The Legal Status of Partners in a Private Limited Liability Company Compared to the Legal Status of Partners (shareholders) in a Joint Stock Company
Andreisová, Lucie ; Kříž, Radim (advisor) ; Müller, Milan (referee)
This diploma thesis poses the question of the legal status of partners in a private limited liability company compared to the legal status of partners (shareholders) in a joint stock company. Although both companies are in a theory of Czech business law classified as capital corporations, which means that they have much in common, the legal enactments which are regulating the area of the partner's legal status in both legal forms contain many significant differences. Some of them may well be considered as slight, unimportant details, whereas the others represent fundamental differences, which, for the partner's legal status, are more than crucial. The partner's participation in the company's activities and in its management could be mentioned as one of the examples. Meanwhile, the partners in a private limited liability company typically participate in the whole life of their corporation, the shareholders in a joint stock company only influence the life of their corporation implicitly, through their influence over the personal structure of the executive body (called board of directors), which is entrusted with the power of the company's management. The members of this executive body are usually represented by people outside of the company; the theory talks about professional, hired management, which is leading to a phenomenon called corporate governance. This diploma thesis not only contains chapters on the legal status of partners in the given types of corporations, it also includes a general interpretation of the terms private limited liability company and joint stock company. Only a correct representation of these terms can lead to an accurate understanding of the partner's legal status. Finally, there are also several comparative thoughts and tables, including some decisions of the business courts added at the end of the paper. Through the means of the above mentioned business court's decisions the author is attempting to demonstrate how the partner's rights and obligations are being performed in practice.

Mental Condition of a Woman During Puerperium and her Adaptation to Motherhood
DIHLOVÁ, Magdalena
Pregnancy, childbirth and the period after childbirth are important stages in the life of a woman and her family. Even healthcare professionals may not realize that mental disorders quite often appear or become worse during pregnancy and the period after childbirth. A woman tends to be tired during the first days following childbirth. People do not usually understand that she may experience different emotions from feeling positive and happy as a result of delivery. Disorders during the period after childbirth include mental disorders affecting the woman during the neonatal period, breastfeeding and until her child is one year old. They may be associated with physiological changes after childbirth or problems related to adaptation to motherhood. Being a mother is quite an important role in the life of a woman: while playing that role, she learns to be in harmony with a new member of her family and assume responsibility for him or her. Biocultural relationships, such as the role of a wife and mother and the structure of the family, obviously play an important part.A quantitative survey was employed to produce the bachelor thesis, using interviews and questionnaires to collect data. The questionnaires were distributed to mothers who had completed their lying in periods in randomly selected gynecologists{\crq} offices in Prague. Each questionnaire contained 34 questions. The poll took place in March. A total of 94 mothers completed the questionnaires, which resulted in a return rate of 71.6%. The objective of the bachelor thesis was to find out about the role played by birth assistants in caring for the mental needs of women during puerperium. That objective was associated with the first assumption, which confirmed that care provided by birth assistants focused on satisfying biological rather than mental needs. The other objective was to determine the amount of information women had about mental changes during puerperium. That objective was accompanied by the second hypothesis that women were informed about mental changes during puerperium. The hypothesis was confirmed. The third objective was to examine how women adapted to their roles as mothers. That objective was tied to the third hypothesis which was concerned with planned parenting. The hypothesis confirmed that women who planned to be mothers accepted their roles as mothers better than those who did not. The fourth assumption, which dealt with a smoother adaptation to being a mother before the age of 30, was not confirmed. The bachelor thesis will help birth assistants caring for mothers in postnatal wards and child nurses and doctors as well as gynecologists whom women see after puerperium. The thesis could be a source of information and used by birth assistants and student birth assistants as an educational material.

Further focus of interest was comparison of sexuality of women without professional healthcare education and midwives who had already delivered babies themselves. The interviews were processed in the form of case studies. The research subjects included two groups of female respondents. The first group included women without professional healthcare education and the second consisted of five midwives. The research was used for evaluation of the following hypotheses: ``Women possess information about hormonal changes in pregnancy, during and after delivery in relation to sexuality``; ``The frequency of female sexual activities decreases in pregnancy``; ``Women change view of their life roles in the sense of continuous prevalence of the parental role over the partner role``; ``Delivery need not necessarily result in changed sexual appetite of women``; ``Women experience complications in sexuality after delivery in the case of trouble with injury during childbirth{\crqq}; ``There are no differences between women without professional healthcare education and professional midwives in sexuality in the periods of pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery``. The thesis might be beneficial not only for midwives, pregnant women or women after child delivery, but also for the male part of the population.
