Metodika hodnocení taxonomické skladby trvalek pro potřeby oboru ZaKA
Hrabík, Jiří
The evaluation methodology of taxonomic structure of perennials for the needs of horticulture and landscape architecture defines a new way of description and selection of the best quality varieties of perennials for use in practice. This methodology originated from a previously published evaluation methodologies of taxonomic structure of perennials and it has been enriched with new features. These features include the new system of capturing of development of variety during the time of year and the system of overall evaluation of varieties using the defining parameters (not only the subjective evaluation). This methodology is the main output of this thesis. The methodology was tested on a range of the genus Hemerocallis L. in the complex of Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, Mendel University in Brno. According gained experience from the field the methodology has been improved and amended. The methodology was developed to combine the efficiency and accuracy of selecting varieties with good economy of evaluation. It is also useful for a wide range of taxa (after modification). If the methodology will be applied in the future, it will be possible to use it to select the most suitable varieties for the landscape architecture objects.

The statistical investigation of time and economical development of the extraordinary incident kind selected
SMOLÍK, Martin
This dissertation called The Statistical Investigation of Time and Economical Development of the Extraordinary Incident Kind Selected deals with traffic accidents on roads within the Czech Republic. The goal of this work is to investigate a time and economical connection of traffic accidents. The theoretical part specifies basic terms which are related to road transport in the Czech Republic and which are mainly based on valid laws in the field of road transportation. There is also deeply analysed the term "traffic accident" which has to gain specific features in order to be classified as a traffic accident. Subsequently, there are also presented and discussed the most common causes of accidents. Impacts of economic damage to the state budget were described by a certified methodology for calculating losses from a traffic accident rate on roads. Within possibilities of a bigger kind of an extraordinary incident during which emergency could be announced, there is described a system of crisis management in transport and an operation of Crisis Management Department of the Ministry of Transport. In the last section of the theoretical part there are summarized the basic methods of descriptive and mathematical statistics which were used for processing of the practical part of the dissertation. In the practical part three hypotheses were being tested based on the collected data, which was drawn from statistical yearbooks of a traffic accident rate published on the website of the Police of the Czech Republic. The methodology provides basic methods of descriptive and mathematical statistics to whom the gained data has been subjected. To verify the hypothesis H2 the amounts of damage per a time unit have a distribution close to the normal distribution. It was used within the mathematical statistics of nonparametric testing of hypothesis. Through the non-parametric testing was allowed to prove normality of damage amount in traffic accidents in the period 2009 - 2013. For verification of the hypothesis H1 number of traffic accidents and the amount of damage are positively correlated and hypotheses H3 time development of traffic accidents per one time unit can be expressed by linear regression with negative correlation. Simple linear and correlation dependence was used in the context of mathematical statistics. The aim of the hypotheses H1 and H3 mentioned above was to find out a kind of regression, depending on given statistical features, to find suitable regression function and to determine tightness of correlation using an appropriate coefficient. A negative correlation coefficient was calculated for the hypothesis H1 so it was rejected. This result is possible to comment on the fact that, although there is less material damage, the number of incidents in particular time units does not reflect this fact. For the hypotheses H3 we can conclude that traffic accidents have been declining in a longer time interval and this leads to fulfilment of the goal of the national road safety strategy 2011 - 2020. For the short time period 2009 - 2013 it is not possible to come to the same conclusion and the hypotheses H3 has to be rejected. In the context of a deeper research of the impact of economic damage to our state, it would be good to work e.g. with the amount of money which insurance companies have to pay to persons involved in an accident. We could also work with the amount of costs which the state has to spend on activities of organs of emergency service for dealing with all consequences of any emergencies associated with an accident. Determination of the total amount of economic damage from a traffic accident rate and from a number of traffic accidents helps us to realize the seriousness of this issue. Just as other indicators of traffic safety, economic damage and a number of traffic accidents are important indicators of prevention and effectiveness of traffic-safety measures.

