Depresive symptoms of patients with revmatoid arthritis

Nemoci pohybového aparátu, revmatické nemoci, patří meZI nejrozšířenější choroby na světě. Revmatoidní artritida pak představuje jednu Z více než 200 revmatických chorob. Jedná se o onemocnění chronické, invalidizující, s výrazně negativními dopady na fYzické funkční schopnosti, ale i psychický a sociální život nemocného. Revmatoidní artritida závažným způsobem zasahuje do života nemocného a mění jeho kvalitu. Obtíže spojené s touto chorobou většinou sice nepředstavují přímé ohrožení života, ale jsou trvalou celoživotní zátěží pro pacienta i jeho okolí. Lidé s revmatoidní artritidou proto často trpí i různými emočními obtížemi, mezi kterými dominují depresivní symptomy. Ukazuje se, že lidé s artritidou trpí depresivními obtížemi dvakrát častěji než běžná populace. U nemocných s revmatoidní artritidou deprese nepředstavuje jen další nesnáz související s jejich chorobou, ale významným způsobem zasahuje do způsobů, jak vnímají a vyrovnávají se svými fYzickými obtížemi a také jak spolupracují při jejich léčbě. V poslední době se proto v zahraničních odborných studiích tématu psychologických aspektů revmatoidní artritidy dostává více pozornosti.

Effect of sloped green roof on to rainwater retention

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the retention effect on the pitch green roof from the selection of different roof sets. Measurements of retention proparties were performed on four semi-scale testing elements. Monitored period was evaluated during initial growing cycle on extensive, biodiverse and icelandic green roof in comparison with roofing tile surface. The theoretical part describes effective water retention management, historical and present development in the Czech Republic and closed European countries of green roofs.

Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem Svatého stolce jako subjektu mezinárodního práva k válečným konfliktům a napětí v mezinárodních vztazích v 80. letech 20. století, tedy v době části pontifikátu Jana Pavla II. (1978-2005). V první, spíše teoretické části, jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se ke Svatému stolci, papežův primát, vnitřní struktura fungování Římské kurie se zaměřením na Státní sekretariát a Papežskou radu pro spravedlnost a mír, principy diplomacie Svatého stolce, východiska pro pontifikát Jana Pavla II. (II. vatikánský koncil a jeho dokumenty, Ostpolitik Svatého stolce), znaky programu pontifikátu Jana Pavla II. a jím upřednostňované nástroje a aspekty. Druhá, aplikační část, na vybraných případech z 80. let 20. století ? spor o Beaglův průliv, válka o Falklandy, napětí v Polsku, nikaragujský režim a problematika teologie osvobození a občanská válka v Libanonu ? ukazuje konkrétní postoj Svatého stolce či jeho roli v nich.

Deregulation and Pivatization of Airports in the EU

Predmetom analýzy tejto práce sú otázky deregulácie a privatizácie letísk v kontexte Európskej únie. Mojim cieľom bolo nájsť podložené stanovisko k týmto otázkam, ktoré by bolo pochopiteľné pre širokú verejnosť. Problematika letísk je v 21. storočí aktuálnejšia ako kedykoľvek predtým, nakoľko trh zaznamenal v posledných rokoch enormný nárast. Základy regulácie sú postavené na teórii prirodzeného monopolu, preto musí byť metodika založená na teoretických podkladoch. V prvom rade podrobujem v práci analýze letiská v EÚ z pohľadu splnenia kritérií definície prirodzeného monopolu. V ďalších častiach na základe nálezov analyzujem problematiku deregulácie a privatizácie. Následne sa snažím nájsť relevantné fakty z praxe, ktoré by moje hypotézy potvrdili, resp. vyvrátili. Ukazuje sa, že regulácia letísk je hlavným pôvodcom rigidity trhu. V blízkej budúcnosti bude nutné prekoncipovať mnohé zastarané európske normy a závery tejto práce by na tieto normy mali poukázať.

Power Inverter Online Diagnostics

This doctoral thesis focuses on the problems of IGBT failure prediction in pulse converters using measurable changes of selected parameters (so--called trending variables) being influenced of transistor degradation during aging. Firstly the state--of--the--art in this field is presented in the dizertation. The description of designed and constructed automated measurement stand follows, enabling monitoring and recording of switching processes during accelerated aging. Further the problems of high--bandwidth measurement of electrical quantities during IGBT switching are described. Especially the problems of current sensing are analyzed and the most suitable sensor is selected. The data recorded using the developed apparatus served to identify potential trending variables allowing the failure prediction. Here the dependence of trending variables on aging and on parasitic influences (current, temperature, voltage) had to be distinguished. Finally the evaluation of trending variables is performed. Their insignificant sensitivity on accelerated aging is shown which complicates their practical implementation for the purpose of failure prediction.

