The influence of extremal climatic phenomena at the recultivated and succession areas in Třeboňsko Protected Landscapa Area

PLA Třeboňsko is located in the southeastern part of South Bohemia, and has an area of 700 km {$^2$}. It is an extraordinary region, where preserved valuable natural assets, but also many hundreds of years of human transformation of the cultural landscape. Basic river basin axis Třeboňsko are Třeboňsko Lužnice river in the floodplain which are 14 lakes created after gravel extraction. Coast lakes were part of forestry artificially reclaimed, partly remained left natural succession. Extreme weather events (floods, snow and strong wind calamity) in 2002, 2005, 2007 have different effects on the current status of coastal vegetation rehabilitated, compared with a similar old natural secondary succession.

Social climate of classroom

The theoretical part of my thesis focuses on the issue of social climate of a school class, on social position of the pupil within the class as well as on the interaction between the individual and the group. The research is based on the findings concerning pupils of a particular 5th grade of the elementary school and their perception of the current climate of their class and the structure of mutual relationships between the pupils. Moreover it is based on the position status of a particular individual in the class, his case study and activities aimed at reinforcement of positive tendencies in mutual relationships.

Municipal administration and offices in the Middle Elbe region during the Thirty Years' War

The operation of municipal offices and municipal administration in general was not a too popular topic in Czech historiography. Even this aspect of the life of Czech towns was strongly influenced by the persecution of Czech estates after the battle on the White Mountain and following processes with the gravity centre in the third decade of the 17th century, as well as by the direct and indirect consequences of military actions. Research in such area can also enrich our knowledge of many aspects of contemporary city life and contribute to a better explanation of such consequential phenomena as emigration and recatholicization. The municipal councils and municipal offices can often be named as nervus rerum in these circumstances. To elaborate the problems of military influences on administration in the times of the Thirty Years' War fully is not possible without more detailed studies about the situation of particular municipal offices. This kind of research would enable us to compare several regions. But there is a lack of such studies. The way out can be found by using proper surveys of the situation of several towns. Nursing care of patient with a hepatic cirhosis

V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku jaterní cirhózy. Cílem mé práce je zpracovat případovou studií. Popsat úlohu ošetřovatelské péče při řešení problémů a to s aktivní účasti pacienta. Vyřešení problémů spěje ke zvýšení kvality života na co nejvyšší možnou úroveň. Práce je členěna na kapitoly, má klinickou a ošetřovatelskou část. V klinické části se věnuji anatomii jater a základní charakteristice onemocnění, vyvolávajícím faktorům, příznakům, diagnostice a léčbě onemocnění. Druhou část tvoří ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s jaterní cirhózou. V této části své práce používám metodu ošetřovatelského procesu. Při sběru informací vycházím z modelu Fungujícího zdraví Marjory Gordonové. Informace o klientovi jsem získala při rozhovoru s pacientem, z jeho zdravotnické dokumentace, od jeho manželky a na základě přirozeného pozorování. Stanovila jsem aktuální ošetřovatelské problémy - ošetřovatelské diagnózy, ošetřovatelské intervence. Dále se v textu zabývám popisem realizace a hodnocením. Potencionální ošetřovatelské problémy se jistě také vyskytují, ale vzhledem k psychickému stavu pacienta jsem upřednostnila zabývat se podrobněji jeho psychologickou anamnézou. V závěru práce se věnuji prognóze onemocnění. Práci uzavírá přehled použitých zkratek, přehled literatury a přílohy (Formulář)...

Role of media in international politics and conflicts

Bachelor thesis "Role of the media in international politics and conflicts" pursues position and influence of media in either international and common politics, impact of political events on the media themselves and mutual interaction of media and politics. Further follows war conflicts and their processing and submission throughout different types of media. The thesis also addresses influence of media on development in war areas, and within the study specializes on concrete territories in which so far gained theoretic knowledge is utilized to comprehend the particular situation, application of the knowledge on the particular conflict including obtaining new theoretical skills through critical evaluation of praxis in the problem area. The thesis addresses media phenomenon as itself, basic history of each kind of media, outlines common dilemma of relation politics - society, political communication and marketing role of the media (impact on voters through medial campaign or propaganda). The basic question of the thesis is how strong is medial impact within political events including armed conflicts, and whether modem (even post-modern) vision of media as a world superpower really complies with empirical praxis of present time.

Easements in telecommunications

Resume in English. Easement in Telecommunication This thesis deals with the easements in the specifically chosen and therefore dedicated area - in Telecommunication field. The easement has its primary regulation in the Civil Code No. 64/1964 Sb., however the easements are regulated also within the public law area, namely the public law codes e.g. Water Act, Railway Act etc. In its very basic effect they represent the limitation of the property owner. We divide them into two groups easements ad personam and ad rem. The easement in the telecommunication belongs into the public law. They are currently regulated by the Telecommunication Act No. 127/2005 which has it's specific procedure of establishing these easements. Before this Act there were two previous Acts - the Act. No. 110/1964 Sb. which was replaced by Act No. 151/2000 Sb. The Act No. 151/2000 Sb was replaced by above mentioned valid act. Each of the Acts maintained the area of easement in different way. When we take into consideration the first and the oldest Act No. 110/1964 Sb. the easements were considered like public limitation of owner rights until the year 1992, when was the Act updated and specifically renamed the public limitation of the owner rights into the easements. Discrimination in the labour market, differences caused by gender

The bachelor thesis deals with discrimination in the labour market caused by reason of gender, by another name it deals with sex-based discrimination. The theoretic part is based upon the theory of discrimination which is extended by the themes of gender, its inequalities in the labour market and in the organizations. The aim of practical part is then, how the actual situation in the labour market is from the view of gender and analyse the experience of people with the gender inequalities in consequence by the help of my own questionnaire. In spite of better situation in the labour market, people can still meet the gender inequalities which are disappearing very slowly and therefore obstructing the beginning of the total gender equation.

Budget of the EU as a challenge for the other potential integral development

The thesis analyses the budget of the EU, historical development, revenues and expenditures, typical characteristic, current problems and also suggests possible integral evolution in the future. I tried to describe the formation of the budget in connection with the evolution and changes in the EU. The thesis describes and evaluates the revenues. The possible future adjustment and other potential sources of income are suggested in the last chapter. The expenditures are presented partly in the current financial framework 2007-2013 and partly in the current EU budget 2010. The last chapter offers the evaluation of current budget situation, its possible changes in revenues and expenditures. The last chapter is also focusing on the problems regarding euro area in context of the Greek crisis.

International railway transport of goods in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

The goal of my thesis is to analyze the current situation in the market of rail freight transport and to find the potential of the international railway transport of goods in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is focused on the comparison of these countries. Main topics of this thesis are i. a. the competitive environment in the Czech and Slovak railway, combined transport, system trains and the expected future progress.
