This bachelor thesis closely describes and compares current production of perforated matrix for the shoes industries. It contains the hand way production uses the bench drill and the other hand machines. Also describes the use of the automated production with the machine-tool Mori Seiki. Results of this thesis are described in the techno-economic comparison.

A new Variant of the Technology Components of the Valve Body

Bachelor thesis compares two technology variants of production on the inner part recess of the valve body type S43. This is a closing forged valve for power. The work analyses and displays structural design of the slide. After presenting existing technology of inner recess new technology is described in the thesis. The comparison was made with respect to machinery companies Armaturka Vranová Lhota, Inc. Assessment of better technology is described in the technical-economic evaluation at the end of thesis.

Effective milling tools

The topic of this bachelor thesis are effective milling tools. First chapter is focused on description of the basic milling characteristics. Distribution and description of milling tools from the point of view of their construction, material, use and labeling is in the second chapter. Last chapter contains selection of three types of milling tools and cutting materials from two important producers and their comparison. The types of milling tools are face milling tools, radial slot milling tools and shoulder milling tools. The home producer is Pramet Tools s.r.o and the world producer is Sandvik Coromant.

Design of production of the company logo using CAD/CAM technology

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and manufacturing capabilities of the company logo using available technologies and production facilities. The logo was created in CorelDraw and subsequently converted into a 3D model using Autodesk Inventor. The Draft of machining strategies was conducted in Power MILL CAM program. The production of the company logo was on the cantilever vertical milling machine FV 25 CNC.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of cutting tools made of cemented carbides. The first part describes the theory of milling, which is necessary to determine the milling parameters. The next section contains an independent division of milling cemented carbide tools, their uses, advantages and disadvantages. The last part is the selection of tools from the catalogs of the world's businesses and overall assessment.

Production of the Aluminium Bodies for the Oil Filter on a CNC Machine

The main theme of this bachelor's thesis is the production of aluminum housing for the oil filter module on a CNC machine. The work includes an introduction to its casting, a brief acquaintance with the various components of which the oil module consists, a description of the function of the oil module and a selection of CNC machine and the tools. The work also includes production process, instruction cards and drawings. Finally here is NC program according to which the functioning unit was produced. In the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis there follows an economic evaluation.

Series Production of the Product "Case A"

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze production of front panels for IT cases. The manufacturing is done in the EMKO Case a.s. company on EMC Kosy3 Portal CNC machine, where were also made an experiment. The aim was to incrase production capacity. According to suggestions was made a practical test. The results are summarized in the technical-economic evaluation and in conclusion.
