The building is located in the gap between the existing building houses. The house has a garage for one car.

Family House
Beranová, Iveta ; Gábrová, Lenka (referee) ; Winklerová, Jitka (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation. Specifically, the parts A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 of Annex 6 to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The documentation refers to a house designed for four-to five-member family. Land with plate number 1414 is in Troubsko. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The second floor is designed in the form of the attic below the pitched roof with timber roof truss. Lee is protected by pitched hipped roof with timber roof truss. On the south side of the house is a spacious terrace. In the basement is designed one-car garage, utility room and storage. The first floor is the social part of the house. The second floor is resting part, children's rooms and bedroom for parents are placed here. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal load bearing structures are designed from Porotherm. Partitions are also designed from clay blocks Porotherm. For roofing are designed roof tiles. Roof is supported by timber roof truss. Retaining walls are designed from permanent concrete formwork. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of staircases.

Prestressed concrete Bridges
Filip, Štěpán ; Hofírek, Radovan (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the design of perpendicular bridge over no name (local) brook without permanent flow. Its content is the design of the structure of the one-span bridge, which is designed in three variants. The selected option consists of additionally prestressed slab of height 1,0 m with a length of 24,3 m. Calculation of load effects is done by computer software SCIA ESA 2013 . Evaluation of structure is calculated manually according to standard EN 1992-2. The calculation is done without time analysis.

Family business house

This is a construction of a new family house. Building has two floors above ground and one below ground. This family house will be a permanent home for four people. Perimeter load-bearing walls are designed as monolithic and reinforced concrete walls made from thermal insulating concrete Liaver. Ceiling construction is made from reinforced concrete and one-sided reinforced plate and roof is flat and single-layered. Perimeter walls are made from exposed concrete or paneled with natural slate.

Optimized biological method for the detection of sensitivity of red clover varieties to white clover mosaic virus (WClMV) and red clover mottle virus (RCMV) infection in the climatic conditions of the Czech Republic
Jakešová, H. ; Fránová, Jana
Red clover is a very important leguminous plant used in crop rotations on arable land, in temporary as well as permanent clover and grass stands. The persistence of clovers is negatively influenced by pests and diseases that attack the root and shoot parts of the plant. In the course of studies into the presence of viral diseases (2007–2011), the most frequently detected viruses were White clover mosaic virus, (WClMV, genus Potexvirus, family Alphaflexiviridae) and Red clover mottle virus (RCMV, genus Comovirus, family Secoviridae). The two viruses were observed in populations of clover throughout the Czech Republic. RCMV significantly reduced the yield and stand persistence of red clover. Given that no direct protection has yet been developed against the viruses, plant breeding directed to enhancing resistance to both WClMV and RCMV offers good prospects. Both viruses are mechanically transmissible.

The analysis of status and pasture exploitation in selected farm and recommendation of suitable grazing system
ŠTAFKOVÁ, Kateřina
The aim of the thesis is to assess an influence on a grassland composition and grassland condition with different grazing method, frequency of grazing and animal composition. A basis is a literature review which contains a brief description of productive and nonproductive function of a permanent grassland, an grazing importance of grassland maintenance, a way and intensity of grazing and The experiment was performed in Carlsbad region (Czech republic), near Fojtov township. The experiment contains botanical images of three different grazings, cattle, horse and sheep. At these grazings where made two two-year cycle observations (2013, 2014), on the 15th of June and on the 13th of September. At these grazings where three different observation areas with different water regime and with different agro-botanical composition. Gained data were used to calculate diversity species indices (Simpsons and Hills), site water regime and a grazing forage value. Data were also statistically processed. A part of this experiment was also to calculate grazing load for a whole grazing period and for one grazing cycle.

Ichthyofauna of selected sections of the Jizera basin
CHYTRÝ, Martin
Rivers fragmentation by migration barriers has a significant negative effect on native fish communities and other river organisms. That is the reason why there has been put a lot of emphasis on creating fish pass in rivers in recent years. Between the years 2012 and 2013 there were carried out investigations on the new slit fish pass on the Jizera River in Turnov. The aim was to assess the technical realization of the construction of fish pass and functionality for local ichthyofauna. Primarily we have focused on hydraulic conditions in the fish pass (water flow, velocity, level differences in all chambers). During the fish pass technical inspection the fish was being caught by electric aggregate. The species composition of fish was also measured in the weir. Catching weir was used to catch the counter-migrating fish through the fish pass. The caught fish was taken its body length in mm and weight in grams and subsequently was calculated numerical dominance, diversity and evenness. There were 519 pieces of fish caught weighing 6.395 kg in total. There was confirmed presence of 10 species of fish in the fish pass, while in the weir were found 3 more species of fish and 1 species of lamprey. Reproductive migration was confirmed for brown trout and minnow. Roach, dace, perch and chub have settled down in the resting chambers permanently. There have been found several defects in the fish pass. There have been found large differences between the levels of chambers, high flow rates, reduced light penetration of the water in the fish pass, lack of entry attractiveness of the fish pass and non-minimum residual flows. Fish passage is considerably clogged by suspended dirt and the cleaning possibility is limited. Functionality and selectivity of the fish passage has not been demonstrated. There will be further investigations carried out in 2013.

A View of Asthma Bronchiale-Psychosocial Problems
VACKOVÁ, Sabina
I chose as the theme of my bachalor´s work in order to outline the influence of this illness on psychosocial feelings of patients.I pose a question in my work whether care for patients is fully understood and sufficient from the psychosocial point of view.My profession is a nurse and I meet and help people suffering from this illness quite often. While talking with them,I found out that their troubles were often of psychosocial character and resulted from lack of information about their illness.A majority of patients did not cope with the fact that asthma is a chronic illness and will accompany them all their lives.Asthma interferes not only in the life of a particular patient, but above all in the lives of his family members.Support and help on the part of the family is important for the patient to accept his illness and to learn to live with it.Asthma in alll age groups has adverse consequences in the social area too.In chidren,it reduces the chance to fit in with a children´s collective and increases absence from school, later it limits freedom in choosing a career and decreases chances to assert oneself both in the personal and social area. the extent of information provided by health workers has a great influence on the correctly conducted treatment and preventing complications.Nowadays, the picture of asthma in changing a great deal as further modern, even more effective medicaments and their combinations are launched. The transfer of a certain part of responsibility to the patient himself requires,of course, more information and knowledge on his part. For experts this not only means a necessity to train themselves constantly and to follow the development of science and research, but also to ensure a permanent supply of fresh information to the patient.