Gluten-free diet in the training of students from hotel school and apprenticeship cook-waiter.

Gluten-free diet is a concept inflected in the media in recent years very often. This thesis is devoted to exploring whether and how the theme of "gluten-free diet" is put in theoretical and practical training for students and trainees of Secondary School and Higher Vocational School of Tourism (Vyšší odborné školy cestovního ruchu) in České Budějovice, subjects focused on gastronomy. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of celiac disease, gluten-free meals, legislation dealing with the labeling of allergens (gluten). There are also discussed the eating problems of patients with gluten-free diet in restaurants and canteens. In the practical part there search has been conducted to determine how students are familiarized with this theme, what knowledge they have and whether they can use it in practice. The survey was conducted through a question naire survey, observation in the lessons and the analysis of used literature. Graphic design with commentaries was chosen to evaluate the qualitative survey questionnaires.

The thesis aims to provide basic information and a holistic overview of securities, especially their adjustment in the legislation. The thesis is based on the current wording of the legislation which are especially Act no. 89/2012 Coll. according the New Civil Code. The first part of the thesis is about the basic distribution of the securities and is characterized in detail the issue of securities legislation. Subsequently is described capital market functioning in the framework of the standard market economy. The practical part is devoted to collecting data from the lay public and experts. The aim of the survey is if the capital market is properly treated after a change in legislation. The method is a statistical evaluation. The thesis also shows how practically proceed in the beginnings of securities trading on the Internet.

System of employee appraisal in selected organisation

This thesis deals with the evaluation system of employees in a selected certain organisation XY.
The main objective is to evaluate the current setting of system evaluation and, if identified deficiencies recommend appropriate solutions and remedies.
The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is elaborated on the basis of these secondary sources. In this part there is a particular issue of performance management and personnel evaluation system. The practical part is focused on the evaluation system in particular/selected/certain organisation XY. At the beginning of the practical part the company is introduced and then the current evaluation system is described. The information that is in the work, are obtained from the studied internal company documents. Quantitative and qualitative research was used to obtain the data through a questionnaire survey. In conclusion stated evaluation issues of employee evaluation and recommended solutions that can improve the current method of assessment of employees.

Metropolitan Wi-Fi Networks - Technology, Organization, Users Administration

Bakalářská práce se zabývá metropolitními Wi-Fi sítěmi a aspekty jejich provozování. Jejím cílem je uvést čtenáře do problematiky, což se neobejde bez vysvětlení principů technologie Wi-Fi samotné. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří oddílů. V prvním oddílu jsou rozebrány principy této technologie, zmíněna je historie bezdrátových sítí, produkty určené pro budování bezdrátových sítí, probrány jsou jednotlivé specifikace rodiny standardů IEEE 802.11 pro Wi-Fi zařízení. Uvedeny jsou také způsoby zabezpečení určené pro Wi-Fi sítě a výhody a nevýhody technologie Wi-Fi. Druhá část práce je poté věnován metropolitním sítím samotným se zaměřením na síť CZFree.net. Rozebrána je organizace této sítě, topologie, billing (účtování) a další. Na konci kapitoly lze najít srovnání cen a podmínek poskytovatelů bezdrátového připojení do Internetu pomocí Wi-Fi technologie. Ve třetí části se nachází kapitola Quality of Services (QoS), kde je tato problematika hlouběji probrána.

Analysis of mortgage products in the Czech republic

The thesis deals with the analysis of mortgage products, their supply on the market and their development in the Czech Republic. In the introduction the mortgage loan is defined and legally defined. In the second chapter describes how mortgage loans are divided and what the current situation on the market of these products. Another section is devoted to mortgage bonds as a security that is closely related mortgage loans. In conclusion, the author decided to look for a mortgage with a macroeconomic perspective. Work includes several tables and graphs, on which issues more clearly described. The annex contains an application for a mortgage loan, announcement of Wüstenrot hypoteční banka a. s. about the issue of mortgage bonds and the method of calculating tested hypotheses.
