The subject of this thesis is a construction technology project object Yacht Club Hlučín. The basis for the elaboration of this work is the diploma thesis from Ing.Radim Kučera - Yacht Club Hlučín. This thesis includes technical report construction technology project, coordinating the situation with the construction of wider relations of routes for transportation of main materials, time and financial plan of the construction according to the technical-economic indicators, drawing building equipment, scheduling, inspection and test plan, technological regulation for the implementation of the gross substructure, itemized budget and the plan for OSH implementation in Yacht club Hlučín.

The theme of the diploma thesis is elaboration of selected parts of the construction technology project in building block of flats Hostivař. Content of this project is technological solution for realization of this project. It means working on time planning of construction, right using of human, material and machinery sources and controlling system for selected part of the building. In attachment of the diploma thesis, there are also drawings of building site equipment for different construction phases. The goal of the diploma thesis is design right and economical procedure for realization of the building, comply with the safety, quality and ecology conditions.

This Thesis deals with the organization of realization of the residential building A1 Slavkov u Brna. Thesis solves mainly technological process of realization of the main object. The thesis aims to develop a time schedule of execution, usage of mechanisms timetable, material resources, technological regulations, inspection and test plans. The annex also solved graphically construction site facility set up and its modifications during execution depending on different type of works. This Thesis is based on realization project provided by the realization company and with consent of project designer.

This thesis deals with first two buildings with four flours and a basement. This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of block of flats residence Meandr in Brno - Komín. On the given topic are processed and all necessary supporting documents that enhances the clarity and orientation in matters large building for the preparation of the construction process. Given the scale, complexity and location of the building is structurally location technology project addresses the only earthworks and construction site of the main building object SO-01 only. Furthermore, nine small objects that are closely tied this main object within the premises of a residential building. Between integral part of this work include the project site facilities including a time of economic evaluation studies of major technological stages realization, design of main machinery and mechanisms itemized budgets volume of important buildings and budgets by THU volume, less important objects, further technological specification for the implementation of monolithic concrete construction as this topic linked inspection and test plan, risk and crisis measures. For the entire building housing residence is prepared detailed timetable and a lot of additional documents.
The community center in the Czech Budejovice - Construction Technology Project

The theme of the diploma thesis is the construction technology project construction of a community center in the Czech Budejovice. The work describes the study of the main stages of technological, financial and construction schedule, itemized budget and technological prescription for performance building envelope. A substantial part of the work is to perform a technological prescription ceiling cladding structure above 1.NP, which is supplemented by technical-economic balance for the implementation of this ceiling construction, along with formwork drawings describes the optimal design of monolithic ceiling structure above 1.NP. Suitable design of the implementation process of the ceiling structure is achieved by reducing the cost of implementation of nearly 10% and shorten the length of the lease formwork system of almost 34% compared to the original assumption.

Omega Sport Olomouc - Sport and Health Center, civil technological project.

The master's thesis is elaborated on the basis of the project of the Sport and Health Center Olomouc. The project consists of two main buildings – the object of NH Hotel and the Sports Center Omega. The hotel also includes a conference center with three conference halls and covered parking. The object of Omega Sports Center is composed of sports halls for squash, badminton and tennis, along with changing rooms, wellness area and operational background of the object itself. The sports center also incorporates outdoor tennis courts and an underground tunnel connecting the Omega center and the NH Hotel. This thesis deals with the civil technological project of the building site and involves mainly the technical report of civil technological project, the study of realization of the main technological stages of the building object, the project of organization of construction, time schedule of aforementioned two main buildings, the technological standard with test and execution plans for the execution of underground construction by the impermeable concrete technology and for execution of variant solution of tennis hall roofing. Further, a comparison of the alternative roofing technology with current used roofing technology is performed, including the drawing documentation of new roofing alternative.

Main focus is to develop a technical report on the project of building technology, processing technology and regulations for insulation of flat roof design and inspection test plans. Important part of the solution is the project construction site, design of the main building machines and time schedule during construction.
Department store - Building Technology Project

The thesis is focused on building technology solutions for the construction department store. The front of the main entrance, designed for base personnel has two floors; the rest designed for the sale is single-storey. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton hall. Roofing is solved by a flat roof consisting of sales of reinforced concrete beams with a slope of 3 %, with the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. The two-storey part of the roof is again dealt with a flat roof, consisting of ceiling panels and concrete catchment slope of 2 %, the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. External walls are designed sandwich panels KINGSPAN. Walls and ceilings are dealt with plasterboard. The floors are made of linoleum and ceramic tiles. The building is equipped with aluminum windows, interior doors are made of wood. Outdoor and entrance doors are made from aluminum. This thesis addresses the implementation of technology, organization of construction, time demands, costs to implement the object, control over the implementation – KZP, coordination situation, and instructions for use of the building after its handover to the owner.
