Audit of the board game e-commerce web sites

This thesis deals with the audit of the board game e-commerce web sites. Nowa-days there is a great number of websites of varying quality, so it is necessary to choose between them. The development of the Internet shifted the emphasis from quantity to quality. With this fact comes the topic of auditing web sites. The first part of the thesis concerns with the theoretical bases of audit of web sites in various sections. The second part includes the representation of the mar-ket of board games and its target group. Based on the first theoretical part the evaluation criteria are created, which are used for the audit of seven selected web sides of board games. This audit is evaluated in the next chapter, which then leads into the conclusion of the work in the form of recommendations for changes in order to increase the competitiveness of each evaluated e-commerce.
Online shopping behaviour of mothers

The goal of this thesis is to make a research of shopping behaviour of mothers on internet and find common pattern of this behaviour. Due to this common patterns, recommendations for online businesses will be determined. The research will be made as anonymous observation of visitors of baby food and diapers e-shop www.Feedo.cz. Author of the thesis is owner of www.Feedo.cz. Before the research is started, hypotheses for the research will be determined. Based on this hypotheses, software tools, used for collection of visitors behaviour data, will be set up. The goal of the thesis will be reached by analyzing collected data a confirming or disproving determined hypotheses. Based on analysis results, specific recommendation of online business will be defined. Own contribution of the thesis will consist in determination of hypotheses based on real business problems, collections of behaviour data of www.Feedo.cz visitors, setting up software tools, analyzing collected data and defining specific recommendations fo online businesses. Thesis follows subject matter of creating a new online store and related topics. Globally it presents main aspects needed to create and operate an online store. Thesis contains theoretical and practical information, advice and knowledge from various sources. Preparation of the shop, technical solutions, marketing and its successful operation, including payment and delivery methods are contained. In the last section it is introduced an overview of meetings with technical solution providers and demonstration of creating simple online store.

This master thesis focuses on e-commerce, online marketing and Social Media marketing potential from theoretical factual and practical perspective. On the example of real start-up e-shop Didogo Group Ltd. it aims to show various possibilities how to enhance the company's and brands' recognition while implementing various online marketing and advertising tools. Particular focus is put on Social Media as up to date platforms suitable for marketing and advertising usage. After providing general theoretical and factual overview of e-commerce in the world as well as in Czech Republic, detailed description of various internet marketing tools and Social Media, it analysis Didogo's current state and marketing tools used up to date, and further provides list of recommendations for future marketing communication strategy of this company. Master thesis contains 79 pages, 10 figures, and 7 Appendixes.

As a topic of my thesis, I chose "Internet Marketing". The aim of this work is to analyze Internet marketing tools used by selected e-shop. On the basis of information obtained I tried to propose appropriate solutions to improve the efficiency of Internet marketing. Analysis is done in the e-shop levne-boty.cz. The e-shop sells shoes for sport and leasure time. The theoretical part deals with marketing and its relationship to the internet, internet marketing and its tools in the form of marketing and communication mix. I also described the legislation relating to e-commerce and e-shops. In the practical part I did an analysis of e-shop levne-boty.cz. I have described here the company and its operations, target group of customers, competition, marketing mix, advertising and public relations, visit rate, etc. I also evaluated the ROI on concrete advertising campaign.

This diploma thesis compares Czech and Slovak legislations which are linked with the Internet business and analyzed differences between them. The whole work is focused on consumer protection with specialization on problems that arise in this special way of shopping. In practical part I carry out a research which was focused on sellers and customers who use Internet shops. This research also focused on problems which came out from this way of shopping. In the end of this work there are recommendations for improving this special way of shopping.

My bachelor work is focused on the internet shop market in tourism both from the side of online businessmen and from the side of customers. The research was provided for this work. In the first part which represented online businessmen, their satisfaction with Czech legal form of internet selling was monitored, if they inform the customers about all important law obligations and if they would embrace a special law concerning internet shopping. In the second part, the part of the customers of online shops, customers experience with these shops was monitored, how much they know their privileges and if they trust in this special form of shopping.
Application of marketing instruments in the eshop e-profess.cz

The main aim of my Bachelor{\crq}s thesis was to suggest innovations in the e-shop known as Profess Consulting s.r.o. Those innovations were based upon the analysis of the current state of using marketing tools in this chosen retail subject. The analysis of the current state was done by studying the literature, creating and distributing a questionnaire and through guided interviews with the manager of this e-shop. When this analysis was completed, I was able give some recommendations for the improvement of the current state of this chosen e-shop. It{\crq}s necessary to simplify the running of this e-shop and create better goodwill.
