The thesis focuses on evaluation of the company Baest for its shareholders. The paper contains strategic analysis including PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. For financial health estimation financial performance analysis is used. Before the evaluation process a financial plan is made. The company is evaluated using free cash flow to the firm method and value of the company estimated as of 1.12.2008 is 620848000 Kč.

Diploma thesis is focused on occupational risk management, safety and health protection at work. The aim of my diploma thesis was to review level of OHSAS 18001 requirement filfilment in a particular organisation. Inseparabily part of standard requirements is observing the state legislation. Since the firm chosen carry on business in SR, the teoretical part of the thesis compares czech and slovak state legislation with purpose of illustrating differences between czech and slovak legislative environment in field of occupational safety and health protection. Practical part of the thesis contains review of OHSAS 18001 requirements fulfilment in organization and evaluates the possibility of succesful certification.

Prehistoric finds from the cave Nad Kačákem

"Když J. Kafka o této jeskyni napsal, že v ní docela nic nenašel, jistě ho ani nenapadlo, že právě tato jeskyně má celý poklad nástrojů člověka z doby ledové a to spodní stupeň tak zvaného aurignacienu (dle Aurignac, města ve Francii) a dnes byl by víc než rád překvapen, že Národní Museum dostane odtud tak mnoho toho, co odjinud ještě do těchto sbírek nikdy nepřicházelo, ba: že je toho mnohem a mnohem víc, než se dalo vůbec kdy čekati" (Petrbok 1934). Takto nadšeně psal Jaroslav Petrbok v první verzi svého rukopisu průvodce Českým krasem o nálezech z jeskyně pojmenované podle potoka, v jehož údolí se nachází. Jeskyně Nad Kačákem patří k nejzajímavějším archeologickým lokalitám v Českém krasu. Od konce 19. století zde proběhla řada archeologických výzkumů, jejichž výsledky byly mnohokrát publikovány. Vzhledem k nedostatečné a částečně ztracené dokumentaci se však posouzení kolekce nálezů a interpretace osídlení jeskyně dnes jeví značně obtížným. Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí všech dosavadních poznatků o jeskyni Nad Kačákem a z ní pocházejících nálezů. Těžištěm práce je podrobné zhodnocení kolekce kamenné štípané industrie uložené v depozitáři Oddělení prehistorie Národního muzea v Praze, včetně její kresebné dokumentace a vypracování katalogu. The financial analysis of Škoda Auto, a. s.

The main goal of this bachelor's work is to make the financial analysis of Škoda Auto company in years 2005 -- 2007 because of exploring its financial health. The paper is divided into two elementary parts: methodological and practical. The first part introduces to financial analysis problem, specifies subjects and goals, describes users and required data resources. In addition, there are explained fundamental terms and methods of a financial analysis. The practical part is based on the concrete calculations and answers. At first I introduce the company: its main activities, organization structure and its history as well. Then I apply the knowledge as explained at the first part to the company's data and interpret the calculations. In conclusion, I summarize important answers, evaluation of the financial situation and suggested recommendations for the company.

Hlavními tématy této práce jsou teorie byrokracie a Světová banka. V teoretické části bude představena zejména teorie byrokracie od Williama A. Niskanena, podle níž se byrokrat snaží maximalizovat rozpočet svého úřadu. Některé aspekty byrokracie budou v analytické části aplikovány na Světovou banku. Na možnou byrokracii ve SB bude nahlíženo z několika hledisek (např. z hlediska maximalizace rozpočtu, organizační struktury či zhodnocení jednoho konkrétního projektu SB). Cílem práce bude zjistit, zda je SB byrokratickou institucí.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to valuate a construction company Geosan dopravní stavby a.s. The first part is strategic analysis, the second financial analysis. After the analysis of the market and financial health, I predicted generators and financial plan of the company for the first phase. The valuation method is bases on the going concern principle. The main method is DCF entity and alternative is multiples.

The thesis presents a financial analysis of VKS Pohledsti Dvoraci company and utilizes both external financial statements and internal company data. The purpose of the thesis is firstly to assess a company's financial position, secondly to prepare a cash flow statement and thirdly to make a financial plan for 2016, which is based on a strategic analysis. The results of the analysis are compared to the company's main competitors and to the industrial average. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which includes explanation of methods and the second part applies them to analyse the company and to determine a company's health.

Monitoring and comparison of teaching athletics at elementary schools in the Czech Budejovice

The content of this thesis is monitoring and comparation of athletics education in basic schools in České Budějovice. Teoretical part includes the knowledge of health, fyzical activity, the importance of PE and athletics. We had made the questionare and according to this we found out the atributes of PE education in all schools. After that we made the spectrum which allowed us to compare all schools. The practical part is focused on data collection of each school. The result of individual questions and final results are shown in charts at the end.

Assessment of Wages and Reinbursment in a Chosen Company

Content of the Bachelor thesis is an analysis of the issue of the reward system in the sphere of public administration and services and in the private sector. In the theoretical part are described in detail the specifics of the remuneration in the business and non business sphere. There is the method of calculation of the wages, payments of social and health insurance. There are described benefits and their important role in the pay of employees.
In the practical part is described in detail the method of remuneration and options of motivation of employees for the selected organization. For the purposes of this Bachelor thesis is selected the organization of non business sphere North Bohemian Philharmonic Teplice.
Finally, the work is the evaluation of the organization's reward system, an explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of the system of remuneration.
