new building of a university dormitory with workshops is the content of the presented thesis. The building consists of fifty-two beds for students’ accommodation with complete equipment in eight cells, three workshops and a technical support. This is a combination of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton and classical masonry building construction with insulation. The building has four floors. It is designed as seven towers with flat roofs, which protrude from a ground floor with a vegetative roof. Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed into an urban area of Nový Jičín. Glass atrium and overall shape solution are the distinctive features of the proposal.
Building VZP ČR Jihlava – construction and technological project

The aim of the diploma thesis is a constructional and technological project of regional branch VZP in the town Jihlava. The project includes a building site outfit, technological rule for prefabricated skeletel constructions, budget, time schedule, kontrol and test plans, design of machine works, contract for work and safety report. As a part of the diploma thesis is also confrontation contact heta cladding system and heat cladding system with a ventilated air gap. The last supplement is safety report at demolitions.
The assessment of existing industry hall structure

The bachelor's thesis is focused on an assessment of existing industry hall structure of a rectangular floor plan. The supporting system design consists of a precast reinforced concrete skeleton. The aim of this work is to determine the structure of the expected loading of a new crane runway. The subjects of assesment are columns, girder of crane runway, short corbel and concrete foot. In other part of the project is designed reinforcement nonconforming elements. The work includes the development od structural analysis, drawing of hall structure and reinforcement drawings of reconstructed elements.