Nursing diagnostics and nursing diagnoses in Pediatrics
FIKAROVÁ, Lucie
Children´s nursing has its particularities, whether in differences between child care during individual development stages or in the range of illnesses and their clinical manifestations. Nurses taking care of a child patient should observe all particularities of pediatric nursing which surely makes the nursing diagnostics diffucult and demanding. The theoretical part of the bachelor{\crq}s thesis {\clqq}Nursing diagnostics and nursing diagnoses in pediatrics`` opens with a description of pediatrics alongside with an outline of history and development in pediatric nursing. The following part of the thesis describes the current state of child care. The main operating method used by nurses who take care of hospitalized children complies with the Section 4 (1) of the decree No. 424/2004 concerning the nursing procedure. Nursing diagnostics is one of the stages described in the nursing procedure. The following parts of the thesis include detailed accounts of the theory of nursing diagnostics, taxonomy of nursing diagnoses, and particularities of the nursing diagnoses in pediatrics. The survey was based on quantitative method by way of questinnaires. Also, the data content analysis was utilized in order to complete the data acquired. The aim of the bachelor{\crq}s thesis was to find out whether the nurses addressed knew the nursing diagnoses used in pediatrics, if they use such diagnoses in practice, and what is the biggest obstacle when performing nursing diagnostics in pediatrics. The outcome from the data collected proves all three hypotheses correct. Hypothesis 1 is: Nurses have a good command of nursing diagnostics in pediatrics. Hypothesis 2 is: Nurses utilize individually the nursing diagnoses in pediatrics. Hypothesis 3 is: Lack of time is considered to be the biggest obstacle while using the nursing diagnostics in pediatrics by nurses. The survey has also found out that there are utilized different taxonomies for nursing diagnoses with respect to differences at various age and other particularities, which certainly respects the child as an individual human being but makes the diagnostics more time demanding. Therefore it is suggested to unify the used terminology within individual departments with respect to a number of published books on nursing diagnostics in pediatrics and make otherwise time demanding nursing work a little easier.

Evaluation of physical-geographical research of the High Tatra Mts in the period 1969 - 2008
Jurdík, Michal ; Kalvoda, Jan (advisor) ; Engel, Zbyněk (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with physical-geographical researches about High Tatra Mts published in 1969 - 2008. It compares recent knowledge about nature of High Tatra Mts. with knowledge published few decades ago. This work describes the most important researches. It also describes this mountain range within it's geomorphological, hydrological, climate, soil and other features. High Tatra Mts. build an exclusive complex of landscape natural components. Lots of landform factors in small area and vertical zonation with variable characteristics makes this area a good model for geographical studies. Key words: physical geography, High Tatra Mts.

Unprofessional film-making and copyright law
Vitinger, Aleš ; Horný, Stanislav (advisor) ; Krsek, Libor (referee)
Main goal of this work was to map the area of copyright law connected with nonprofessional film-making. Due to fast expansion of the internet and digital media, the number of non-professional film-makers is increasing rapidly. And copyright law is not able to react on this change. Temporary Czech copyright law is strongly developed, with strong position of colective administrators of copyrights. For non-professional use is this situation quite unsuitable. Copyright laws are too strict and complicated and collective administrators are focused on professional use. The result is massive infringement of copyright laws. One of the answers is the Creative Commons iniciative, which proposed few licenses, based od copyright laws. These licenses can be published along with the artwork to encourage potential user to use the work without asking permission. Author can choose what rights would be limited, for example commercial use, or making derivative works. This bachelors work proves that Creative Commons licenses are good choice for non-professional film-maker. They bring simplicity and null costs, in comparison with complicated and expensive licensing from collectively administrated rights.

The Czech un-film advertisement being published in film periodicals between years 1918-1938
Hradec, Vít ; Vošahlíková, Pavla (advisor) ; Groman, Martin (referee)
Film press, as well as any other kind of press, depends on advertising. Commercial success of a periodical reflects its ability to attract as many good advertisers as possible. This press is popular with readers as well as the film phenomena itself. The advertisers use its potential for offering their products or services. The purpose of the research is to find out how offered products are connected to the film periodical in which these are advertised; or which persuasive strategies are used so that a consumer can associate a product with some of the film culture aspects. The followed thesis says the Czech "un- film" advertisement being published between years 1918-1938 uses specific communication strategies to enforce, depending on a sort of a periodical itself. The "un-film" advertisement is defined as a commercial content that offers a product or a service with no logical connection to film. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
