This bachelor thesis concerns the issue of existing anti-plagiarism systems and implementation of a similarly designed application with emphasis on user-friendliness of its presentation of output. The part of literary research covers plagiarism in general, its current worldwide status and an analysis of existing anti-plagiarism systems. The practical part consists of application design based on the prior analysis and detailed description of its functionality.

Bachelor thesis is focused on different perception of plagiarism among students and teachers and on financial impacts of plagiarism. Data used in this thesis are from EU research about plagiarism and in case of financial impacts data are from real word case. The results show that there is a huge difference between the perception of stu-dents and teachers and also among teachers and students themselves from dif-ferent countries. Financial impacts were apparent however they were not criti-cal to the university thanks to saving measures.

The main topic of this bacherol thesis is detection of methods prevention of plagiarism. In theoretical part will be describe, what plagiarism exactly mean, which approaches are leading to it and strategies against it. After that, the pro-ject IPPHEAE will be described. The practical part will be made up from evaluation of surveys and finding correlation between measure of understanding plagiarism and ways to find out it. Then will be determinate method of prevention and its efficiency and costs.
Fictional Worlds of Fanfiction

This bachelor thesis introduces basic knowledge about the so-called phenomenon of fanfiction, i.e. a complex of narrative works of literature written by fans. It presents the most significant details and issues of this phenomenon and introduces its place among other works of literature. An explanation of how fanfiction uses a fictional world of a canonical work and a comparison of fanficion and transcript follows after. The thesis discusses fictional entities and the positions of an author, a narrator, and a reader. A summary of the most common terms used in fanfiction completes this thesis.
Ethics on the Internet (Etiquette)

This thesis addresses the issue of ethics on the Internet. The first part focuses on a brief history of the development of ethics and ethical principles used even today. The second part is devoted to information ethics, which is an integral part of the Internet, since it deals with the creation, dissemination, transformation, storage, search, use and organization of information, and also deals with specific standards, codes and principles that were created either specifically for the Internet or are now an integral part. The third part is devoted to valid Czech and European legislation in the field of information work in various media, including on the Internet. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of the current situation of ethics on the Internet, where they described the problems with which we meet today. Such problems are violations of copyright law, whether piracy or plagiarism, threats associated with Internet communications, kyberstalking, cyberbullying, kybergrooming or activity on social networks. In addition, problem situations are mentioned online trading, which are currently controlled by many associations, consumer protection or influence of the media and advertisements, and incessant problem of censorship. The final part is also added to the survey, which was created speficically for this work and proposal of possible solutions to improve the current situation.

Bachelor thesis "Plagiarism in text documents: Methods of Plagiarism" deals with plagiarism theses. Explain the term of plagiarism. It applies to legislation based on the Higher Education Act and the Copyright Act. Plagiarism connects with citation ethics and explains its principles. It defines the types and reasons for plagiarism. The theoretical part analyzes the electronic screening tools to detect plagiarism and evaluate the success of individual instruments. It selected programs are available to user - Thesis, WcopyFind and Slovak central register of theses.
Impact of the authors' rights on the performing artist's profession

The authors' rights nowadays concern every individual. They significantly influence the performing artists, who use authors' works to make their living. This thesis analyses the specific impact of the Czech legal regulations on the professional musicians, describes the competences of the collecting societies, refers to the difficulties due to differences in the legal regulations on the international scale and defines musical theme as a new term in the legal context. The thesis proves the advantage of potential use of this term in both Czech and international courts practise.
Ethics on the Internet

This thesis is focused on ethics on the Internet. The first part shows a brief glimpse into the history in this area and defines fundamental ethical positions. The second part deals with information ethics, describes ethical codes and standards and attends to valid Czech and European legislation that relates to the distributing information and data and influences ethics on the Internet. The third part is devoted to the practical level. There are solved problems of the Internet and threats, which occur there, further is laid stress on plagiarism, citation ethics and electronic correspondence. There are not omitted problems as enterprise on the Internet, where the European Union seeks to ensure safer and clearer world, social network, advertising and media. Last but not least the work includes problem of censorship on the Internet. There is also published survey, which was processed to this work.
Effective methods of plagiarism detectios in large document repositories

The work focuses on issues of plagiarism detection in large document repositories. Taking into account real situation that needs to be addressed now in the university environment in the Czech Republic and proposes a system that will be able to carry out this analysis in real time and yet be able to capture the widest possible range of plagiarism methods. The main contribution of this work is taking the definition of so-called unordered n-grams - {n}-grams - which can be used just to detect some forms of advanced plagiarism methods. All cited recommendations that relate to the various components of the system to detect plagiarism - preprocessing the document before document insertion into the corpus, the representation of documents in document storage, identification of potential sources of plagiarism to calculate rates of similarity; visualization analysis of plagiarism - are subject to discussion and appropriately quantified. The result is a set of design parameters of the system so that it can in detect plagiarism in the Czech language language quickly, accurately and yet in most forms.
