Other chapters are devoted to the actual design of specific equipment, including antennas and advance resource. The whole network is practically implemented in the mountainous countryside of eastern Wallachia. In conclusion, this work is network mate in terms of QoS (quality of service) and tested in terms of prioritization of voice communication.

Communication SW ARION
Kaczmarczyk, Václav ; Kašík, Petr (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is creating diagnostic software for analyse communication via protocol ARION. That software would record and store communication data which can be analyzed late and also allows direct communication analysis in real time. Except that there will be visualization functions, for effective representation of data (stored or real-time recorded). This software can be used either by net developers or by end-users like easy visualization software. Next point is describing communication protocol ARION and create developer’s handbook. The practical part of this thesis consists of two points. The first one is developing simple device which allows communicating via protocol ARION. In second communication firmware for that device is written and tested.

Evaluation of water losses for the selected pressure zone of the city of Brno
Konečný, Pavel ; Dvořák,, Pavel (referee) ; Tuhovčák, Ladislav (advisor)
Water losses indicate the amount of water leaked out of the water distribution systém. Loss monitoring is one of the basic obligations of operators. Their size points to technical states and network operations, and at the same time is decisive for returns on future investment. Loss reports have recently recorded several changes. Values that describe the amount of unique leakage are continuously more often being used with traditional percentage data on losses related to the overall volume of supplied water.

Technological report, machinery list, wider relation situation, building site equipment with on record drawings, work safety, check and test plan, partial budget and schedule of construction are included.

Study of genetic diversity of colonies Pectinatella magnifica
MORAVCOVÁ, Vendula
Pectinatella magnifica is a colony of freshwater organisms, which are most often found on the submerged parts/branches of coastal plants, but also fixed to stones, growing at the bottom of ponds, or free - floating. These organisms can be found mostly in oligotrophic to mesotrophic waters, and appear to thrive in temperatures that reach 20°C during colonisation. They were first found and described in Philadelphia in 1851, by Joseph Leidy. Although Pectinatella magnifica originates from North America, it has now become an invasive species on the other continents. The first recorded occurrence in Europe was during the 1980s in Hamburg, where it was probably transported on ships' hulls. In the Czech Republic it was recorded for the first time in rivers Vltava and Labe in the first half of the 20 th century. The most common method of its propagation is through internal buds, called statoblasts, fitted with hooks that make it able to cling to any surface, and allow easy distribution over long distances and otherwise impossible terrain. This study uses AFLP analysis of statoblast DNA to analyse the genetic diversity within P. magnifica colonies themselves, changes over time, and between different sites within the Protected Landscape Area (PLA) and a Biosphere Reserve (BR) of Třeboňsko, namely ponds Veseli I, Staňkovský, Nový Kanclíř, Cep, Vlkov and Nový Lipnický.

Hodnocení stavu a návrh péče o tyfový židovský hřbitov v Havlíčkově Brodě
Malinová roz. Kolářová, Eliška
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate present condition of typhoid Jewish cemetery on the outskirts of Havlíčkův Brod and to propose its future care. Present evaluation was delt in two levels, evaluation of woody and technical inventory in tabular annexes and graphes. There were records about position of trees, health status, basic dendrometrical value (hight and diameter of a stem) and spieces composition in this area. The condition and location of gravestones and a condition of a road network were delt in technical inventory. The care proposal was delt both from the historical-cultural heritage and so as part of local system of ecological stability under the suitability to file types geobiocoenes and teritorial plan. The outputs are maps of woody and technical inventory. This thesis could as well serve as a base for solution for other methodics of similar conflict of interests and in other areas and as well as documentation for inventorying for the administrator of this sight.

IP Television
Mašek, Pavel ; Fojtová, Lucie (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
The main objective of thesis is proposal and realization programme, which can be able to receive and play up multimedia stream broadcasted from server via packet networks. Protocol for transmission multimedia data is used to join connection between server and end point. And therefore protocols which handle data transmission like RTP/RTCP, RTSP and also SDP and SAP are described in thesis. Description mentioned records isn't effected to the smallest details, but acts about acquaint with problems. Further be brief described libraries that the stand by drafting application in view as well as used application that the function as the source of transmission multimedia. Than follows proposal solving and single step description of programme design in thesis. Analysis of working programme is performed in the last part of thesis.

Statistical Analysis of Temperature and Precipitation Time Series in the Czech Republic in Period 1961-2008
Helman, Karel ; Pecáková, Iva (advisor) ; Čermák, Václav (referee) ; Žák, Michal (referee)
The present dissertation deals with an analysis of monthly time series of average temperatures and precipitation sums recorded at 44 sites in the Czech Republic over the period of 1961--2008. The main research purpose is to acquire deeper knowledge of regularities in the climatic time series development, using an appropriate set of statistical methods. A secondary objective is to search and find correlations between the research outcomes and basic geographic coordinates (altitude, longitude and latitude) of particular measurement stations and comparing all the results achieved for the selected climatic elements. There are two major contributions of this work. In the first place, it presents new knowledge in the field of climatic time series, particularly in connection with the strength and development of their seasonal component, further for instance analysing the relation between the distribution of a residual component and the geographic coordinates of the measurement stations. Another contribution lies in an extensive application of statistical methods of climatic time series analysis. Several types of methods were used, having employed both widely and rarely applied statistical tools (linear trends analysis and Box-Jenkins methodology respectively) as well as those used for the very first time (moving-seasonal time series).

Modules in floorball information system - an assessment of innovation
Čížek, Michal ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Filippi, Tomáš (referee)
In this project I will be reviewing innovations in the new Floorball information system. The whole system is divided into three categories (modules), for a better understanding of the processes and functionality. First I would like to mention reasons why there was a demand for a new IS and what changes it has brought to the users. By users I mean the players, team secretary, coach, Floorball Union employees etc. Each module outlines the basic functionality and processes that a user can perform. For the evaluation I will use my own observation. These resources will be my experience, after working with the system for the past year as well as results from conducted surveys pertaining to the upgrades. Surveys were sent to members of the Floorball Union network using social media, such as Facebook as well as via Email. Professional Consultations were also conducted with my floorball coach as well as employees from the Secretariat & Registry CFBU. The audio recording of the mentioned consultations is attached. For the final evaluation I will be using my own view of the issues/problems (player's license, statistics). Using the knowledge obtained from the above sources, I will be able to either confirm or refute the debate. Finally, it is my goal to propose my solution how to correct or eliminate major flaws/drawbacks of the system.
