Možnosti využití Internetu věcí a Robot Operating System
ŠENIGL, Michal
This thesis presents possibilities of using the Internet of Things and Robot Operating System, especially in the field of automation and process optimization. It focuses on possible solutions to upcoming challenges such as growing population and global warming using the Internet of Things and assesses whether the Robot Operating System is beneficial in given situation. It also includes a model of smart home as presentation of Robot Operating System capabilities.
Process Optimization in the Company
Něnička, Michal ; Doležel, Jaromír (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with optimization of manufacturing process in the chosen company. The first part defines the theoretical basis of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and the tools, techniques and concepts that this methodology provides. The analytical part introduces the company and the product that is produced on the production line, then the tools of the Lean Six Sigma methodology are utilized to analyze the current process. The design part deals with the proposal to introduce a new process on the production line. In the final part of the thesis, the results are evaluated and the expected financial savings are quantified.
Software Support of the Receiving Process in the Manufacturing Company
Fiala, Jiří ; Rojka, Aleš (referee) ; Bartošek, Vladimír (advisor)
This master´s thesis will focus on the design of a system solution leading to the improvement of internal processes in a manufacturing company. The work will analyze the current state and evaluate the weaknesses of the process. The output will be an electronic data interchange (EDI) proposal, including pre-shipment notifications (ASN). The last part of the work will be economic evaluation and benefits for the company.
Removal of iron and manganese in water treatment process
Šafaříková, Jana ; Hnaťuková, Petra (advisor) ; Pivokonský, Martin (referee)
This diploma thesis is aimed at the evaluation of water treatment technology in Písty waterworks which treats raw water with high concentration of iron and manganese. The most common method of iron and manganese removal from raw water is based on oxidation to insoluble hydrated oxides followed by separation of formed aggregates. The plant technology consists of aeration, oxidation agent KMnO4 dosing and mixing, sedimentation, filtration and hygienic protection. Chemical analysis of treated water, evaluation of the aeration efficiency of iron and manganese oxidation, evaluation of the separation efficiency of the sedimentation tank and filters, assessment of distribution of iron and manganese in the filter, assessment of dirt holding capacity and optimization of KMnO4 dose were determined. Raw water pH fluctuated around 7,3 during measurements, whereas iron and manganese concentrations in raw water were 6,00 and 0,82 mg.l-1 , respectively. Oxidation of 97,2 % of dissolved iron and of 14,3 % of dissolved manganese was achieved after the aeration. The separation efficiency of the sedimentation tank was 82,9 % for iron and 46,5 % for manganese, however the separation efficiency of the second half of the sedimentation tank was low. Thus, the perforated baffles in the second half of the sedimentation...
Process Optimization in Services
Illek, Adam ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is aimed on process optimization in hotel services. The solution is focused on processes related with accommodation assured by hotel reception, which lead to elimination of routine activities, the elimination of data duplication and their digitalization. The thesis is divided into three parts, which are devoted to theoretical delimination, analysis and process improvement.
Business processes in a selected company
Michálek, Lukáš ; Hlaváček, Jan (referee) ; Ulč, Jakub (advisor)
The bachelors´s thesis deals with the optimization of business processes in a selected company. The first part describes the theoretical basis for the method of analysis, modeling language and business negotiations. In the second part, analytical, the MMABP method is used for process analysis and qualitative research to obtain data for process optimization. In the third part, proposal, a new proces sis created and solutions are recommended for the company.
Studie manipulace a dalšího využití výmětu výrobních linek
Kovář, Michal
The main content of the thesis is to analyse the handling of waste and the subsequent design process optimization with scrap, which produced in various parts of the production lines. Analysed problem is based on specific company data, manufactures packaging for eggs from waste paper. The measurement, that describes the current status of the handling with waste conducted at the company premises. The measured values are processed according to a predetermined methodology. Gained knowledge along with practical experience led to the development and design alternatives to improve process optimization. The result of this work is potential saving of one handler with a fork agent in the production hall.
Řízení a optimalizace podnikových procesů v obchodní společnosti
Odvářková, Ilona
Odvářková, I. Business process management and optimization in company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. Bachelor thesis deals with process management of company XY, s.r.o. In literary research are elaborated the theoretical knowledges drawn of professional literature. In the result part there are selected analyzes of the processes in the company, which subsequently create suggestions for improvement including their appreciation for the benefit.
Optimization of the Production Process using Prediction Simulation
Pechánek, David ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor's work looks at analysing the current form of the manufacturing process and proposing to improve it using predictive simulation. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts associated with the organisation's procedural management. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the production processes and methodology of simulation projects associated with the creation of the process's digital twin. In the analysis section, the production business is first presented and a global process analysis is carried out. A specific production process, which will be optimised is then analysed here. The design section describes simulation models of the current and proposed form of the process and evaluates the benefits of the proposed solution.
Creation of Process Order Management in Selected Construction Professions
Kutílek, Vladislav ; Poledník, Jan (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the ordering process of a selected manufacturing company. The thesis is divided into several sections. In the first part is described theoretical knowledge in the field of process management. In the following section is introduced a carpentry and roofing company where I worked for some time and gained required information for this thesis. In the analytical part is analysed the current state of the company in attitude to order management and revealed its lack. Based on this knowledge, I will optimize order management.
