The diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of the Leisure Center Na Fialce in Říčany near Prague. This construction technology project includes a technical report to the construction technology project, coordination situation with broader links of transport routes, construction time and financial plan, study of im-plementation of the main technological stages, construction site design, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, plan of securing material resources for rough construction of solved objects, technological regulation for implementati-on of insulation of substructure and execution of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling, inspection and test plan for implementation of insulation of substructure and execution of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling, safety measures on site and proposal of alternative solution.

The aim of this thesis is the development project of the firm TREFAL, Spol. s.r.o. The object SOO2 - Administrative building - that is a constituent of the area of TREFAL, Spol. s.r.o. is discussed topic of this thesis. The main focus is the construction development of the monolithic supporting construction objects. The thesis further depicts and investigates accompanying and overall technical report, an implementation study of the main technological stages, situational designs, a solution of the broader traffic relations including a proposal for the supplementation of the construction development, BOZP plan, budget and timeline, a proposal for the new local communication and following textual and design documentation according to the thesis assignments.

The bachelor thesis deals with construction technological project of the gross under-construction of the SO 203 objects of the housing complex Olbrachtova. The object is the realisation of drilled pille and foundation structures. The project includes the technical report, transport routes, technological instruction for drilled piles and foundation structures, technical report for construction-organisation principles and equipment of building yard, budget time-planing, machine configuration, controlling and examining plan of the phase, safety and risk plan on the construction site and all drawing concerning the problem.

This diploma thesis deals with the constructional and technological project of reconstruction of building Rooseveltova in Brno. The basis for this work was the design documentation for the realization of this project. The technical reports provides all the basic information about the construction to this project. Demolition works and implementation of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor are detailed processing in the technological regulations. Control and test plans, time and financial plans, drawings of building equipment, draft of machinery and plans of health and safety and fire prevention are also component of this project. Another annex of this thesis is budget and selected assembly details.

The goal of this thesis is a construction technological project of an apartment building in Ivančice. The work focuses on the graphic visualisation of earth and foundation works progress and consequently on the item budget and timetable for construction works. Technological regulation for earth and foundation works with the changes on foundation constructions, organization of the construction, construction site equipment plan, draft of the main machinery and mechanisms are also part of this work. Technical report, coordination layout with a description of transport options, schedule, and financial plan are also part of this thesis.

The content of this diploma thesis is the solution of the summary of the technical report, a study of the implementation of major technological stages, the time schedule of the main construction of the object, schedule object, the technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and installation of steel structures, inspection and test plans, risk with subsequent security measures, itemized budget with bills of quantities, solving the major transport routes, design of mechanical assemblies and equipment to the construction site. The substrate was drawing documentation for the implementation of this construction.
