Analysis of credit process

The bachelor thesis is focuses on credit area and describes individual steps of credit process, through analysis of creditworthiness of customer, until possible solutions to problem loans. At first thesis describes basic characteristics, systematization of credits and risks related to credits. Second part of thesis analyzes each step of credit process. At the end thesis is focused on negative development of loans. It describes basic ways of solutions these loans and simultaneously there is shown currently czech banking market situation of default loans and specific approach of particular bank Česká spořitelna, a.s., which is illustrated on data from financial statements.

Analysis of the Dialog vendor in the context of the global information industry

Rigorózní práce se zabývá profilem databázového centra Dialog, vývojem jeho služeb a produktů včetně aspektů cenové politiky. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována zakladateli tohoto centra - Rogeru Summitovi. První část práce se zabývá dětstvím a profesionální praxí Rogera Summita, která je neodmyslitelně spjata s historií databázového centra Dialog. Nastíněn je vývoj služeb a produktů pro koncové uživatele až do roku 2000. Tato část se také věnuje prodeji společnosti Dialog firmě Knight-Ridder, Inc. a později firmě MAID plc. V rámci toho jsou představeni noví prezidenti Dialogu. Druhá část práce je věnována současnosti databázového centra Dialog. Jedná se o období od roku 2000, kdy je Dialog vlastněn informačním koncernem Thomson Corporation. V následující části je popsán vývoj cenové politiky Dialogu. Jsou zde rovněž popsány názory uživatelů na zavedení nových cenových modelů. Závěrečná část práce je věnována konkurenčním databázovým centrům. Stručně je popsána historie těchto databázových center a představeny jejich produkty a služby v porovnání s produkty a služby Dialogu. Na konci práce jsou shrnuty aktuální údaje o databázovém centru Dialog. Přílohy se zaměřují na rozšiřující informace, které se týkají Rogera Summita. Uvedena je také jeho profesionální bibliografie. Součástí přílohy jsou rovněž srovnávací grafy.

Unemployment in the city of Prague

Unemployment is a crucial issue in our sociaty. The negative impact of unemployment is mostly observed by people who lost their jobs as well as people who are currently working. Unemployment is an issue that touches all of us. In my bachelor thesis, I look at the theoretical causes of unemployment and I discuss it with emphasis on social and psychological effects. Charakteristics of Prague conduse to the fact that Prague is tradicionaly region with the lowest unemployment in the Czech Republic. Exploring solutions of increasing unemployment is the central goal of the state government. The government sets the politics of employment and is actively involved in definding the tools for active employment solutions. Such tools are designed to facilite hiring people with limited hiring potential and support employers in creating new job oportunities. The individual tools of active employment solutions, their usage and suitability in practical reality are also subjects of this thesis.

The impact of Belgian decentralization process on the status and powers of Walloon municipalities

L'objectif de la thse "L'influence de l'impact de la décentralisation belge sur le statut et les pouvoirs des communes wallonnes" est de présenter la politique locale la Région wallonne et souligner la nature de changement sous l'influence du processus de décentralisation. Elle suit le développement de la législation concerneé aux niveaux central et régional au cours de la transformation de la structure de l'Etat unitaire en fédération. La thse représente des unité fédérales et l`Union des villes et communes de Wallonie qui tant que leur représentant devrait faire les pas promouvoir leurs intérts. Ensuite, le document présente les autorités municipales et les aspects importants touchant l'influence de la communauté - son financement, la supervision ou bien la tutelle de l'exécution de la décision municipale, les facons de la coopration des communes et le secteur privé. et des modes de prestation de services. L` analyse de la composition actuelle du Parlement wallon était fait en vue d'identifier la cohérence personnelle entre les politiques communautaire et régionales. La thse ensuite présente un questionnaire lancé pour recevoir les commentaires de leurs propres dirigeants politiques locaux. The problem of illegal employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis called "The problem o f illegal employment o f foreigners in the Czech Republic" understands the illegal employment of foreigners as a pressing and socially undesirable phenomenon which has many negative effects for the state as well as for the migrants and - in a broader sense - for the society as such. At the same time, the problem is seen as a very complex one. It is, therefore, the aim of the thesis to analyze this problem, structure it and, in this way, make it possible to handle the problem with the help of publicpolicy measures. For this purpose, the thesis follows four subsequent steps towards delimiting a problem - starting from structuration, through problem definition and modelling, to final problem formulation. The biggest attention is given to the first step of structuration, as it is understood to be the basic and - at the same time - the most important of the four steps. Social welfare of families with children

For circumstances of need, people are secured be three systems, i.e. by social insurance, state social support and social assistance. Through the state social support the state contributes mainly to families with dependent children who are faced with a recognized social situation that the family is unable to cope with via its own efforts and means. The system applies the solidarity principle between high-income families and lowincome families, as well as between childless families and those with children. The system of the state social support was established in 1995 and is regulated by Act No 117/1995 Coll. on State Social Support, as amended. The state social support is a noncontributory system financed from the state budget. The system is applied in cases, where family's own financial means are deemed insufficient to maintain a basic standard of living. State social support benefits are currently the main form of financial support for families with children in various difficult social situations. The system is based on income testing, there is no means test. A person is entitled to receive benefits if he or she and other people living in a common household have permanent residency in the Czech Republic. The issues in immigration in France

This thesis is focused on the social issues caused by immigration within France. It begins by exploring the background of immigration into France from the 19th century to present day to include legislation. The thesis then evaluates issues that have arisen throughout France as a result of cultural differences and conflicting ideologies that come with the diverse immigrant population. The research is divided into two focus areas, the first on immigrants from non-European Union nations, the second being immigrants from within the EU. It explores these issues through research, as well as interviews with both immigrants and native French citizens.

EU fight against terrorism - "cyberterrorism" as a new security threat

This diploma thesis deals with European Union and current security threats, concretely with Cyberterrorism. Cyberspace and internet became essential parts of our living over the last decades due to rapid development of information and communication technology. The increased dependency on cyberspace is visible in all governmental operations, public-private sector, financial and business operations, as well as communications between individuals and groups. As a result our society is facing new threats. On one hand cyberspace is a place for economic growth and innovation, on the other hand criminals, spies and terrorist use cyberspace as a place for their activities. Our society should be aware of these negative impacts as well. Cyberterrorism by its nature is considered to be a very dynamic phenomenon. Regarding this fact this thesis provides a dynamic way how to define Cyberterrorism and reveals main perspectives of Cyberterrorism. Tracking the European Unions Convention on Cybercrime and main means to fight Cyberterrorism, this thesis analysis whether European Union disposes of appropriate means to engulf the dynamic nature of this phenomenon.

Menová politika Národnej banky Slovenska a perspektívy prijatia eura

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza měnové politiky slovenské centrální banky - Národní banky Slovenska od jejího vzniku až po současnost a hodnocení aktuální progrese Slovenska v procesu přípravy na přijetí společné evropské měny. Práci lze členit na dvě základní části. První část pojednává o instituci Národní banky Slovenska, jejího založení a vývinu postavení v rámci mladé transformující se země. Zvláštní pozornost je kladena na hodnocení úspěšnosti prováděné měnové politiky za daných hospodářských podmínek a také komparaci charakteru měnové politiky slovenské centrální banky před a po měnové krizi na Slovensku. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na současnou realitu v slovenské ekonomice, analyzuje a hodnotí připravenost země na přijetí eura.
