Hardware realization of hospital information system

Aim of this work is orientation with hardware realization of the hospital system Clinicom and reading through of software possibilities Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) in operating system CentOS. The practical part includes proposal and realization of disk array RAID type 1 and testing functionality during simulated failure of harddisk and restoration of functionality array during the next adding of harddisk. In the end of this bachelor thesis is compare of bit rate before and after creation of disk array RAID 1 via shell.

The second part is the analysis of cloud solutions and the market of these products. Furthermore, the thesis includes ideas and proposals for optimization or for practical implementation of cloud based data backup gradually as solutions for personal, home or corporate data backup.

The topic of the Bachelor´s Thesis is The Optimization of a Data Bacup System. It analyzes the existing problems of the company either directly in the field data backup, or in areas which are closely related to this topic as well. The work includes design of the optimization backup system, so that it is beneficial to the company and also to the employees. These proposals are grounded in theoretical backgrounds, which are also included in this work.
