Territorial Integrity of China. Case Study Hong Kong

Following thesis deals with the territorial integrity of Peoples Republic of China. The work is divided into three main parts. The first one analyzes the historical concept of development of Chinese approach to the issue of territorial integrity. In the second part,the issue is discussed from the perspective of international law and its two main principles: the principle of territorial integrity on the one hand and the right of nations to self-determination on the other. The main part is an analysis of the current approach of the People's Republic of China to the issue of territorial integrity and to some problematic regions. Last part is a case study aimed at Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China. This chapter contains the historical context of the development of Hong Kong and the analysis of the current situation in this area. It primarily analyzes its political system, the degree of autonomy towards Chinese central government and overall relationship between Beijing and Hong Kong.

Na příkladu konkrétní organizace realizovat studii tvorby takové strategie se zaměřením na průřezovou analýzu strategického plánovacího cyklu. The subject of the submitted thesis "Testing the selected methods of a technical analysis trough trading on the foreign exchange market" is testing of the chosen indicators of the technical analysis through trading on the foreign exchange market FOREX. The thesis includes theoretical and practical parts. In the first part different investment approaches used on the foreign exchange market are explained. In the second part the author implements those theoretical findings in a real trading on FOREX market and then analyzes profitability of the trading strategies based on the realized trading.

Adaptace marketingove strategie LGI pro český trh

The main goal of the thesis is to develop a specific proposition for adaptation of LGI Czechia's marketing strategy with respect to its current position on the Czech market. The first part of the thesis offers indispensable theoretical knowledge of marketing theory and financial analysis. These theoretical foundations are practically applied in the second part of the thesis, which begins with introduction of LGI Czechia, analysis of its marketing strategy and marketing environment as well as its internal predispositions. Based on particular findings the thesis summarizes key marketing areas suitable for improvement. Next part focuses on the adaptation of marketing strategy as it captures problematic areas and develops specific marketing solutions for improvement. Additionally the thesis also offers basic financial analysis of LGI Czechia in comparison with its competitor Kühne + Nagel.

Marketing strategy of the company

This thesis is focused on the main characteristics of company marketing strategy. The first part describes theoretical facts about marketing, its concept, strategy and planning, as well as the strategic marketing processes. For design and realisation of marketing strategy the most important marketing analysis are described here in detail: marketing mix, marketing communication, marketing environment and SWOT analysis. The second part of this thesis presents a travel agency MOVAMI s.r.o., its activities and overall state from the perspective of marketing conception. This part also investigates each analysis individually for better understanding of the present position of agency on the tourism market. The third part presents the summary of the results of all conducted analysis and design of the new improved marketing strategy for the travel agency MOVAMI s.r.o.

The Ballance of Payments of the Czech Republic

The subject of this diploma thesis is the issue of the balance of payments of the Czech republic. First, the theoretical part of thesis focuses on the explanation of the concept of the balance of payments, its main parts and the definition of the individual accounts of the balance of payments. In the thesis are also explained the principles of compiling the balance of payments according to the International Monetary Fund. The analytical part of the thesis deals with the development of the balance of payments of the Czech republic in years 2006-2015. Monitors the development of individual accounts and indicators of external economic balance. The work also delas with the principles of the Visegrad group and the comparison of individual country based on economic indicators.

Communicative Strategy of the Town Třebíč

The subject of my final thesis is to emphasize the importance of communication and the usage of communicative tools in towns (by municipal authorities). The theoretical part is focused on the principles of communication and municipal marketing in relation to the public sector. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of communicative strategies of the town Třebíč aimed at chosen age groups. The reason why I have chosen Třebíč for this analysis of communicative activities is its wide variety of communicative tools which the local municipal authorities use. In the conclusion there are suggestions for the future usage of communicative tools by the town (Třebíč municipal authorities).

Analysis of a Marketing Communication in a chosen Czech Republic Market from the Perspective of Kotler Partial Strategy

The aim is to analyze the mass-media marketing communications companies in the lead, challengers, followers and nichers on Czech automotive market. The analysis will be based on data for ads on television, radio, print automakers entered the period of 2014 and informations on registration of producers in the same period. Information on the authorization together with the characteristics of each brand will be the starting basis for profiling groups of brands according to Kotler parcial strategy. Communication activities of the groups will be analyzed. Finally, it will be evaluated, whether companies communicate properly with respect to its position. Alternatively, it will be proposed recommendations for changes to this communication.

Risk analysis of company strategic plan of KOVOFINIŠ s.r.o.

The aim of the thesis is to find out risk factors, which influence the company, measure their impact on discounted cash flow of the company (DCF) and set measures to reduce these risk factors. First part of the thesis describes theoretical and methodological basis for the second practical part. Second part begins with company introduction and is followed by strategic and financial analysis to find out risk factors. After these analyses we can predict future development of the company and form financial plan for following three years. Next step is the calculation of discounted cash flow of predicted 3 years which will be used to count the impact of risk factors on the company. The last part of the thesis will contain a strategy how to reduce risk impacts.
