Anotace: Pastoration activities of father Frantisek Wonka in Manetin (1925-1939). Bachelor work deals the activities of priest and writer Frantisek Wonka, which was in his time very popular. The faithful remember him kindly up to this day. His manuscripts has been never published. In introduction of this work is a brief curriculum vitae. On the following pages is a description of his fundamental works - general source-book for my work. Mayor part of work deals the the pastoration priorities of priest. The Gospel Book Cim. 2 from the Metropolitan Chapter Saint Vitus This thesis is about the painting decoration in the Gospel Book Cim. 2 from the Metropolitan Chapter Saint Vitus. This manuscript is not well-known, in fact, it doesn't a name. Up until now, it hasn't been the subject of monographic study, except for basic catalog classification. There is recapitulation of previous specialized literature in the opening and also a brief overview of its historical connections the result of which is there the manuscript following the property of the Metropolitan Chapter Saint Vitus in Prague. My thesis precisely describes the comlete painting decoration in the manuscript which can be found on 39 of the 244 pages of the manuscript. In the chapter "A Summary of the Painting Decoration Analysis Results," I focus on the art origin of the painting decoration in this manuskript and in the following chapter I describe the painting decoration's influence on younger paintings. The recent legal form of compulsory vaccination in the Czech Republic and the consequences arising from its rejection.

A new decree of the Ministry of Health No. 537/2006 Coll. On Immunisation against Infectious Diseases came into effect on 1st January 2007. Every individual residing in the territory of the Czech Republic is obliged to undergo a given kind of regular immunisation pursuant to Act No. 258/2000 Coll. On Public Health Protection as amended. Thus, my thesis is aimed at the current legislative arrangement of vaccination and its goals are: to find out about benefits of the amendment of this Decree in the sphere of public health protection and to map legal and health consequences of refusing regular immunisation. The goal of the thesis was met as both positive and negative aspects of the amendment of the Decree as well as legal and health consequences of refusing regular immunisation were described. In future, an open dialogue between parents and paediatricians explaining the need of vaccination as primary prevention against emergence and spread of infectious diseases should be supported

IMAP extension for mobile devices

With the mass availability of smartphones, mobile access to e-mail is gaining importance. Over the years, the IMAP protocol has been extended with many features ranging from extensions adding new functionality to those improving efficiency over an unreliable network. This thesis evaluates the available extensions based on their suitability for use in the context of a mobile client. Three new extensions have been developed, each improving the protocol in a distinct way. The thesis also discusses how most of these extensions were implemented in Trojitá, the author's free software open source IMAP e-mail client.

Diplomová práce analyzuje a vyhodnocuje ambiciózní a kontroverzní projekt volně dostupné digitální knihovny knižních publikací Google Book Search. -- První kapitola se věnuje elektronickým dokumentům, které jsou organizovány v digitálních knihovnách, institucionálních repozitářích a digitálních archivech v prostředí WWW, které jsou založeny na principu volného přístupu (Open Access, OA). Druhá a třetí kapitola se zabývá vyhledávacími službami internetu, převážně internetovým vyhledávačem Google (http://www.google.com). Zaměřuje se i na doplňkové služby nabízené společností Google. Stěžejní jsou kapitoly 4 a 5, kde je analyzován celý systém Google Book Search (http://books.google.com/). Pozornost je věnována historii systému, spolupracujícím institucím a zdrojovým projektům. Podkapitola 4.5 se zabývá vyhledáváním v systému a analýze výsledků, které systém poskytuje. 5. kapitola je zaměřena na autorskoprávní otázky, které souvisí s jedním ze zdrojových projektů systému Google Book Search. Je nastíněn pohled USA a Evropy na ochranu autorských práv a kritika projektu.

3PL Contract Types Analysis

Based on analysis of a particular outsourcing warehousing contract held between global company and 3PL, this thesis has three goals: evaluate current contract compared to standard contractual requirements, evaluate the option of switching the outsourcing relationship from open book to closed book approach, and suggest solution that would use the potential of the provider most. Break event point analysis, labour productivity analysis and method of managerial decision making were used in this thesis. Closed book and open book approaches were analysed in original way using previously mentioned methods. The recommendation to the company is to keep current open book contract with implementing quality KPI's and performance-based outsourcing in accordance with vested outsourcing approach.

A laparoscopic approach to the prevention of complications in female endometrial cancer

In this thesis I present a retrospective analytical study , which evaluates the results laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH ) in the treatment of endometrial cancer and compare them with the results of similar studies in the professional press . This work will also basis for extensive retrospective study that will compare laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal open surgical technique in the treatment of endometrial cancer . The aim of the thesis is to verify : Whether the laparoscopic approach yields fewer complications than the abdominal approach . What is the length of hospitalization using laparoscopic techniques . Compare the length of laparoscopic surgery of the file with a length of operations other workplaces. At the beginning of the thesis is devoted to the issue of endometrial cancer laparoscopic operations generally focus on a laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH ) and its use in the treatment of endometrial cancer . Information for creating a group of patients who underwent LAVH in the diagnosis endometrial cancer , I have gained from operating books of the year 2001 - 2005 from the Institute for Mother and Child in Prague - Podolí. Expansion of Czech Companies to Brazil on the Example of mmcité a.s.

The Master thesis "Expansion of Czech Companies to Brazil on the Example of mmcité a.s." describes positive and negative aspects of entering Brazilian market on an example of a concrete Czech company. The first chapter presents activities and products of mmcité a.s. Chapter 2 contains detailed PESTL analysis complemented by a part about business etiquette, Brazilian market with street furniture is described in the third chapter. On the basis of these three chapters, there follows a decision on an optimal form of mmcité's entry to the biggest Latin-American market and, in the fifth chapter, the author proposes an attitude to the single parts of its marketing mix. The sixth chapter is written as a guide for Czech companies which consider expansion to Brazil. Except from a system for deciding on the form of entry, it also presents an approximate figure of costs of each form. The author drew inspiration from professional books, guides for export to Brazil, Internet and, also, own experience gained during studies in Sao Paulo.

The quality of the external audit and the influence of the selection of an auditor on audit quality

The thesis deals with audit quality and auditor selection. These can indeed have a significant effect on audit quality. The introductory chapters of the thesis describe a quality in general form. It offers a basic characteristic of audit and auditor. It is deal with a legislative framework, necessary standards and another regulation of audit quality. Subsequently, it explains control system of audit quality in the Czech Republic and it describes watchdog bodies in the Czech Republic. After that the publication of Federation of European Accountants (FEE) from 2013 is analysed and criteria are presented. These criteria proceed from survey of FEE and determine the auditor selection. In conclusion it deals with application of discovered information on the individual practical examples of application for execution of audit or other audit services. This achieved information is used to create a sample form. This sample form of application for execution of audit could serve to improve of audit quality in the first stage of auditor selection. The ISO standards, book of Audit and the FEE publication are the main information source for the thesis.
