The bachelor's thesis is focused on problems of financing, processing of extraction, and preparing and implementing an architectural order from the view of the provider. The main target of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe the variety of possibilities of how a provider can finance orders and show the difference between the real and the planned process of a financed order by use of a concrete example. The theoretical part deals with the terms which are required to understand the problem and its solving. The conclusion of the thesis includes a plan which would change the way of billing the order and its impact on financing and the profit of the order.

It deals with different types of orders, forms of funding and invoicing, individual parts of a Contract for work, forms of financial guarantees for a trouble-free realization of an order as well as a submission and assumption of product. The aim of the work is to analyse a realization of a specific order, form of funding and payments for a submitter and subcontractors. At the end of this bachelor’s thesis is an offer of suggestion for a possible change with a funding of an order and analysed its impingement on a total price.

This thesis is devoted to the Commercial Economic aspects of Importing Goods from the U.S. dedicated to construction market in Central Europe. The goal of this thesis is to compare the situation in construction markets in various countries in Central Europe, the value of imports of construction products and the presentation of ARIMAX, a company that imports the KODI system from the U.S. and distributes it in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The first chapter focuses on the trade between the U.S and the EU. The second chapter compares the construction industries and the value of imports to the countries of Central Europe. The third chapter focuses on the construction market in Slovakia. Products and activities of the ARIMAX company are presented in the last part of this thesis.
Strategic analysis of Panelarna St. Mesto, a. s.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the current situation of Panelárna St. Město, joint-stock company on construction market, and to suggest measures that can be used as a basis for top management decisions regarding future operations. To achieve the objective, internal and external analysis methods were used. Methods of external analysis included PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. Internal analysis was made by using financial analysis, analysis of resources and analysis of the activities. Results of internal analysis are expressing opinion to tangible assets, intangible assets, human resources and financial resources, in addition to evaluating the tie between activities and total economical stability of the company. Information from external analysis served for assesing current and future progress of construction, intensity of competition, and for identifying factors that may become a source of opportunity and threats. Set suggestions and recomendations for future strategy will emerge from the synthesis of internal and external analysis.
