The Bachelor Thesis addresses to India and its treatment within the World Trade Organization. Authoress is concerned with Indian trade policy, stressing the tariffs issue, the analysis of Indian approach to the negotiations about trade liberalization and its stances to the agriculture, industrial production, services and intellectual property rights. She construes also Indian disputes in the World Trade Organization and tries to determine if deeper trade liberalization would be beneficial for this country.

Treatment of recurrent chronic wound.

Lucie Nagyová Treatment of recurrent chronic wound Diplomová práce Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové Studijní obor: Farmacie The aim of this work is understanding to recurrent chronic wound healing processes, with a view to chronic diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) and ways of its treatment. The purpose is to find, how treatment of chronic DFU is conducted in current clinical practise and then compare this finding with theory. We chose a group of twenty patiens incidentally, and we made a brief analysis of chronic DFU treatment based on information taken from patients' health reports. We found that the treatment is combinated and mostly local with using wild range of wound contact layers. The contact layer and the way of treatment are chosen individually, according to a type of a defect and a patient's health state. New ways of treatment targeted to molecular levels of healing wound are not used in current clinical practise because majority of patients can not afford this too expensive therapy. Because of that thorough education of patients is necessary.

Visual Examination of Posture in Physiotherapy, with Special Focus on Evaluation ofStrain Test Phases

The examination of the function of body posture is one of the basic examinations of musculoskeletal system. Clinically, the initial examination is visual and summarized by a description. A number of other evaluation methods have been developed to allow for more objective assessment. These methods of examination can be divided into the following categories based on their approach: somatoscopic, somatometric and somatographic. Most of these methods, however, only evaluate posture based on the standing position and their evaluation criteria can be problematic and disputable. The goal of the practical part of our work was to study the possibility of evaluating posture using a newly emerging method: "Stress posture testing" (SPT), which has a very different approach than the usual methods. This method was developed at the Department of Rehabilitation and Sport Medicine of the Teaching Hospital in Motol as part of the long-term research project, which focused on late consequences of the Wilms kidney tumor treatment. SPT evaluates posture based on monitoring asymmetries in postural strategies aligning themselves with the selected more demanding postures; these are documented by a photo camera. Kovářová, K.: The most frequent injuries in orienteering, diagnostics, treatment and prevention of them. Background: One of the basic tasks for every athlete is preventing injuries and overuse, while achieving good results. However, there is no review paper, where injuries in orienteering are generally reviewed and widely discussed. Objectives: The aim of this work is to give a comprehensive overview of injuries in orienteering. At first, to compare the results obtained from the studies regarding injuries in orienteering and then to describe the injury patterns, diagnostic and therapeutic methods and procedures what can be used to prevent injuries described. Methods: Pedro databases, PubMed and the databases of the National Medical Library and Central Library FTVS UK were the sources of studies (in Czech and English language) on injuries in orienteering during the years 1980-2008 (keywords orienteering, injury). Ranking of the frequency of the injuries has been compiled. The injury patterns, basic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and methods which can be used to prevent these injuries are described in the following theoretical section . Bisphosphonates in the Treatment of Osteoporosis

ZÁVĚR V této práci jsme se pokusili zpracovat problematiku používání alendronátu a risedronátu při léčbě postmenopauzální osteopenie a osteoporózy u pacientek poradenských pracovišť - osteocenter a u pacientek ambulantních lékařů - revmatologů a ortopedů. Z našich výsledků jsme vyvodili následující závěry: Při používání risedronátu, v běžné praxi ve výše uvedených zařízeních, je míra výskytu gastrointestinálních subjektivně vnímaných nežádoucích jevů (GIT sNJ) nižší než u alendronátu. Výskyt sNJ snižuje compliance pacientek k užívání léčiva, ale není hlavním důvodem noncompliance. Některé z pacientek, které přeruší léčbu kvůli výskytu sNJ, tolerují terapii jiným léčivým přípravkem, který obsahuje stejnou nebo odlišnou léčivou látku ze skupiny bisfosfonátů. Je třeba motivovat pacientky k dodržování doporučení k užívání bisfosfonátů (zejména starší pacientky) a pravidelnému užívání léčiva, compliance nedosahuje optimálních hodnot.

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after removal of osteosynthetic material for comminuted fracture of the proximal humerus Objectives: The objective of this bachelor's work is to describe issues of comminuted fracture of the proximal humerus which is treated with osteosynthesis with subsequent removal due to failure. The main objective is to focus on efficiency of physiotherapy methods which are used. The part of work is also case study of a patient with referred diagnosis. Method: The first general part of work deals with referred issues. It describes anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of shoulder girdle then characterize diagnosis of a fracture of the proximal part of humerus, possible complications, methods of treatment and the most often used methods in rehabilitation care of a patient with this diagnosis. The second special part is processed as case study of a patient after removal of osteosynthetic material for comminuted fracture of the proximal humerus and it includes input physiotherapy examination, short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan, suggestion of therapy, description of all the physiotherapy units, output physiotherapy examination and conclusion which contains an evaluation of effect of chosen therapy. It explains the deferred tax category, the theoretical fundamentals of its establishment, the methodology and the possible approaches to its calculation. The Paper determines subjects obligatory to apply this item in the Czech Republic. It also describes the accounting treatments and the system of reporting. The last part focuses on each of the temporary differences that results in the deferred tax. The Paper contains a variety of practical examples that help to understand this complex topic.

In recent years, metabolic syndrome in adults often discussed diagnostic unit. Its definition is tried various experts professional societies, the issue of the definition of hits. The inconsistency definition implies its challenge, which recently brought some reputable articles. They point to the complexity of connecting major risk factors for atherosclerosis in adulthood because they have no single etiology or treatment. O It is difficult to define metabolic syndrome in children and to determine the combination of risk factors that have predetermined that a child is at higher risk of premature atherosclerosis, than others.

Rheology of the Knee Joint before and after the Surgical Treatment of the Rupture of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament

Název: Reologie kolenn~ho kloubu před a po chirurgickém řešení ruptury přednfuo zkříženého vazu Název v anglickém jazyce: Rheology of the Knee Joint before and after the Surgical Treatment of the Rupture of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament Cíl práce: Shrnout a analyzovat problematiku kolenního kloubu a získané poznatky využít při detekci změn reologických vlastností kolene po ruptuře předního zkříženého vazu před operací a v průběhu rekonvalescence. Srovnáill se zdravou končetinou a hodnocení změn průběhů hysterezních křivek v průběhu rekonvalescence. Navržení hodnot~cích parametrů pro popis stavu kolenního kloubu a jeho vývoje v průběhu rekonvalescence. Metoda: Bylo použito několik dostupných literárních zdrojů, ze kterých byly čerpány informace pro získání teoretického přehledu o problematice kolenního kloubu. Zároveň probíhala experimentální studie, která potvrdila či vyvrátila předem dané hypotézy. Výsledky: Výsledky poukazují na možnost detekce změn reologických vlastností kolenrubo kloubu po ruptuře předního zkříženého vazu. Bylo navrženo několik parametrů pro hodnocení vlastního experimentu, obecně lze ale říci, že bude ještě potřeba mnoha dalších studií, než bude zcela zřejmý výklad těchto parametrů a bude možné tyto parametry považovat za hodnotící standard.
