T.B.-some risk factors and their analyse

The main risk group represent the population in the Czech Republic as well as in other developed countries the homeless and immigrants, who represent a high percentage among all TB patients. Currently the world is growing at risk of TB in particular HIV-related infection, where there is inter alia a risk of multidrug resistance. For other diseases, which mainly contribute to the reactivation of TB include diabetes mellitus. Another risk factor is immunosuppression by any mechanism, e.g., after use of immunosuppressants, corticosteroids, and others. Regarding professions, they remain the most vulnerable group of health care workers. TB incidence increases with age and is higher in males. Smoking and drinking alcohol are supportive factors rather than direct trigger TB. Czech Republic ranks among the countries with a low incidence of TB. TB situation in the Czech Republic in 2003 was stable, with no significant decrease in the number of notified when compared with 2002. Relations have been maintained in terms of the ratio of men and women, the proportion of TB respiratory and extrapulmonary TB patients and age structure. Ebola as a medical and social problem

Introduction: The aim of bachelor thesis is about the preparedness of health care facilities. The unexpected epidemic of Ebola 2014 in West Africa has become an international concern and the preparedness of health care facilities, prevention and control of this disease have become a major issue of concern. Methodology: For the development of the thesis, we chose a qualitative method, a form of research was an interview. The questions were designed in our own creation. The interview was conducted by epidemiological workers in surveyed health care facilities. The main objective of the research was to determine, what the methodologies in health care facilities are during admission and stay of a patient with Ebola. Results: From our analysis, the survey indicates that the organizational structure of hospital care ensures that patient with Ebola are handled according to the Government decree no. 15/2013 and health care facilities proceed according to the directive for unified procedure. In the development of an extraordinary incident, this is subjected to the International Health regulations in relation to the occurrence of highly dangerous infectious diseases in a health care facility. Theoretical part approaches the issue of stroke and the importance of early treatment both as pharmacological and nursing care so rehabilitative. A special section introduces the area of rehabilitation nursing, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The empirical part focuses on patients with stroke who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation and aftercare. Quantitative research - questionnaire form was used in four health facilities and confirms or refutes the specific targets of the research. Analysis of men and woman´s position in selected sectors of the national economy

This thesis is closely focused on gender issues in terms of employment in sectors of national economy in the Czech Republic and the Moravian-Silesian Region. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and definitions relating to gender, national economy and time series. In this work the progress of women and mens employment is monitored in Agriculture, forestry and fishing, Public administration and defense, as well as in the sector of Health and social care and Education. Predictions are made by using selected methods from the field of time series. The analysis is done on the basis of available data from the Czech Statistical Office in the period from 1993 to 2015. The final section focuses on the proposals and recommendations for future development.

State Social Politics in the Context of the Social Politics of the Roman Catholic Church

Social politics - strong-willed state's, municipalites' and another subjects' activity which goal is improving the living conditions of people, implementation of human rights and development of each person. Social state - which is responsible for social and economic processes. Regarding strict liberal conception, those processes should be kept solely in competency of civil society and its market mechanism. This conception guarantees some social security for each member of the society, the active role of the state in providing social rights. Social security - the Czech legal order contains: health insurance, pension security, pension insurance, social care. State's welfare - represents a system of social benefits, where the state shares the costs of sustenance and the other basic children's and family's exigencies, this system is addressed, which means that some benefits depend on the income of the family. Encyclical - pope circular note addressed usually to the bishops, which contains consequential questions of faith and morality. It defines the social politics of the Church as well.

Public insurance funds in the Czech Republic

The objective of this diploma thesis is to describe public insurance funds of social security and to analyse their indicators and factors which influence these funds most. The social insurance system is significant revenue and expenditure channel of the national budget in the Czech Republic. Social and private insurance are two basic types of insurance. Social solidarity is essential principle of social insurance and principle of equivalence is typical of private insurance. This diploma thesis deals with systems of pension insurance, sickness insurance and health insurance. Existing setting of these systems will probably be inconvenient in the future. That is why they are subject of political discussion nowadays. Unfavourable demographic trend is the most major problem of pension insurance system. Effectiveness of sickness insurance is reduced by abuse of sick benefits. Increasing health care expenditures and excess of demand for health care are difficult questions for solving and setting of health insurance. Changes that are being made in social insurance systems today and also their impact on economy are described in conclusion.

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of Aquacentre Kohoutovice. The thesis handles technological prescription of compact external cladding assembly including supporting structure. The thesis also includes assessment of transport itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of site equipment, time and financial plan, construction schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan and safety and health care policy.

Healthcare centre

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a health care center in Brno. The building is located in Ivanovice/Brno. The building is ambulatory health care center with two doctor's offices for adult patients, one doctor's office for child patients and one dentist's clinic. Also, there is a pharmacy in the building. Reinforced concrete strip foundation and reinforced concrete basement peripheral walls are designed for the building. For above ground floors, ceramic masonry blocks are designed for structural load bearing frame. Green roof solution is chosen for the roof of the building.
