This work process sphere of financial statements of selected company during the years 2003 – 2006. The theory financial analysis, its methods and tools, are discribed in the first part of this thesis. The financial analysis performed in analytic part of this thesis. Profitability ratios, asset management ratios, dept management ratios, liquidity ratios, Index IN and Altman index were used.. The work objektive of this master´s thesis is disclosure of problematic areas and proposal improvment of claim management.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Ptáček – velkoobchod, a.s. in years 2010-2014 using selected methods of financial analysis. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical bases, which are applied in the second part on the analysed company. On the basis of findings from the financial analysis, I have proposed measures to improve the financial situation of the company.

There are described methods in theoretical part, which are going to be used for determination of financial prosperity. In analytical part shown methods will be aplicated on information gathered from accounting documents for evaluation of its curent situation. According the calculations there are going to be recomendations for improvement.

Bachelor thesis is about the evaluation of financial situation of the Dermacol, a. s. company for the period of 2014-2018. In the first part there is explained what is pursued by the financial analysis and also the individual methods are described. The second part contains the basic information about the company, applies the indicators from the theoretical part of the thesis and eventually evaluates the results of the financial analysis. On the basis of these results the proposals for the improvement of the financial situation are formulated in the third part of the thesis.

The Bachelor Thesis evaluates financial situation of the Mlýn Herber, s. r. o. (limited liability company) in 2005-2009 using financial analysis. Information to prepare this thesis was used from financial statements of the company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The practical one deals with absolute indicators, differential indicators, financial ratios, and analysis of system parameters together with its evaluation as well as proposals for improvement of the company situation.
