It has connection with process of savings in the past 2-3 years in private sector. In fine I handle with intervention of goverment and thier efficiency.

The work is focused on the valuation of real estates. In the theoretical part of the work, firstly, there are explained basic concepts and methods which are used to valuation of real estates. There is also mentioned comparison of valuation regulations and describtion of market of real estates. The practical part of the work deals with market and administrative valuation. The results of both methods are compared in the end to the work.
Analysis of mortgage loans and factors affecting their development

This work focuses on mortgage loans and the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. In the first part, mortgage loans are outlined from the legislative viewpoint, their parameters and means of financing. Furthermore, the most common types of loans, state aid during debt repayment and individual phases of the mortgage process itself are analysed. The second part focuses on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic, affected by the financial crisis in the U.S. and other credit risks, over the course of the last few years. The final section characterises a model subject. The subject tries to gain a mortgage loan for housing needs on the basis of processed information from previous theoretical sections, and to select the right type of mortgage with favourable conditions, based on appropriate selection criteria.

The theme of this Bachelor is the process of mortgage lending in the conditions of the Czech banking. The objective of the work is to provide readers a comprehensive view of the complexity and the issue of all phases of the process of mortgage loans without having to use other technical literature. The work is seen as seen from the banks, its rights and obligations, and the client that the decision is to apply for a mortgage loan. The entire process is divided into four stages, which are genuine steps individually depth based on continuity in your time.
The analysis of the mortgage loans development in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

My Bachelor thesis is focused on the mortgage loans development both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the first part I closely describe the history of mortgage loans, the origins of the mortgage banking in the Czech Republic, the economic environment and factors affecting the mortgage market. The second part deals solely with the mortgage loans development. Therefore every particular type of a mortgage loan is examined regarding their progress in time. The end of this chapter defines the impacts of the financial crisis on the mortgage market and an outlook for the future advance. The last chapter copes with the Slovak mortgage market. In this part I explain the differences and dissimilarities in the development in comparison to the Czech Republic.
Some problems in the area of financing of housing need

This thesis explains important facts concerning financial products for solutions of housing need from three points of view, which influent each other -- from the point of view of client, bank and state. In the thesis, there is noted, what shall be understood under the solution of housing need, and what are the products which have been used for housing financing. Accent is put on possible use of different forms of state support and its influence on the state budget. The most of financial products for the solution of housing need have character of credit, therefore part of the thesis is touching credit risk and is clearing running of credit process.

Then it is focused on the origin and the trend of a hypothecary crisis in the USA and its successive spread all over the world. Tendencies of the mortgage market trends are described here, too.

Practical part of my work includes comparison of products of mortgage banks, which I made from the point of view of advantages for customers. This work deals with the theme of financial crisis in the mortgage market, which have started in the USA in 2008.
Life insurance and its role in financing of housing

Paper treat especially of financing of housing and concentrate on possible access of achievement of this aim. It has three main and major parts. In the first part I devote to general characteristic of life insurance and hers types. I state the connection of life insurance with the mortgage. In the second and the most extensive part I deal with financing of housing and mainly with credit. Exhaustively I take apart realm of credits from building saving and mortgage loan. In the final analysis I deal with summary and display of importance of existence of life instance in connection with financing of housing.
