It´s about alone standing a family house with optician and eyes ordination. Structure is being in Velká Bystřice near by Olomouc city. This building has two overgroud floor, without cellar. In groundfloor of the house is a small hall, changing room, bathroom with closet, room for guests, living room with a kitchen and penthouse for a car. From the living rooom is entrance on the teracce. In same floor is also optician, zone for employees, closet and eyes ordination. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom and closet. From the hall is entrance on the teracce. The House is establishment on basement plates of concrete foundations and it was built from Porotherm system. The roof is one cloak flat. Above house is situated unutilized roof space which is consists of purlin roof. Garage is covered with flat roof. Whole house is not with basement. Total protortions of a house is 23x13 m.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to undertake a project documentation for the construction of a new single-family house which falls within the administrative area of Uherský Brod. The documentation explores a two-storey detached house suitable for four family members. The house has two floors, where each floor has a specific purpose. The first floor performs the social and technical function, whereas the second floor comprises the relaxation area. Two parking spaces are provided by the garage which is situated on the ground floor. The building is based on strip footings mounted by necks from lost formwork. Both vertical and horizontal structures are made of Porotherm structural brick construction system. A non-trafficable flat roof is chosen as a solution to the building´s roofing. The second recessed floor is covered by a shed roof that is pitched at 9 degrees. The drawing documentation of the thesis is processed in the AutoCAD software.
Winery and guesthouse

Subject of this master thesis deals with project of viticulture building with guesthouse. Part of the guesthouse is also a restaurant and kitchen. The volume of wine production places this vinery into medium size category, affiliated guesthouse provides 20 places to accomodate guest and restaurant offers 50 places to seat. The building is situated in periphery of village Zaječí. The basement building has two storey. In cellar there is wine production equipment and technical background. First floor contains restaurant, kitchen and affiliated service, staff background and one accomodation unit designed for disabled people. Second floor offers 6 accomodation units and roomy terrace designated for guests. Part of every accomodation unit is separate bathroom. Perimeter bearing basement walls is made from lost formwork, perimeter walls of aboveground part is made from clay block. Cladding is insulated with contact system. Horizontal construction consist of reinforced concrete prestressed beams. Gabled roof is made from wooden truss girders covered by clay tiles.

This bachelor thesis is focused on a design of a single-family house suitable for four to five permanent residents. The object is situated on an almost flat-surfaced lot on Růžičkova street in Třebíč. The house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. Plan dimensions of the house are 15,85 x 11,85 m. A garage for single vehicle is a part of the building. The roof is constructed as a single flat roof. The object is designed using a technology of Porotherm system except from the basement perimeter walls made of concrete blocks. The thesis also provides a project documentation for a construction including five constructional details, fire safety, thermal engineering, and acoustic solutions. The project documentation had been elaborated in an educational version of ArchiCAD program.
Two-generation family house with business premises

A subject of bachelor thesis is design of new building two-generation family house with business premises. The building is divided into two functional parts. The individual functional parts have a separate entrance and are not dispotionally interconnected. Family house is designed as two-generational with basement. On the first floor there is an apartment for a family of three and on the second floor, which is designed as a residential attic, there is an apartment for a family of four. The one-storey establishment serves as a design office. The building is located in the town of Valašské Meziříčí, district of Vsetín. The surrounding area consists of family houses. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and concrete blocks of lost formwork. Horizontal structures are designed as prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and MIAKO ceramic inserts. The supporting structure of the roof above the family house is solved by a purlin truss. The roof above the premises is designed as a walkable flat roof.

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the design and the preparation of project documentation of the family house with a design offices in the town of Boskovice. The object is placed in a quiet location at the end of the area in a slightly sloping terrain, in accordance with the regulatory plan of the city. The proposed layout is created for the housing of four families and the design office for the owner of the object, as the place of performance of his profession. It is a building with a partial bricked Foundation and two floors above the ground. The establishment of the object is solved on monolithic base passports. The basement part of the structural system consists of elements from the lost formwork BEST and the superstructure is of brick system POROTHERM contact thermal insulation. Ceiling structure reinforced concrete plate. The greater part of the building is roofed by a gable roof of wooden trusses and the smaller part is covered with a flat roof, which is designed as a terrace. Part of the object is a double garage with workshop.

Master’s thesis describes project documentation of a multifunctional house in Velké Meziříčí. It is the four storey basementless detached house. There are two shops, cafe and flat facilities on the first floor and 10 flats on the other 3 floors. The brick-built building consists of Diton and Heluz brickwork system insulated with Baumit external thermal insulation system. The house is covered by single ply roofing.
