Everyday life in Vsetín during the occupation in 1939 - 1945 (in the light of archival documents).

The aim of my diplom work is to, at least partially, take a close look at everyday life in the mentioned city of Vsetín in the period of years 1939 - 1945. One of the primary tasks was to chronicle mainly commercial, communal and cultural life of this regional city using mainly archival sources, less commonly literature. The most of the information comes from official sources, which are stored in the State district record office in Vsetín. During the work, there were also used documents stored in Moravian provincial record office in Brno and in Provincial record office in Opava. In these cases, it dealt funds, that arose because of acts of German occupation authorities. In the submitted work, I have used not only literature, but also regional press. But it was used very marginally, because very little amount of it has preserved.

The Law on Civil Service and State Administration

The bachelor thesis deals with the complicated evolution of the law from the very beginning, in the form of the Service Act to the final form, which is the Law on Civil Service and its practical implementation at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The concept of state administration, including its divisions and funding is also defined. In the conclusion the strengths and weaknesses of the law and the expected estimated development follow.

Financing of social services in the Liberec Region

In connection with the provision. § 95 point. g) and h) the Social Services Act no. 108/2006 Coll. and the principle of subsidiarity ranges from 1.1 2015 responsibility for the implementation of subsidy management of social services in each region. On the county goes over all the administrative agenda, which entails an increase in claims on co-operation in the planning of social services in its territory. The main impact of the transition funding to a greater extent responsible for implementing the subsidy procedure. County handles the medium-term plan for the development of social services in collaboration with the regional municipalities and representatives of social service providers. Evaluates the performance of social service development plans and determines the network of social services in the region. The provision of funds from grant providers of social services is decided by Act no. 250/2000 Coll., On budgeting rules and regulations of the European Union regarding public support for funding. Their amount is made by the regional assembly in accordance specified conditions.

The thesis „Financing from the ESF“ deals with a study and description of a policy of economic and social cohesion, further the European Social Fund, its incorporation in a structure of European Union funds, its objectives and benefits. The second part of this thesis is to supply readers with valuable information and useful advice on how to act when preparing a project drawing subsidies from the European Social Fund. In the practical part of the thesis, all knowledge is applied to a concrete project namely a project of the Municipal Office in Žďár nad Sázavou.

Taxation of Gambling from the Perspective of a Specific Municipality

The thesis discusses legal regulations of lotteries and similar games especially from the tax perspective and according to the state before and after 1 January 2012, when a significant amendment of the Lottery Act and related regulations was carried out. The work explains the development of community income as a result of the amendment and also the development of funds spent on community purposes. Possible changes to the issue are suggested herein.

Master´s thesis is focused on the issue of pension supplementary insurance in the chosen enterprise. This proposal makes it possible to increase the income of employees and at the same time minimize the increase of costs of the company Flextronics Design, s.r.o. Master´s thesis describes pension supplementary insurance according to the Czech act. Thesis also contains the choice of suitable pension fund, it means the evaluation of funds acting in the Czech republic.

Implementation of Service Act in practice

The master thesis focuses on the new Act no. 234/2014 Coll., of State Service, which introduces a new law regulation of labour relations of employees in the state administration. Service Act has been frequently a discussing theme in recent years, especially in connection with a threat from the European Commission which by accepting this law conditioned a drawing of European grants from structural funds for the period 2014 - 2020. This dissertation analyses the issue of the state service, here are an outlined principles of the state service in selected European countries and the historical development of the state service in the Czech Republic. The goal was to highlight the possible problematic provisions which appear in the law, and the problems that have shown up during the implementation of this law, even the example of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic.
