Spasticity of Spinal Etiology - An Overview of the Most Frequently used Examination Methods and Proposed Functional Examination

The aim of the thesis "Spasticity of Spinal Etiology" is to create a complex overview of the spasticity of spinal etiology problems focused on the methods of measuring and evaluation of spasticity. The Theoretical part defines spasticity, the spastic syndrome of spinal etiology and methods used for investigation of patients. The practical part describes conditions and results of questionnaire research among physiotherapists; its aim was to discover which investigative methods and practice they use. The part Discussion presents a proposal of investigation based on the results of questionnaire and theoretical data, its aim is to define a relation between spasticity and functional abilities of a patient. Thesis "General concept of suicide concerning individuals in the crisis moments is describing the word suicide properly, also meaning of self damaging and crisis situation are exemplified here. Historical meaning of suicide supported by unsolved questions of science has changed thru the centuries. But the essential aspect of whole problematics is a statistical analysis. The main part of thesis is full of interview with handicapped or arrested people .At the end you can find the conclusion of inner feelings or different approaches of mentioned individulas .

Legal aspects of implementation of the "Creative Commons" project in the Czech Republic

103 Resumé / English summary Title of the thesis: Legal aspects of implementing Creative Commons project in the Czech Republic Summary: The main topics of this master thesis are Creative Commons public licenses and legal questions arising in connection with their porting to the Czech legal system, i.e. creating Czech versions of these licenses that mirror the spirit of the original licenses while reflecting the particularities of Czech copyright and Czech law in general. Since public licenses are not yet an established concept in the Czech Republic, the first part of this paper (Chapter 2) introduces several public licenses (presented license) to create a sufficient background. Beside the main goals and features of the Creative Commons (CC) license system, GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Free Documentation License (FDL) and Creative Archive License (CA) are presented in a similar way and a comparison of these licenses follows on the level of license elements, i.e. the main characteristics that determine the scope of the individual licenses. The aim of Chapter 3 is to produce a legal definition of public licenses. The main attention is put to present situation, which is involved by financial crisis. There are mentioned the reasons of it's birth, process, the reactions of govermnent and central banks and possibilities of it's future progression. All this is completed by basic definitions, which describe the area of investment banking.

This bachelor thesis describes corporate bonds in the Czech Republic. The purpose of thesis is to render the compact view of the corporate bond market. The thesis includes the view of whole bond market in the Czech republic, then issuers of corporate bonds follow. The last part contains some practical calculations about trading at Prague Stock Exchange and the comparison of chosen government and corporate bond according to the yield to maturity.

Algoritmy pro detekci plagiátů u programů a textů

V práci se snažím zachytit celé prostředí spojené s legální a ilegální tvorbou textů a především pak s algoritmy, které umožňují odhalovat plagiáty. Veškerá potřebná data byla získána pomocí rešerše informačních zdrojů dostupných volně na internetu. Hlavní přínos práce vidím v komplexním pojetí problémové oblasti. Je popsán právní pohled na problematiku, příčiny vedoucí ke vzniku plagiátů. Uvedeny jsou i postupy správných citací a uvádění zdrojů. Největší část práce se pak zabývá konkrétními metodami plagování a možnostmi jejich odhalení pomocí známých algoritmů ? jednak u textů psaných běžným jazykem, jednak psaných speciálními jazyky programovacími. Zmiňuji se také o možnosti využití metadat při hledání plagiátů. Celá práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Každá se zabývá určitou oblastí ? terminologie, právo, citace, algoritmy odhalování plagiátů textů, programů, metadata a překlady.

The comparation of web pages of specific towns from Czech Republic

The point of interest of this thesis is analysis and comparation of web pages of three towns from Czech Republic. It also includes several notes about using an internet in goverment sector. There are set the criteria of avaluation in the first part of analysis. Each criterion has several points of view and each criterion is evaluated by specific numer of points. Also each criterion has its specific weight in complex evaluation. The final result is based upon summ of above mentioned points. The second part of thesis is the analysis of each town separately and also in comaparation with the others. In conclusion there are suggestions and recomandations for farther development of web pages contained in analysis.

Selected aspects of the offense law

The Master`s thesis ,,Selected aspects of criminal law,, deals with the legal regulation of offense procedure and provides a comprehensive view on the issue of the procedure. The introductory part is focused on basic sources of criminal law that are further divided into domestic and international. The mutual relation between Act no. 200/1990 Coll. about offenses, as amended, and Act no. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code, as amended that are involved in the infringement proceedings, is analyzed in particular. The second part of the thesis focuses on the general substantive alteration of offenses and the definition of their basic concepts. The third part focuses on the proceedings, the termination of proceedings in the first instance and summary proceedings, including the legal remedies and judicial review. The practical section provides examples of specific solved cases of selected offenses, including an evaluation of the statistical evidence provided by the Infringement commission Municipal Bureau of Zatec. The conclusion of the thesis contains considerations de lege ferenda.
